Multiple Deliveries into one Billing document

Hi Gurus,
Can any of you provide me the process how to combine multiple delivery documents into one Billing document.
.Thanks
Yuvraj.V

Hi
Payer
Payment terms
Billing date or billing due date
Destination country
Billing doc type
Incoterms
Actual GI date
Foreign data trade
If these are same in all delivery documents they can be combined into single billing
This is controlled in copy controls in VTFL choose del type and billing type and your item category
In that VBRK/VBRP if you choose 001 combined billing will happen
In VF04 you can do the billing or in VF01 you have to input all the delivery nos manually and do the combined billing
The same qn was posted by you on NOV 21st with so many replies?
Why are you posting again and again?
Pls close the thread whereever possible
Regards
Raja

  • Combining two sales documents  into one billing document

    Hi Friends,
I need to combine two sales document into one billing document. Header data is same in both sales document.
I have set factory calendar in the payer master.
Tried for data transfer rotine at copy control of item level. But was not sure which routine to be set.
Please let me know, what all settings are required to create one combine billing document.
    Regards
    Suman

    Hi,
Is it delivery based billing or order based billing?
    2 orders / 2 deliveries and 1 invoice.
For the above situation you need to write a routine which eliminates document number difference for Reference and Allocation.
If you do not have different customer purchase orders for these two sales orders and in your copy control from delivery to billing your assignment and reference numbers are blank then system will club these deliveries and create one sales order.
Else you need to eliminate these by writing a copy control routine and assign it at the header level.
Hope this helps.  Pl. revert in case of further clarifications.
    Thanks
    Krishna.

  • How do I scan multiple pages into one pdf document on a HP Envy 4501 Printer

My HP Envy 4501 Printer won't let me scan multiple pages into one pdf document.
I went to "Advanced Settings", clicked on "file" and made sure that the check box next to "Create a separate file for each scanner page" was unchecked.
When I clicked the Save button it showed the page that I scanned and showed 1/1.  On the right side it had options for changing the brightness and Contrast, Rotate and Crop and "Back", "Save" and "Done" buttons, but nothing about scanning another page.
Not to mention HP's Customer Support is useless!
I'd appreciate any help I can get with this problem.
    Thanks,
    Mark

    Hi BH,
I see your diagram.  I just scanned something.  The screen that I'm looking at right now shows the preview page and the scroll box to the left of that just like in your diagram.  The screen does not show the + button nor does it show the red x button under the scroll box as in your diagram.  I can't see the plus sign because it is not there.
I tried re-installing the software and drivers as you suggested but that did not have any affect.
Thank you for trying to help me with this problem but it hasn't worked, therefore I can't mark the reply "Accept as Solution".
I've noticed that on HP's support forum web page there is only 1 solved request for assistance.  That doesn't give me much confidence in HP.
Please reply back to this post to let me know if there is anything else that I can try or if you know someone else at HP that can help.
If I don't here back from you, I'm returning this HP Envy 4501 Printer to get my money back to use it to buy a printer from one of HP's competitors.
    Thanks,
    Mark

  • Convert Multiple Deliveries into one PRO Forma Invoice

    Hi,
I need to create a single PRO FORMA invoice for all the multiple deliveries for a single single Customer.
    1. Which Copy control do I have to do it?
    2. Should I do at Header or Item Level?
    3. What are the Config settings required to do this?
    4. What kind of checks to be done in this process?
I checked the Copy control in SPRO in Pro Form Invoice (F8) for Delivery: Its 009.Looks like this is Header level.
    Thanks
    Kiran

    Hi Shiv ram,
    Thanks for ur reply..
    As per your reply:
In VF01, enter the delivery documents and click on enter button. Then go to Menu - Environment -> split analysis.
I didnot find this option in VF01. Am in 4.7EE.
    If the reason is foreign trade data, then I suggest in the copy control (transaction VTFL) for billing document (proforma invoice), put the following values;
You are right to some extent. Once this Proforma Invoice is created, I need to move this data to GTS system.
For determine export data - 'B' Redetermine the export data
For Allocation number and Reference number fields - 'E' - Actual billing document number.
I didnot understand any thing in this.
Can you please provide more clearity.
    Thanks
    Kiran

  • How do I pull together multiple PDFs into one Preview Document?

Folow up --- I learned from the video how to create one Preview document from mulple PDFs, but I need to know how to position pdf files in a main PDF Preview presentation document.  I need a lot more control over where a pdf is set in the final PDF document. Has anyone worked on this or have some advice.

If you don't want to use them in InDesign for any other purpose than to assamble them in one new PDF I would rather use Adobe Acrobat Pro than InDesign.
In Acrobat Pro: Create new Deocument > Form multiple Files, select further what you need.

  • Export deliveries not being combined to one Billing document

    Hi SAP Gurus,
In case of Export Orders ,I am unable to combine deliveries into a billing document .
I did a split analysis on the two invoices being generated and it is telling me:
Split due to different header data
    Fld Name 0090032994 0090032995
Number of foreign trade data i 0000070625 0000070626 different.
My copy control settings are as follows:
    - in VTFL, for my delivery type and billing type, "Determine export data"= blank
    - in VTFL, after selecting  item category, the field "Data: VBRK/VBRP=  003
Please help me by providing the correct configurations to combine my deliveries into a single invoice.

    Smitha

    Hi Jonathan,
I tried with B, but it is still not working.
I have already send the details of my copy control settings.

  • Preventing billing split for multiple deliveries (over-riding billing date)

    Hi all,
I have multiple deliveries which should be invoiced into ONE billing document. The only difference between the deliveries is the billing date, which is why it is splitting.
I am therefore copying routine 001 and in VOFM and adding this code to the end of it:
vbrk-fkdat = sy-datum.     "prevent split due to difference in billing date
This is great and working fine because when I have 2 deliveries with diff. billing dates, it will take todays date. The only problem is when:
    1. Billing for a single document (dated 11/08/2011), it will over-write it and set the date to today (17/08/2011)
    2. Billing for 2 documents with the same date
What is the best way around this?
    Thanks

    Dear Pistols123,
    1. Billing for a single document (dated 11/08/2011), it will over-write it and set the date to today (17/08/2011)
Here can't you write the code to check whether there is only one billing document, if so omit your code for the date manipulation.
So that system will not assign system date, but will take the orginal date (actual good issue date or billing date entered in vf01)
    2. Billing for 2 documents with the same date
write the code to check whether all the billing documents have the same date , if so omit your code for the date manipulation.
So that system will not assign system date, but will take the orginal date (actual good issue date or billing date entered in vf01)
    Thanks & Regards,

  • Text issues merging multiple pdfs into one pdf

Hello, when I merge multiple pdfs into one pdf document my text is missing or garbled.  I spent hours yesterday trying to figure this out, from insuring the text was embedded and print setting were correct.  Please help!!
    Using Adobe Pro 9.0
    Thanks,
    Faith

Acrobat Pro is the application you use for working with PDFs, making minor edits, combining multiple PDFs into a single file, extracting or replacing pages, doing fancier form work than ID has the ability to produce, and even creating PDF from a number of other file formats. I'm not sure your question about maintaining the quality of your photos is really applicable -- it would depend on how youare getting from the photo to PDF to begin with. The use of Acrobat in and of itself won't be the determiner.
That said, I couldn't live without Acrobat Pro in my workflow. Since you are on CS5.5 you have a couple of options. You could purchase a subscription to Creative Cloud (at a discount for the first year), which would give you access not only to Acrobat, but all of the other programs and tools included in the suite, but you pay a monthly or yearly fee, or you can buy a standalone perpetual license to either Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Standard (I didn't realize Standard was still an option, and you might not need all the features of Pro -- you can compare at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobatpro/buying-guide.html).

  • One billing document for multiple deliveries which are for different PO

    Hi All,
I have a scenario where i need to create one billing document for multiple deliveries.
    Payer is same
    Ship-to is same
    PGI date different
    Sales area is one
    PO different
In standard SAP it will create seperate billing document for different PO
Please advice if there is a different copy routine which will combine all the POs in one billing document.

    Hi Mr. Bhat,
Go to VTFL --> Select the combination of your delivery type and billing type --> Double click at Item(Left side) --> Select your item category --> Click at details
In the feild "Data VBRK/VBRP" --> I think the routine assigned is 601 (Inv.split - PO Num.) --> Now change it to 3 (Single invoice)
Then try your process, Hope it helps.

  • How can I combine multiple pdfs into one document?

I need to consolidate multiple docs into one.  How do I do that?

It's pretty easy. Open multiple PDF documents in Apple Preview that came with your Mac. Choose View/Thumbnails so you can see the page thumbnail icons. Select any number (or all) of the page thumbnail icons of one document and drag them to any point in the thumbnails of another document.
For example you can drag page 6 of one PDF between pages 40 and 41 of another PDF doc. But it sounds like you want to select all pages of one PDF and drag them to the end of another PDF doc.
If you need more powerful document combining you can use PDFpen or Adobe Acrobat Professional, but they cost money.
