    Hi Manju,
For this you need to set creation indoactor for planning run in SPRO.
The path is spro-MM-CBP-Carry out overall maintenance of plant parameters-Click on maintain-give your plant-click on external procurement under planning run-here you can give your option for the schedule line creation.

  • MD02 - Generate Schdule lines against Schedule agreement.

    Hi,
    The scenario is as follows.
    1. Created Schedule agreement.
    2. Maintained Source list with MRP relavant indicator active.
    3. Generated the schedule lines through MD02.
    Example:
Suppose partial receipts against above S.A are posted and still some open quantity is pending.
In this case assume one schedule line is already exists in MD04 for some qty (Ex.50 Nos) If we increase the requirement quantity (safety stock) in material master and re-run the
MD02 transaction first schedule line of older date should remain as it is and new schedule
line with proposed quantity & date should generate as a new line item. At present
system is overwriting the old schedule line and generating the new schedule line for entire qty.
    Please suggest.
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards,

    Hello,
There are two possible status for schedule lines:
1- Fixed schedule lines : System doesn't change these schedule lines upon MRP run
2 Non fixed schedule lines : during MRP run, system deletes these schedule lines and creates new ones.
To make a schedule line fixed there are two possibilities:
1- User set manually the indicator fixed schedule line in transaction ME38
2- Schedule line lies within the firm period.
    The firm period :
For each schedule agreement you can define the firm zone :
    1- ME32L change schedule agreement
2- select the item then in toolbar> Item> More function-->additional data  Scheduling control
enter the firm zone "number of days".
If schedule line lies whithin this zone system will kepp it and create new line for additional requirement

    Dear Subrat,
you cannot create a yearly schedule line in the scheduling agreement. It is not possible due to format restrictions of the date field. But what you can do is the follows (it is the modification, but it should work with the help of user-exits):
    1. You can split the year schedule line to the monthly schedule lines. There are two ways to do it. If you apply the DELINS IDOC, then you can do it already during transfer of the data to the application (itr is the best way). Here you can use, for example, user-exit USEREXIT_ZUORDNEN_IDOCS (include LVED4FZZ) or customer function EXIT_SAPLVED4_002, called from the subroutine USEREXIT_DYNPRO (Include LVED4F0U). Alternatively, you can use the user-exit USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBEP (Include MV45AFZZ) within the call transaction, then it will work also in the dialog case.
    2. After getting the monthly schedule lines, you can create a planning delivery schedule, where you can split mothly schedule lines automatically to daily schedule lines according to the customer factory calender. The settings for generation of planning delivery schedules can be found under:
Customizing SPRO: Sales and Distribution => Sales => Sales Documents => Scheduling Agreements with Delivery schedules => Maintain Planning Delivery Sched. Instruct./Splitting Rules
It is the only ways, how you can reach your aim. I hope, this information will help you further.

  • Fields update in "Schedule Lines for FRC sched." in a scheduling agreement

May I know how the following fields in the "Schedule Lines for FRC sched." section in a scheduling agreement are being updated?
We have already a new inbound delivery with goods receipt (last June 1, 2010) but the following fields still show the previous inbound delivery details:
    For example:
    Date of last del. 08.10.2009
    Last d. note no. 91011
    Last GR 21.10.2009
    Last GR qty. 54.500
I wish I can show some screenshots here.
Thanks a lot in advance for your answers.

    Hi Sravan,
As per my view point, this is standard SAP behaviour. System will generate PR only in case of external operation.
If you go to OPL8 (Order type dependent parameters) for your respective order type & plant combination you have option of maintaining setting related to PR only and there is no option of using scheduling agreement or generating schedule lines.
I don't see any possibility to use scheduling agreement using to have schedule lines for external operation.

  • Multiple Schedule Lines for Individual Qty in Standard Order

    Hello All,
I have a Client Requirement to Set up the Standard Order for a Material which will be sold on Single Quantity every Month.
This will have to occur from the same Order. For this Multiple Schedule Lines are required to be generated as per Monthly Delivery Schedule.
I know this functionality comes under Scheduling Agreements where we can deliver goods as per confirmed Schedule Lines for the Month.
But Client Requirement is to set up this functionality in Standard Order Only as setting up scheduling agreements calls for mapping of New Order Types which is not feasible.
So Can you provide with your valuable Inputs as to whether this can be possible through Standard Order in the system.
Looking forward to your esteemed reply!!
    Warm Regards,
    Onkar Khedekar

    Dear Onkar:
If you don't want to use Schedule agreements, you can enter several schedule lines for each item in "Schedule line" tab at  item level.
Enter in this tab each schedule line per month.
But be aware which date you enter becuase this requirement will be transfered to MRP.
    Check it and revert.

  • SA Schedule lines for requirements within PTF

    Hello Gurus,
I have a question that you can surely help me with.
I have setup a scheduling agreement for a material, and with the source list setup the MRP now successfully generates schedule lines for all requirements that are outside of the planning time fence. However, if I put a requirement inside the planning time fence, then MRP does not create a schedule line just outside the PTF to cover that requirement, instead it creates a planned order just outside the PTF (or a purchase requisition if I change the "Create Purch. req." MRP control parameter).
Why does it not create a delivery schedule line? The validity of agreement is set to 1st of april, so it is defined will in the past. The target quantity on the scheduling agreement is well above the current scheduled quantity.
Thank you for any suggestions on this issue. I am sure it is just me who is being an MRP ignorant.

Check the validity date of your Source List. It may be that it is outside the time frame of your requirements.
Try setting it up to say, January 1st of this year, see what happens.
    Award points if useful.

  • Firming the Schedule Lines in Sch.Agreement

Hi , I have done the  following to firm the schedule lines in Scheduling agreement.
    1. Firm Zone as 30 days
2.Tradeoff zone days as 60 days
3.Binding MRP indicator as NULL(Lines not changeable within Zones)
4.In OMIN , Firm Schedule lines enabled for the MRP group
When i run the MRP, schedule lines are getting created with Firm Indicator (*) for the requirements lying within these zones. After transmitting the schedule lines to vendor , if i change the requirement again, the schedule  lines within Firm Zone are getting adjusted as per the new requirment. I dont know whats the purpose behind maintaining these Firm Zone and Trade off Zone.
    Pointers are much appreciated.
    Thanks and regards,
    Milton Isaac

    Hi,
Rolling delivery schedules issued under scheduling agreements are divided into different time zones indicating the degree to which lines of the schedule are binding.
Firm zone (zone 1) (go-ahead for production).
The schedule lines within this zone count as firm and thus as fully binding. If you cancel a schedule line that falls within the firm zone, the vendor is entitled to charge you with both production costs and the costs of procuring input materials incurred by him as a result of the cancellation.
Trade-off zone (zone 2) (go-ahead for procurement of input materials)
This is the "semi-firm" zone, giving the vendor the go-ahead to procure necessary input materials for the manufacture of the item ordered. If you cancel a schedule line within this semi-firm zone, the vendor is only entitled to charge you the material costs. Schedule lines falling within this time zone are thus less binding that those falling within the firm zone.

  • Schedule lines for an external operation in a production order

    Hi All,
I have an external operation defined in a production order and a scheduling agreement is assigned to it in the Routing operation details.  Now, i want to generate schedule lines when a production order created but the system always generating a purchase requisition.  Do we need something to be configured in the background?  Please help!
The idea is to have the goods receipt done against the same agreement always.

  • Redetermined the past due schedul lines in Scheduling agreement

    Hi All,
We have an issue with past due schedule lines in scheduling agreement, the details are below.
Delivery date: 3rd Jan 2011 - Order qty is 100 no confirmtion. The system has proposed new date that is 19.01.2010 (System date) with full confirmation. The Scheduling agreement is not relevant for ATP check also. When we check with other plant scheduling agreement, it is not determining any new date, it is confirming on same date.
Different Document types used in two cases, but the config is same in both cases. Not sure why the system is determining to current date with full confirmation. Is there any config relevant to this.
    Regards,
    Lakshmikanth

    hi
schedule lines in scheduling agreements = correct & confirmed dates.
that means if you enter the date manually here system confirms that date as schedule line date.
compare those two plants and let me know if any difference is there in between.
    check MMR RLT's MRP views
check Lead time in days - document types
    check & confirm.

    Hi..
The Scheduling agreement is one which is created runing MRP not VA31.

  • How to execute ATP check and update schedule lines for existing sales order

    Hello all,
After stock quantity has been updated, we’d like to perform ATP check and update schedule lines for sales documents which have not been delivered yet.
Is BAPI_SALESDOCUMENT_CHANGE useful to do so?
If so which fields should I set ‘X’?
At the moment, I called BATCH INPUT and execute ATP check.
But I'm wondering if this is not a smart way.
    Thank you
    Yuko

    Hi arnab
one way of achieving your requirements is
after creating the sales order you can execute the SALEs order MRP using MD50 transaction enter the order # and MRP control parameters 1,3,1,2. and execute.
    Ensure the following before MRP.
    1. All the master data are maintained for the schedule line creation for the components ( Source list, Scheduling agreements)
    2. Material master with valid MRP data.strategy group having MTO strategy.
after sales order MRP you will get the schedule line created for the components
also MRp will create the cpacity requirements as we run the MRP with Lead time scheduling.
    Hope this helps

  • Creating Schedule lines in Scheduling agreement using LSMW

    Hi,
I want to upload multiple schedule lines in scheduling agreement using LSMW. I have done the recording and maintained multiple lines in input file. However during execution LSMW creates only one line and keeps on ovewritting the same line. Please let me know how can I create multiple schedule lines.
    Regards

First you should search for existing standard LSMW migration objects that possibly cover your scenario. These normally take care of complex header / multiple items / multiple subitems relations.
With a recording you can only load flat structures. Sometimes a "create new  lines" / "enter first line" / "save transaction" logic can be constructed to load multiple items to a header (or even subitems to an item?) with a recording, but this can be pretty awkward.
