MuVo NX help, plea

Hello,

I'm having a hell of a time trying to get my MuVo NX to work properly.

First, It will not play in stereo. I only get sound from one side of the earpieces.

Second, I have lost the display on the player itself. It is totally blank!

I have down loaded drivers titled MuVoNX_PCFW_US_I_30_09.exe and JB3PCFW_WHQL__32_02.exe .

Please, I'm at the end of my wits here. Any help would be appreciated.

JB3PCFW_WHQL__32_02.exe is for a JukeBox 3 player - if you have somehow managed to load this firmware then no wonder you are having trouble!
Connect the NX in Recovery Mode and install the correct NX firmware.

Muvo TX, help ple

Hey,
I my muvo TX came in the post about an hour ago, i turned the volume up, lisetened to the demo afew times, was quite pleased.
anyway since that one time pressing the volume+ or volume- buttons locks the player up -- it will go on playing but pressing any buttons gets no response.
I searched the forum and couldnt see anyone else with this problem so i dont know what to do. will probably have to send it back but i really dont want to have to wait, so if anybody has got any input about how i might fix it i'd appreciate it
to try and fix it i upgraded to the latest firmware, it didnt fix anything. and i've reformatted it plenty of times with no change.
perhaps i could do a different version of the firmware? it had .02.x as stock and now it has .0.x .. i think thats the latest version; theres a .3.x for TX FM but thats not the model i have

Did you try reinstalling or updating the firmware?... Download the driver and firmware from http://www.nomadworld.com/downloads/drivers. Install the driver file. After you have installed the driver, press and hold the PLAY button, continue holding the button while inserting the player into the USB port for about 0-5 sec. Run the firmware update file and check/tick the 'Format Data Area' check box and click on 'Start'.

Muvo n200 HELP PLE

I just bough the Muvo n200 for my birthday because a friend recomendated it to me as a good player. but now when i try put music on it either my computer dosnt reconize the player. the player wont go to the transfering screen or when i transfer songs an error pops up saying there has been a write error and so far and it been like a month of trying i have only managed to get 3 songs on the player. so anyone who has any sugestions please help.

Dead Muvo USB 2.0- Help Ple

Hello All,
I have searched the forum and have not found a post with a similiar problem.
MUVO 28 mb USB 2.0
Latest Drivers
Latest Firmware
The player will not turn on.
Multiple computers do not recognize player.
I have reinstalled drivers and firmware in the order specified and tried to reformat the player with no luck.
While attempting to reformat I receive the error:
"Unable to Send SCSI Command.
SCSI Sense Code: device reported media error, allocation to large."
Running the firmware upgrade does turn on the Muvo's red light.
I have another MUVO TX USB 2.0 that both computers recognize.
Help please.

Unfortunately, I have connected this device in recovery mode. The firmware recognizes the device in recovery mode, then searches for devices connected to the computer, that is when I recieve the error described above.

Muvo V100 new owner help ple

I've downloaded and read the manual and searched and read every muvo thread here. I'm clearly missing something that must be very simple.
I have 4 albums in folders named by artist in the root directory. None in libraries A-C. Also in the root folder is a folder named LRC, one named mymusic2 one named recorded tracks.
When I turn on the player there is nothing that looks like a file browser- nothing that shows what cds are on the player. All it shows is information about the specific song that's playing. None of the icons or settings seem to show information about the name or content of any of the folders or even of the muvo itself. The only way I've found to go from one cd to another is to move song by song until I get to the first song on another album. That might be ok with only 4 albums but if I put a few more albums on I'd end up forwarding through over 00 songs just to get to the last album. I tried the skip folder icon but nothing changed- I assume because they are all in the root folder. I've looked at all the settings etc and can't figure out what to do.
From what I read here, others have folders by artist and seem to be able to identify contents. I have several other mp3 players so I'm not completely ignorant about them but this one is beyond me.
What am I doing wrong? I can still return it but I'd like to see if I can get it to work first.

If you press in the scroller button you should get to the menu. Select Skip Folder and you should see a folder name with x/y after it where x is the number of the current folder out of a total of y folders. Press the scroller left or right to go through the folders - only the folders with music files in will show. Press the scroller in to select the folder you want. PB

Formated Muvo NX before firmware update, help plea

For some time ago, I formated my MuVo NX 28mb player by mistake. This caused the player the firmware to go "blank", the player would not start at all. I tried to download the firmware update, but it couldn't see the difference between my mp3 player, and a normal memory stick. Anyone have any ideas that can solve this problem?
Oh, and I apologize for bad english, as it is not my nati've language.

I m adding MATKL field in the selection of MB51 report, when i took matkl in select option and write selection text in the text elements, it is not getting reflect in the output..
eg. select-options matkl for mara-matkl.
text-element->selection-text-> 'Enter material group' -> activate.
This message is not reflecting in the selection screen..
Please help me & have ur points.

MuVo N200 - help me, its de

I have a MuVo N200 player (28) and I used it for 6 months with no problem. Then my PC was formatted and before I reinstalled the software, I connected the player. After that it stopped working and when I connect it to the USB port, it just shows some display that it is connected.
Net I tried re-installing the software, but strangely the driver is not getting installed and now the device is also not gettign detected on the PC.
Even tried Device Manager but it shows no driver installed. I downloaded the following drivers from the internet but nothing happens as the player is not getting detected:

MuVoN200_PCFW_L4__5_0.exe
MuVoN200_PCFW_LB___0.exe
What do I do? Pls help!

Please download the recovery mode driver and install it first:

Now, remove the battery from your player. With the battery removed, hold down the Play button and connect the USB cable. Wait for Windows XP to detect your unit. It will take longer then usual, and the device will most likely have a STMP or STAC name right now. Let go of the Play button.
Install the firmware update:

Be sure to tick "Format Data Area". Due to flash memory corruption, your music was already lost before you started. It is likely that you will receive a warning that the flash memory is not initialised. Accept it and continue.
Once this process completes (the Close button will become acti've), you still need to format your MuVo dri've in FAT32.
If you receive any error messages, be sure to write them down.
If this procedure does not make the N200 usable, you will need to contact customer support and ask for an RMA. Feel free to describe that you have tried a firmware upgrade in recovery mode. They will want to know what error messages you received in this process.
Note that the RMA procedure only applies if the unit is less then 2 months old.

Can Someone Help Ple

When i switch my Muvo N200 to Music mode, all the track sound become scratchy. But when i switch to FM mode, the sound is OK.
Can someone help or assist me in this matter. Thanks guys!

Reload the firmware - get the same version as you already have from the link in my signature line.

Muvo v100 - Help with fold

I cannot erase the folders on my Muvo V00 (brand new). It has?a Root folder, then off of that, Library A, Library B, Library C. I want to have nothing but folders with artist or CD names, like I had on my old Muvo TX FM. When I try to erase these folders, they reappear. Mine is the v00 2GB. Any help would be appreciated.

Wonderful. Can they be renamed or anything? This is a bit of a nuisance. I wish I'd known this before I bought this player.

I got a MuVo NX 256mb and I have updated drivers and frimware and I can not get the vloume to go down even when it displays it going down
It will only play at full vloume I have it at 0 and it still plays at 40

I believe you can accomplish this by setting up separate user profiles for each of you on your Mac (System Preferences>Users & Groups (click the lock symbol if locked and provide the administrator name and password, then click the "+"). That should allow you to sign into separate iCloud accounts and maintain separate iTunes libraries within your respective user accounts.

How to transfer all music in my Zen Micro to either my PC or another mp3 player....help ple

i have a creative micro zen with about 000 handpicked and some very hard to find songs on it...i don't really have trouble with the player itself, just the software and the continous problems seems like everyone is having with something... my question is this..........if i wanted to get another mp3 player as a backup in case this one crashes, then what does everyone think about one of the smaller ipods? what about their software and such? and, if i do decide to get an ipod, then how would i transfer all these 000 mp3 songs onto the new ipod? would there be an issue with the fact that they are not bought from itunes?? would it not be safe to do that? and if it is okay to do that,? how would i transfer the songs back onto my PC, as i have tried everything suggested on this board recently in trying to do that using Mediasource and it just won't work even after downloading all new plugins etc. if someone has an idea about this, please let me know step by step if possible about how i can get these songs that are valuable to me from my zen micro, to my computer, and then onto another mp3 and if ipod (nano for instance) is a wise choice or if there is another player in the same category that others have found they have waaaay less problems with and better support/service with it's?any help anyone gives would be greatly appreciated!? i appreciate all the suggestions to my other questions as well!?thanks,barb
