Multiple item update problem in IDOC_INPUT_PORDCR1

Hello Experts,
I have used message type PORDCR1 and basic idoc type PORDCR102 to create purchase orders using Inbound Idocs. Inbound Idocs are created using function module IDOC_INBOUND_WRITE_TO_DB.
From this function module I am getting error Idoc number if idoc has more than one item. It says the segment E1BPMEPOITEM cannot be found.
I want the inbound idocs be cretaed and sent to function module IDOC_INPUT_PORDCR1 to create purchase orders.
But I am failing in creating the inbound Idocs itself when there are more than one item data. Why it is happening so when it is giving correct Idoc with one item and one item segment E1BPMEPOITEM. Why it is saying that the segment is not found when it exists?
Can anybody please help me in resolving this?

Hi Kumar.
Try to create the IDoc using test tool WE19, then you'll find out how the IDoc should look.
If you want more than one line item in the IDoc, you will have to replicate the E1BPMEPOITEM segment a number of times, then you need the same number of E1BPMEPOITEMX segments, then a number of E1BPMEPOACCOUNT segments and then a number of E1BPMEPOACCOUNTX segments etc.
I.e. first all the E1BPMEPOITEM, then all the E1BPMEPOITEMX etc.
I'm not sure it's really necessary, but I think you should use the field PO_NUMBER in all above mentioned segments.
For the first occurence of each segment type, set PO_NUMBER to 10, for the next occurence set 20 etc, so that there's a connection between the different segment types that belong to the same data item.

Multiple Item Information - problem

I updated to iTunes 8. Now, whenever I try to "Get Info" on more than one music file, the content in the "Multiple Item Information" window gets displaced. Please refer to this jpeg to understand what I mean:

Actually I meant on the Appearances tab, not the Themes tab.
You right-click on any blank space on your desktop, choose Properties, then click the Appearance tab.

Sounds like there's some other bugs with itunes v8 needing a certain color resolution setting or else the whole screen is pink.
In itunes 7, there was a huge bug where users were forced to set their display settings to 1024x768 in order to accept the iTunes license agreement. Nice, huh? Apparently that's fixed - haven't seen posts about that since v8 was released.
From the screenshots posted on the Get Info for multiple tracks, it looks like more display settings hijinx from iTunes. I changed some stuff on my system, but never got a display like that.

Outlook 2010 multiple item select problem

Hi,
I have a maddening issue with Outlook 2010. It has to do with a feature that has always worked 100% issue free in older versions of Outlook.
Outlook is somehow losing its mind where it comes to range selections. Specifically, there are 2 issues, with steps to reproduce.
Issue 1:
step 1) select a message
step 2) scroll down in the inbox, and shift-select a message 30 lines down (note: any number, not just 30, will do)
step 3) right click on the range, and select "Mark as read" (note: any other right-click action will do as well)
note: Upon completion of step 3, the range selection is lost inside of the inbox user interface.
step 4) to regain the view of the selected range, press and hold the shift key and then arrow up then back down
note: Upon completion of step 4, the entire range of 30 messages is shown as selected once more
Issue 2:

This is maddening, as it does not happen every single time.
Workarounds I have tried that did not solve the issue:
1) Update all BIOS and driver settings to the latest editions
2) Replace the mouse
3) Turn off the preview pane
4) Deleted the existing Outlook profile, and then created a new one
Please advise, this is an infuriating issue, which never occurred with older editions of MS Outlook!

I tried your steps, but I cannot reproduce step 3. The selection didn't lost when I right clicked on the range and selected "Mark as read".
Please try to open Outlook in safe mode to check if the problem persists. To open Outlook in safe mode, press Windows key + R to open the Run command, type
outlook /safe and press Enter.

Problem in multiple item for change document objects

hi gurus,
I have created change document object in tcode SCDO . It had giveN function module /TMW/CHG_OBJ1_WRITE_DOCUMENT.
CDPOS AND CDHDR tables are updated with changed data. now i am trying to display all old and new data in se38 program.
here my problem is when ever i changed multiple item data , my program showing first item details only . I need to show all item data when ever i changed parallel . please help me where is my problem .

I think this is issue with function module generated thru SCDO Please check in your function module inside that the following function modules are used

Update termination error while parking multiple items using BAPI fn module

hi experts,
i am facing a problem with bapi_incominginvoice_park.when i am trying to park invoice for single item for the po the invoice number is generating and getting updated in database in the same way when i am trying to park for multiple items the invoice number is genrating but not getting updated in database table.Here i am getting error 'Express document update terminated BY THE user'.How to solve this problem to find these error i have gone to se13 transaction,there it is showing SAQCL_DUPRC.it is saying duplicate errors in table but there are no duplicates in table.

hi vinod ....i tried the following it worked...
while sending tax info dont send any tax table manually i.e updating the vit_tax table using append statement
also while testing function module for multiple PO , no need to provide the tax info in the tax table
what we have to do is only to provide 'X' In the tax calculation option in the header details
HEADERDATA-CALC_TAX_IND = 'X'.
1.this will enable tax
2. will make the po status green so that the parked document can be posted .

How do I update grouping or description for multiple items?

As the question implies, I would like to update information in the Grouping and Description fields for multiple items as a way to keep things organized. What I have discovered is that there are some quirks in the new Get Info window that were not in past implementations, which are completely inexplicable and nonsensical to me.
For instance, when you open the Get Info window for an item that has no information in, for instance, the Grouping field, you will not see a Grouping input field, as in this screenshot. The Grouping field should be where the bottom arrow is. Notice also that the Description field is available. I will get back to that in a minute.
If you manually double-click into the Grouping field on the main iTunes screen, you can enter the information there. Then, when you open the Get Info window, ta-dah! The field magically reappears, as in the screenshot below.
The trouble comes when you want to edit this field for multiple tracks. If you select multiple tracks, and they do not all have the Grouping field already populated, the field does not appear. What this means is that you are forced to manually enter the information for every track! This is completely unacceptable when you need to edit information for, as in my case, 122 tracks. The following image shows the Get Info window that appears after selecting two items, one with the Grouping field manually populated, and one with no info in the Grouping field.
Not only has the Grouping field disappeared, but the Description field, as well. Thanks, Apple, but I think I can decide for myself whether or not to populate these fields for multiple items. Let's get 'em back, huh?
SO… does anyone know of any valid method for accomplishing this task? Without manually entering the same information in hundreds of fields? This is the future; computers are supposed to do these monotonous tasks for us, aren't they?
Oh, please don't suggest Option-clicking to open the older, better, Get Info window, as Apple has decided that we should not have that option any longer. We apparently have to organize our music their way. Think different!

The Add Field button was in the editors of 12.0.1 (where the new-style editors had a very "half-finished" feel) - it is not there in 12.1. Apple have determined which metadata fields should be available for each kind of media, with no option for the user to modify this. In Apple's own words: "Get Info has been completely redesigned in iTunes 12 to focus your attention only on what’s necessary for the selected item."
The only options are:
temporarily change the media kind (Options tab) to one that includes the field you want to add values to, enter those values, and then change the media kind back again
make the relevant fields visible in an appropriate list view and edit values there - the big limitation being that you can only do this one item at a time
I can see - to a degree - why Apple may have made some limitations so that metadata elements are available based on their relevance to different media kinds. However, one of the issues mentioned above seems like a bug - if a single audiobook file can have a Description tab, I see no reason at all for that not to be available for multiple items of the same kind.
If not already done so, report these issues and dissatisfaction with the "new" metadata editors in 12.1 (and the absence of a "back door" for the old-style ones) using Apple's iTunes feedback page.

According to your description, my understanding is that you want to update multiple items in another list when updated a list item.
In the event receiver, you can update the multiple item using Client Object Model.

Send one mail for multiple list item update

i have 3 lists storing customer details which are displayed in a page. i need to send mail whenever there is customer details update(any or all 3 lists). should send only one mail per customer details update(not per list item update).Please advise how to
achieve this using SharePoint workflow.

According to your post, my understanding is that you want to send an email when this are list items update.
A workaround is that we can use one big list to store the customer details from these three lists, then let users update their information in the big list and send email.
Or we can create a form to update these 3 lists, then send a mail when the form saved.

Best method - update multiple items

Hello all. I have 2 tables. One called deposits and another called items. 1 deposit can have 1 or many items.
Hence the item table looks like this

-----------------------------------------------------Now, I would like to update deposit 1. I would like to remove helmet from the deposit. The way I figure to do it is to do the following:
1) Remove all items where deposit id = 1
2) Add new items found in text area and set their deposit id to 1.
Would this be the correct way to do it? Update ??

Nah, its a bit awkard, or perhaps my brain matter isn't dense enough to get it :D
I could delete multiple items from a text area.
ie before the text area may look like this:
bike
helmet
gloves
lights
Then after the update it may look like
bike
bike
gloves
I opted for the delete all then re-inputted the answers. Thanks for your response anyway Eric H.

Why can I not select multiple items in Muse using Shift Click after installing update?

I am trying to select multiple items on a Muse page by holding shift and clicking each items. This has been pretty much my standard method across Adobe products but after updating Muse it will no longer let me do this. Am I missing something or did this method change with the update?

It seems to be happening mostly for Hotmail account. I just rebooted and tested two accounts. Only in Hotmail now.

I have problem uploading tiff. or other images through artwork box in multiple item info in itune-images is not visible in folder!

This means that you saved a child document as a template file at some stage.
If you go to Modify->Templates->Detach from Template, you can remove the template structure from your document. All you then need to do is to re-save the document as a template.

When creating Sales Order with reference or without reference then you can do a test run and as per suggested by Maxim that if there is any issue with the particular line item then you can exclude that line and proceed to create order with the rest of the line items.
There is no such restriction that if there is error in the line item then you cannot create order with rest of the line items.

Adobe CEF Helper multiple instances causing problems using newest CC 1.5.1.369

I just reinstalled all CC and Apps after a clean refresh wipe of PC. Within one week I am having several crashes and lockups and other strange behavior while using Photoshop, Indesign and other apps.
The lockups have been getting progressively worse, starting with very short delays while switching between apps or even switching to desktop to mouse click a file icon there which seemed almost like my machine would get focused on whatever app I was in and would not immediately release when I switched to do other things. Now the lockups are getting longer. Photoshop is also not fully closing down. So later if I reopen it, a photoshop process is still running in Task Manager and I must force it down before I can open a new file in a new instance of photoshop.
Today I had one complete crash of PS, as well as some strange lockup when I had two small ad files open. We are talking 1/6th page ads - small. I had them open side by side when it locks up and only thing I can move is the mouse curser which has changed to an "unallowed" icon (circle with slash). Rest of application and tools were locked up. In one of the files it would let me click a layer in the file and it would jump around the page. I checked Task manager and multiple CEF helpers were running around 30-50,000K private memory working set, and one of the CEF helpers was fluctuating between 13-20% or so of CPU usage. I immediately ended that service and photoshop started working again and I was able to save the files. I'm still noticing other problems like not being able to select multiple items at one time to copy/paste seen both in Indesign and Adobe acrobat pdf files.
I remember hearing about this issue long ago and checked the forums. Low and behold the long time Adobe CEF Helper problem thread was closed by a staffer in Feb, 2014, stating the following:

I am having problems with the CEF helper and I have CC 1.5.1.369 as far as I can tell, on a fresh install a week old.
System:
Windows prof 7 sp1 64bit, 32gb ram, SSD main drive and mechanical data drive
Items added to this PC are autodesk products and Adobe CC Apps. I don't have a number of addons for CC apps like photoshop, just one plugin for photoshop called Geographic Imager.
Hopefully there is something more subtle I can try besides wiping my PC and reinstalling all the apps and settings again. A pc refresh and install this time with up to date CC and Apps was meant to fix all my broken file associations issues from previous updates - which it did. But was hoping not to end up with a dreaded CEF helper issue. Any help would be appreciated as this seems to be getting worse daily.
Other note, I turned off Syncing of settings when I first started noticing issues. Haven't tried much else besides ending CEF helper services when forced to.

I just want to note that my recommendations led my clients to purchase more than 5 licences of FMIS/AMIS througt the time.
As I see how low is the passion to react to any problem on Adobe side, I would have probably changed my mind.
This is really pain in the *** as any call to adobe official contact (taken on mind that to find one is a big quest by itself) lead just to reply "pay nasty amount for our consultancy Sir!" and it does not look any better here....
I am no novice on FMS/AMS platform, working with it more than 6 years throught many projects and I would not ask for some stupid questions which could be solved just by looking to documentation or could be solved by some performance eperience.
I am really upset for this :/
