My 4S keeps asking for my account password, it has my id but won't accept my password, I tried to create a new account but I keep getting "This Apple ID has not yet been used in Game Center.....nothing seems to allow me to enter.

I am unable to play games on my 4S.  I keep getting this Apple ID has not yet been used in Game Center, I can't even create a new account....nothing I try seems to work.

Try start a game with Game Center feature and create a account this way.

    If you haven't already created an account in the app store:
    Scroll down to the bottom of the FEATURED page touch APPLE ID and CREATE ACCOUNT
    If you have already created an account in the app store:
    First of all, double check you're spelling the password right.
    If you're sure it's not the password, scroll down to the bottom of the FEATURED page in the App Store on your iPhone, touch APPLE ID: and then VIEW ACCOUNT and make sure you have the correct card details and billing address on your account.
    Also, connect your iPhone to your computer, then log in to the iTunes store in iTunes on your computer and check all your details. After you've updated your details sync your iPhone.
    If you still can't get it to work, book an appointment with a genius at your nearest Apple Store. They should be able to solve whatever the problem is.

    Hi can anybody help or advise me? I've recently bought the i-phone 4s, I've set up my apple I.D and password but everytime I try and log in it says "this apple I.D has not yet been used on the i-tunes store" I click "review" follow the instructions and agree to the terms and condition's, enter my bank details but it declines every time? I've tried both my accounts and its declined both, this stops me from logging in so I can't download anything for free or buy anything, my sister had the option of skipping the bank details part when she created her apple I.D and just enters her's when buying something, why do I not have that option??     The details I'm entering are correct, I choose visa as my card type, enter my card number, enter my expiry date and my last 3 digts on the reverse of the card, enter my address and zip code plus my home telephone number, click continue and it says "the payment method you have selected has been declined, please enter another payment method". I've lost count how many times I've tried, I've typed my details in slowly making sure I put them in properlly and it still declines it, I've even tried makeing a new apple I.D and when I get to the bank details part it declines it again so I am forced to press cancel and all details are not saved so its just like I'm hitting a brick wall, its ******* me off!!! I can't even download any of the free app's because to do so you must log in but when I do it says "this apple I.D has not yet been used in the i-tunes store" review my details and can't get past the bank details part. So doesn't log me in, I'm honestly out of ideas

    You haven't opened an account with that Apple ID in iTunes. Open iTunes and log in. A dialog will appear in which you need to enter your Apple ID and/or password. Below it you should see a link for creating a new account. Click on that link to get started.

    I get this message everytime I try to sync my iTunes to my iPhone "This account has not yet been used with itunes store.Please review your account information" When I originally bought apps I used my dads iTunes account, but my dad recently passed away and his accounts have (or should have) been closed. I just recently set up a new Apple I.D. and tried to use this, but that's when I get the message.
    iTunes authorization automatically defaults to my dads Apple I.D., so I enter my new I.D. and the message appears "This account has not yet been used with itunes store.Please review your account information".
    I'm frustrated, any ideas? I really don't have the money to pay Apple to fix this!

    I changed my dads password, then went back to sync my apps and when it came to the Authorization, I entered his account name and the new password (which was by the way accepted and changed correctly) to have it come up on the screen as the incorrect password...REALLY!!! I went back and changed the password again...guess what? Same result "inncorect password".
    As I mentioned my dad PASSED AWAY, there is no way I can ask him what his password originally was, i can't accesses his email account as it no longer exists.
    What am I supposed to do, this is very frustrating.
    If I use my new account that's in my name, the Authorization screen just keeps asking for my Dads account.

    I applied and received an upgrade code to Redeem Mountain Lion for my new MBP. 
    I get this message when I try to Sign in to the App Store after entering the redemption content code, and also if I just try to "Sign In".   The first part of the error is true - I haven't used the AppleID with the iTunes store.  
    I received the upgrade code using this same AppleID, so I don't think I can use a different AppleID.
    I also tried to re-create this appleID...(it was one suggestion I saw for this issue) It doesn't let me since the ID already exists...
    The error is:
    "This Apple ID has not yet been used with the iTunes Store.  Please review your account information."  I click "Review", next message "You must turn on cookies to continue.   Cookies must be enabled if you want to create or edit.. etc." 
    It's clearly not a cookie issue..   Stuck...

    It's clearly not a cookie issue..
    As for cookies. Quit the App Store. Now open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder.
    Type this exactly as you see it here:   ~/Library/Cookies
    Click Go the move the   com.apple.appstore.plist   file from the Cookies folder to the Trash.
    Relaunch the App Store.

    If you ever intend to purchase anything in iTunes, say a song, a magazine, a book, etc., you need to put a credit card on file.  It's safe and secure and millions of us buy things via iTunes daily.
    If you only intend to download free apps and will never buy anything, there is a way to create a credit card free account.  But, I'd put the credit card on file so you're not limited in what you can with iPad.
