Not sure why staff members wouldn't have mentioned it, but I'm pretty sure integrated QR Code creation wasn't introduced until the CC version debuted.

That will not work!
You cannot copy or migrate Adobe applications from computer to computer. There are a whole host of files in different locations which have to be installed, and copying will not do it.
In fact, you'll now have to use the Adobe Cleaner tool to remove the mess you created. You can get to it here:

Any help that you can provide in helping my iPhone accurately sync with iPhoto and iTunes will be greatly appreciated.
Symptoms:
1)   Sync: It’s not completing the sync. Below, I’ve provided all of my settings from the iTunes Summary tab so that you might tell me if I’ve selected any incorrect options. I prefer to sync the “old school” way – by connecting to the computer – as opposed to syncing over the cloud. Perhaps this is what’s causing the problem? Here is a list of the steps displayed in the iTunes window as the sync progresses:
waiting for sync to start (step 1 of 7)
backing up (step 2 of 7)
preparing to sync (step 3 of 7)
determining apps to sync (step 4 of 7)
preparing apps to sync (step 5 of 7)
importing photos (step 6 of 7)

2)   Photos: I've selected only certain of my iPhoto albums to sync to my iPhone. All of the albums are correct/complete in iPhoto. All of the albums are listed on my iPhone, both before and after the sync, but the albums are empty (no actual photos) before and after the sync. Perhaps this is tied to the fact that the sync isn’t completing, but because “importing photos” is one of the steps that the incomplete sync displays, I don’t know.
3)   Apps: When I launch iTunes and click on the Apps folder under the Library listing, then click on the Updates tab, iTunes searches for any Apps needing to be updated and provides a list. If I click on Update All, the Apps are successfully updated in iTunes. But, when I plug in my iPhone so that the updates will transfer to the apps on my iPhone, the updates don’t transfer to the apps on my iPhone and those apps still reflect that they need updating on the iPhone.
Other Potential Pertinent Info:
The flash memory hard drive on my MacBook Air recently died (perhaps a month or two ago). Apple had emailed me about a known issue and literally the next day, my MacBook Air crashed. I installed a new flash memory drive and re-installed everything from a backup off of an external hard drive. Everything seems to be working fine; it recreated accurately all of my software and data, including iPhoto and iTunes, the pictures and songs (respectively) for which are stored on that hard drive, as opposed to being on the flash memory in the MacBook Air itself. However, I don’t recall if the start of the sync problem described herein started happening at the same time that I replaced the flash memory drive. All I know is that the computer is working perfectly in all respects and that even as the sync is failing, it at least says that it’s doing the right things and looking in the right places (e.g., the list of albums on my iPhone matches the list of albums in iTunes, etc.).

You can't. Any version before Creative Cloud does not support high-DPI displays and that is just that. If you cannot adjust the system's screen resolution and so on, then there is nothing you can do.

I’m running the sample encryption code and I’m running in to this exception:
"com.adobe.flashaccess.sdk.cert.ServerCredentialException: Certificate does not have the required extended key usage". I tried looking it up on javadocs but it doesn’t really tell me what’s causing it. I get this error when encryptContent is called. Is this something in my settings/environment or something with the certificates?

If you are using the EncryptContent.java sample code, please check which credential you are using for the "packagerCredentialFile" variable. Make sure this is pointing at the .pfx file containing the packager credential.

Target data source does not support the AGO operation

In BI Admin Tool, I join Essbase cube and relational source. Then I apply Ago function to Essbase measures. In BI Answer, I try to run query that includes Essbase Ago measures and relational columns(non measures), error message shows the following detail:
Error Codes: OPR4ONWY:U9IM8TAC:OI2DL65P
State: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred. [nQSError: 22001] Target data source does not support the AGO operation. (HY000)
When I remove the relational columns or run Essbase current-date messures, the result is fine.
So, what's exact meaning of this error message? and does the relational columns (non-measure) support Essbase measures' Ago function?

2. Enter table name JEST and press Edit
3. Click on Indexes Button
4. Double click on index JEST~I
5. Click "Delete Database Index" it will delete the index
6. Now Click "Create Database Index", it will create Database index
7. Click "Activate and adjust Database" button.
This way Index recreated as per the table field.
Repeate above steps for all the indexes which gives error.
This way you can repair all the indexes which gives error

Facetime not working "the device to register does not have the correct access data"

I can't use my facetime on my macbook anymore. I used it already a lot of times, but now I have to log in with my Apple ID (and password) before I can use it. After this it asks which emailadress I want to use to make and get calls. After choosing this, it states that "the device to register does not have the correct access data". I can also not change anything at the preferences of facetime, as it has become unclickable (probably because I am not logged in). What to do now?

Create another standard user on your MB. I bet facetime will work from there. Unless you have replaced a motherboard and Apple forgot to flash your old serial number into it. Check serial number in About this mac. If it's not there it is your likely problem.
There might be other problems. Have you tried checking with Apple?

As Nikhil said, just copy the files to a stick and move them to your new machine. As an alternative, you might consider this:
