My all in one printer says it is out of paper but the paper is in correctly. What do I do now

What a mess you are having. This is horrible. I have Iyogi support on my computers witch takes care of ever thing but you have to pay them for subcriptions. I know they spent about fours setting up my HP C410a photosmart all in one with fax. They were zipping around every where from defauts settings, comand promt and services to the routers reset web page. Most of the time spent was just waiting for the software to install. I just ran into a snag what is your computers Windows 7 ? bits. I need to know this so you are downloading the right software pack. Then I will post directions on how to install them one at a time switch from one printer to another using devices and printers. In the mean time please go to programs and features and uninstall any printers software that maybe listed. So we can have a fresh start. I need your computers bit information. Thank you frrw. Why does my printer say it's out of paper when I try to print a photo saved in folders on my compute

Until recently my printer would print pictures saved up on my computer. All of a sudden my HP Photosmart C6380 All-in-One won't print. The photo tray goes in like it should, full of paper, but in a few seconds comes back out and the screen as well as the printer says that it is out of paper. What can I do to fix this problem.

I am using a Macbook Air mid 2012 and an apple application "Mail". With only one email account (Yahoo), everything works perfectly. But the problem started when I added GMAIL account. Now it keeps on asking for my password for gmail and keychain.

With only Yahoo account in my Macbook Air "Mail", everything works perfectly. Problem started when I added my Gmail account. It keeps on asking my account and keychain passwords. And all my accounts always works offline.

It sounds like you may need to go into Mail>Preferences>Accounts and Complete setting up you Gmail account. It may not be finished being setup. For instance, note the line below to be selected from the drop down list in "Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP", then "Edit SMTP Server List":

Officejet Pro 8500 Wireless All-in-One Printer - A909g printhead

The printer has not been 100% for a few weeks. It would align the printhead fine. When printing, it didn't always print everything - one time blues would be missing, another black would be missing. Received a message saying the ink was out of date. Picked up new ink yesterday, installed it and the printer went thru it's normal routine - cleaning and aligning. It would print the page which was not good and then realign again.
I read up on how to change the printheads. Problem is the printheads are stuck over to the right. I have pressed the * button and done anything else I could find. What do I do now?

I understand that you're having print quality printhead related issues on your HP Officejet 8500 Wireless All-in-One Printer. I would like to work with you today in resolving the issue of not being able to remove your Printheads. Now I understand that you have already tried new cartridges and run the cleaning and aligning on the product to no avail. At this point you have determined that the printheads are defective.
Just so you are aware there are two printheads in your product. There is a Black and Yellow Printhead and a Cyan and Magenta Printhead. Because your quality issue is affecting blues and blacks than both printheads may be defective. The printheads run for about $64.99 a piece plus tax in the United States. Also, there is a chance that you could replace both printheads and the issue not be resolved because it's a hardware failure of your ink system. Therefore, the next step would be to replace the printer. New printers do not use the same ink systems as your Officejet 8500 printer so the Printheads would do you no good if you have to replace your product.

I'm going to provide you steps on how to properly remove the printheads in your product. Because your printheads failed to initially move to the left I'm going to have you start by running a power reset.
Step 1: Power Reset:
With your printer powered on, disconnect your power cable.
After 30 seconds, plug your power cable back in to the printer.
Your printer should turn on automatically.
Once the printer returns to the ready state, follow the steps below.

How do you set the time and date for the fax on the HP Office Jet 4622 All-in-one Printer?

I installed the HP Office Jet 4622 All-in-one Printer and everything works wonderfu. However on the test page for the fax the time and date are showing Jan-00-00 00:00AM. I do not know how to change the date and time. Please help. Thanks.

Use the Setup (wrench icon) button on the front of the printer to look through the settings menu to set the printer time and date.

I can see you're experiencing paper feed issues. I would like to help!
I would recommend performing a power reset. Disconnect the power cord from the printer and the power outlet, then wait 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, plug the printer back in. Ensure you plug the printer directly to a wall outlet. Make sure to bypass any sort of surge protector or power bar.

Hello , Welcome to the HP Community. I'd like to help you with the issue you are having scanning on your Windows 8.1 system with your HP Photosmart C5280 All-in-One printer. I would suggest installing the full feature software for your product. Fortunately, the full software suite is still available for download for your Windows 8.1 operating system. You can download the software here: HP Photosmart C5200 All-in-One Printer series Full Feature Software and Driver If the issue persists, I suggest trying to install the printer using the Windows Update. Hp deskjet ink advantage 2515 all-in-one printer

i bought an hp 2515 all-in-one printer three months ago and encountered a printing problem. i went to the hp support and troubleshooting center here in our city to avail the one year warranty service. they checked my printer and told me that it cant be fixed or repaired, instead they replaced it with another printer but is a different model from what i originally have. is it okay if they replaced my printer 2515 all-in-one with 1515 all-in-one printer because they were out of 2515 all-in-one pirinters?

Generally if a replacement unit having same or higher configuration is not available of the same product series (2515 AIO in your case), then another printer model may be offered.

Connecting All-in-One printer/scanner to Airport Extreme Issue

I just bought a new Epson NX430 all in one printer/scanner. I hooked it up to the aiport extreme. Network printing and AirPrint work flawlessly.
My problem comes when I want to scan. I can't seem to figure out how to allow my desktop to accept scanned images from the Scanner.
What I think I may need to do is keep the printer attached to the airport by the usb as well as by wifi, that way i can still airprint through the airport but scan to my iMac.
Does anyone have a way for me to not have two available printers in my iMac?

Bonjour only allows the print function to work when a multi-function printer is connected to the USB port on the AirPorts.
The bottom line here is that if you need the advanced features like copy, scan, maintenance, etc, the printer cannot be connected to the USB port on the AirPort routers.....since only the print function is supported at the USB port.
If you need full functionality, you have 3 possible options:
Connect the printer directly to USB port on a computer
Connect the printer (if capable) using an Ethernet cable to any LAN Ethernet port on your router or AirPort
Connec the printer (if capable) using wireless

If that reset did not resolve the issue, and the printout indicates that the wireless radio is not working then there are a few options that we can go through.
First, make sure that through the Setup Menu that the wireless has been enabled and turned on. If these options are not available, you may have to try a differnet reset that I will PM to you.
Also, if the wireless radio is not functional then you might consider connecting the printer directly to the router using an Ethernet cord and reinstalling the printer on your computer using that method of communication.
