Moving a rgrad to a track

I am trying to move an rgrad to a track and cannot quite figure out how to do it. I have tried to add a move 2d but the same thing. I cannot make the connection between track and the move 2d node. Am I missing something here?

Instead of using a tracker - try a stabilise node
use this to track the points then copy the node and place it under your rgrad and hit the match option.
this is a whole lot more intuitive than the tracker approach.
before you track set the ref frame of the satbilise node to the frame you ar currently on. this will make this frame the 'home' frame.
Use this frame as the point t line up your rgrad using our move 2d and then everything should sync up (as long as you have a good track)

In Vegas if I wanted to move a clip up or down X# of tracks, I could use the key-pad. #2 moves down and #8 moves it up.
Isn't there something like this in FCE? Using a keyboard command is much easier to keep the clip from inching sideways.

Thanks. Tom, even if there's a clip say on the track above and I have my moving clip selected (option + select) wouldn't it go right through the clip on the track above to any empty track I wanted to put it on?
Reason is many times I'll have a clip on V1 I want to move to V3 and there's a clip on V2 already?

Moving VC applications to NWDI track..

If you are using web based VC... then
Hope you have configured
1) a Track in NWDI and Software component in process of creating a track.
2) U have done all the required configurations in your CE server to show the Track content in VC 7.1
3) user has dtr account.

Now,
Just create a DC in local repository, create a model under the DC. Right click on DC and select "Add to Source Contorl"... DC will move to Software component of ur NWDI track. After this just check in the DC.

Moving stereo file from two tracks to one track in timeline

I have a project that I imported from FCP7 to PPCC. The problem is that some of my stereo audio files got placed onto two audio tracks (like they are in FCP7).
I'd like to move these stereo files onto single audio tracks in PPCC. How do this so I can minimize the clutter on my timeline. Please see here:

If I have elements/clips on audio track one and want to move the entire
track contents to audio track 3 for instance, is there a keyboard shortcut for tht?
I'm certainly aware you can use the track tool and drag it where you need it to go, but I was wondering if there are keyboard commands to make that happen?

If there is free space in the track above you can use the OPTION-UP Arrow.
Not sure how to get around doing it if there is stuff above the track you want to move.

Audio disappears from clips after moving them around in between track Premiere

I was working with multiple video clips and movement them around not paying attention to how it was overlapping the audio sometimes. When I finally finished my audio from alot of the clips I cropped have disappeared.
How do I get/link them back?

I'm guessing you accidentally overlayed some of them while you were working.
A quick way to fix this is to put your playhead (CTI) over a clip you want to add the sound back to, select it, and then press 'f' to match frame back to the original. This will load the original clip with the in and out marks set in your source window and you can drag it down to overlay the clip with the missing audio. This will replace the original clip and audio.

Build problem for DC's moved from Local to track

I have created all my DC's locally. Now i am trying to move all those to Track as per "Moving Local DC's to track" steps.
1. Creating new DC's on track.
2. Copying SRC folder from local to Track DC.
3. Copying .dcdef file.
4. Copying def file.
5. Reload the DC in WebDynpro Explorer.
6. Rebuilding DC.
7. Builing DC.

What we suspect is that WebDynpro build plugin WebDynproPlugin is not picking at the time of building the DC.

Please try out this way and let me know if it is working fine :
1)Create a new dc on the track.
2)Copy the contents of the local except .dcdef and .project file to the new one on the track.
3)Build the new dc and deploy.

Video moved to audio track?

I opened a recent video project but can't see the video. It appears that somehow the video segments have been moved to the audio track and I am unable to drag them back to the video track. All of the video clips show as Untitled Clip 01.mpeg and the transitions seem to all be there but the project is unusable at this point. Any advice how to correct this would be extremely helpful

Here is a screenshot of my project. It is showing some video on the Video3 track but it's not mine. It looks like a video clip
that got inserted letting me know that there's a problem i.e., "Media Offline" What is appearing on the Audio2 track looks more like
my original files but I have no way of moving them to a Video track.

Taking stack tracks out of record mode, while transport moving

Is there a way to stack 10 tracks, one record button triggering them all, three other tracks out of the stack and then the record button for the stacked (one button) 10 tracks button being un-engaged, while the transport is moving leaving the other three tracks recording? All without stopping the transport?

It looks like your application is triggering an existing Sun HotSpot VM bug from the older 1.4.2_11 JDK.

The problem appears to be resolved in JDK 1.4.2_13(b01). You may want to download and attempt to replicate with this service pack upgrade.
Another potential problem I noticed is at your classpath level. It looks like you are using a mix of runtime JDK jar files from the Sun JDK and JRockit. Please ensure your JDK classpath; including any reference to any JDK related runtime jar files (tools.jar, rt.jar etc.) is consistent and unique e.g. Sun HotSpot or Oracle JRockit but not both.
## Example:
JAVA_HOME=C:\bea\jdk142_11 // JDK home is setup to the Sun JDK
CLASSPATH=C:\bea\JROCKI~1\lib\tools.jar; // tools.jar is loaded from the JRockit JDK home

Super slow itunes moving from track to track -BUT weird

This is a weird one. My itunes 7.6.2.9 is fine on searches with no numbers at the start. You can search quick and also flick throught the track list quickly as well. HOWEVER, start that search with a '1' eg 101 Number Ones and the search is slow and also moving from one track to another is painful. SWITCH that search to 'number ones'and the speed is as normal for searching AND moving along and to other tracks.... Sounds like a software glitch but very odd...

Cursor in arrange window won't move when track is playing

Hi,
Can anyone help with this problem I'm having with Logic? I've been away from making tracks for a few weeks and now that I'm trying to use logic again I'm finding that cursor is not moving when I play a track, both in a new session and in old sessions. I am able to move the cursor by double clicking on the bottom part of the ruler but it doesn't scroll as it should during play. Is this a bug and do I need to reinstall logic or did I inadvertently set something to the wrong setting?

The function you probably want is called Catch. Check out:
Logic Pro > Preferences > Global
There's a tab there (called Catch) that allows you to turn Catch off and on - check out the manual for detailed comments on the three options available.
Also, on the Arrange Window there's a button in the top left corner - looks like a person walking. If that's grey, the Catch function is turned off. If blue, the Catch function will operate.

How to delete tracks from Music Folder?

After selecting all of the tracks of one of my iTunes playlists, i.e., an album, and clicking Option + Delete to move them to the Trash, I accidentally clicked Enter and, by default, selected the "Keep Files" option instead of the "Move to Trash" option in the "Do you want to move the selected songs to the Trash, or keep them in the iTunes Music folder?" dialogue box. I went to Home > Music folder > iTunes folder > iTunes Music folder > the folder of the album artist, but I do not see the folder of the album in the artist folder. How can I find these tracks so that I can send them to the Trash as intended?

After performing a (Finder) Find for .aif files, I located the tracks and was able to delete the playlist (album) folder with the tracks. So no assistance needed after all.
However, inexplicably, the folder with the tracks to be deleted was located in iTunes Music folder > Compilations folder, rather than in the artist folder. After finding and moving the folder of the tracks to the Trash, I checked the info of the original CD in iTunes out of curiosity and discovered that "Part of a compilation" was checked for the tracks, even though this is not a compilation (or even a live) album. I assume this sort of...tagging, I guess...was originally imbedded in the CD and is not a result of any glitch in iTunes. In fact, in the Compilations folder, I noticed several albums which are not compilation albums. I'd appreciate any thoughts or explanations as to why some non-compilation albums are checked as compilation albums.

Gaussian Blur not tracking.

I use Premiere Pro CC to edit my videos for YouTube, and I used to blur out a few things in them using the new blur tracking.
I know how to do it properly from videos on YouTube, but for some reason when I do it, it does not track, where I put it to blur the item out, it just stays there, it doesn't do anything.

Do not track option not showing in tools options advanced menu for aurora 6.02a or in previous 5.0 [SOLVED]

I followed all the directions to find this but it is just not there. Is there a setting in about: that needs to be changed? I just moved up from the beta track to the aurora track today to see if that works.

I don't know if there are any servers that do something with the DNT=1 header.
Selecting that "do-not-track" setting will only make Firefox send a specific HTTP header (DNT=1) to a web server.<br />
It is up to the server to do something with that request.
