My app not loading

When I go into my apps I can't see the top 25 apps it just says loading

Do you mean the App Store on your iPhone?  If so, check your data connection, i.e. 3G or wifi.

    Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
    ☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
    ☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
    ☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
    The title of the Console window should be All Messages. If it isn't, select

    I have two weeks trying to find a solution to the problem of Creative Cloude apps, because the apps not loading.
    Anyone can help me in my first language? Spanish?¿I tried doing all these recommendations on this forum, without making it works.
    I have the impression that many users with the same problem after the latest version of Creative Cloude.

  • IOS8 on iPhone 5: Apps not Loading; Frequent Crashing

    Hey All,
    I've never posted on the support forum before, because I rarely have issues with my apple products. I recently downloaded the iOS8 upgrade onto my iPhone 5 and have been having severe issues with the functionality of my phone:
    1) Apps will not load - some of my apps, such as mail, facebook, snapchat, twitter, mapmyrun, and so forth, will "open," but none of the content loads. Occasionally, the apps will appear to load further, the more I try, but then crash once they get to a certain point. I reuploaded my back up data, hoping that the transition to the upgrade might have damaged my files. That has not worked.
    2) Crashing Apps: They will occur without notice or in the middle of discussion. My facetime has vanished mid-conversation. My texts won't go through.
    3) Wi-Fi disappears - there have been times when I'll get the "your app will work more accurately if you enable internet," which is bizarre because I am always connected over 3G and/or wi-fi. I often have to manually go back into my wi-fi settings and log back in, which never used to happen in iOS7 for saved networks.
    Generally, the iOS8 is just slow. Even swiping pages is stalled. Scrolling on Safari freezes quite often (and not on pages where there is flash media or a lot of graphics, but basic text, like Wikipedia).
    I'm just really frustrated that my phone (which I upgraded to this year), seems to be incompatible with the latest iOS update.
    Is there a patch or new version slated to address any of these issues?

    Well, after updating to iOS 8 every app needs to re-ask for your permission in every since. You should have to go back into every app and click enable or disable for location services / notifications / requesting of photos. Is it a persisting issue (i.e. every time you  open one app, it repeatedly asks you to enable that service)?

  • Creative Cloud Desktop App not loading certain pages

    Hello,
    The Creative Cloud Desktop app is not loading the Home, Files, and Fonts pages. The only thing I get is the loading graphic spinning away. I've tried signing out then in, quitting the app, restarting the machine, renaming the OPM file to old, tried turning File and Font sync off - which it doesn't seem to do, checked the internet connection without any difference. The Cloud status page says everything is good.
    I'm on an iMac running the GM of Mavericks. I've been running Mavericks beta for awhile and haven't had any trouble previously.
    Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can get to those pages?

    Hi Mike,
    Does reinstalling the Creative Cloud app make any difference? There is an uninstaller in the Creative Cloud app folder in Applications. Also, does the same thing happen in a newly created admin account?

  • NYT Editor's Choice app not loading

    I just got my iPad and everything is working fine except the NYT Editor's Choice app will not load. I try to open the app and it just says loading and doesn't do anything. I have tried reinstalling the app numerous times but that hasn't worked. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Try it again. I just did and it loaded fairly quickly. All of these ( USA Today, etc. ) have issues from time to time. If it still doesn't work for you delete the app and then redownload it. By the way I really enjoy the app as well.

  • 5230 Facebook App not loading news feed properly

    I've had the 5230 for a couple of happy months but now the preinstalled Facebook app has gone a bit weird.  It connects as normal and most things work except the most important one - the news feed!  When it loads, I end up with a blank screen where the feed should be.  To add insult to injury, I thought I'd try Nokia for Facebook & Twitter for Ovi store but when I download, it sticks on 0%. 
    I can access Facebook okay on the Snaptu app but that's not as easy on the eye.  Anyone else having any probs with the standard Facebook app?  So annoying!

    Update - Reinstalled app which was a hassle considering ovi insists it is not available for the 5230 even tho the phone comes with it. Prats, making me trawl sites needlessly. Anyway, the news feed loaded again, but when you clicked on "other" for more feed it did not load. Today it will load a 2nd page but not a 3rd. Bizarre. This software blows.

    Do a reset all settings. settings/general/reset/reset all settings. That worked for me.

    My Appstore.app is not loading anything - by itself, through Software Update or even when I click a Mac Appstore weblink.  Running Mavericks 10.9.2 on late 2011 h/w. Already tried 10.9.2 update and restore from backup - behaviour did not change.  When the Appstore app opens, the screen is blank, all tabs (Featured...) give blank pages.

  • App not loading - Note Taker HD

    Hello,
    I am in need of some assistance with an App on my iPAD 3
    I have an app Note Taker HD, that will no longer load.  When I select the app and it pops up and says its loading, but then after a couple of mins the screen closes and goes back the main screen.
    I have tried rebooting a couple of times and no luck.
    I have been using this app since July with no issues.
    Any suggestions?

    Did you check out the Note Taker HD support site? There's a bug report there that tells you how to fix it:

    There are a variety of PDF files that cause problems with Note Taker HD (as well as some other apps that use the same code for rendering PDFs). PDF rendering often takes up a lot of memory so this is made worse if the iPad is running low on memory because a lot of apps have been executing. (In general, rebooting sometimes helps with low memory -- you do that by pressing and holding the Power button and then confirming power down. Restart by pressing Power again.)
    Because you last were editing that "bad" page before Note Taker HD crashed, the app attempts to restart by opening the last page being edited as it usually does. Unfortunately, this crashes it again.
    To get Note Taker HD to start on the List of Pages (where you can use the Delete Page(s) tool to delete the offending page) just use Mail or some other app to "Open In..." another PDF file in Note Taker HD. When Note Taker HD starts and offers to import the file, press Cancel to return to the List of Pages.

  • Trouble with apps not loading

    I have two game apps that I have been playing for awhile that now will not load. They are from different creators and other games from the same creator work. I have cleared cache's but just can't seem to find an answer.  I've searched the web with no luck either.
    Any suggestions or ideas what is going on?

    I know I've got a couple of go-to games whenever I'm on my phone so getting you back in the match is extremely important.
    At this point, I'm really glad to learn you've started by clearing cache as a form of troubleshooting. That's something I would have taken you through originally so let's go elsewhere. Another option you may wish to take all together is uninstalling and then re-installing the apps. Usually, that tends to do the trick. Ultimately through, given that the issue is with individual apps (as we know others are working), this is likely something you may need to escalate to the developer. Still, I'm hoping this will get you up and running.

  • Podcast app not loading any content  after ios8.2 update

    I recently got a new MBP and have finally been able to update my old 4s from ios6.0.1 to ios8.2. 
    The new look is nice, some of the features are better but I have not been able to get my podcast app to load any podcast at all.  It hangs on the "updating library" and then crashes!  I went into the podcast section on iTunes and clicked on the ones that I want and nothing at al loads.  I have only 4.8gb of free space, I know it's not much but something should load! 
    Am I missing something......I'm assuming that it works the way it used to where it isn't actually downloading the content but would just stream it.  Or do I need to download them to my MBP then sync?
    The new iOS is nice but it's very bloated for the older/smaller devices and I find my battery drains a lot quicker than it used to.

    The first thing I would suggest is to try to stream a podcast with the Podcasts app for iOS.  This will not take up any space on your iPhone 4s, and should not require any updates to your iTunes library.  Click on the link below for additional information regarding downloading podcasts directly to your iPhone or syncing with iTunes.

  • Apps not loading after 3.0 update

    Please help... My iPhone will not load any apps after the update. I have tried re-syncing, and even deleting and re-installing them but nothing will work. When I click on the apps they start to load but then it exits out of it. This happens to all of them. Please help because I am stuck and nothing seems to work.

    My 16GB iPhone 3G has been running 3.0 fine since last week. Now suddenly today all the app store apps quit back to the springboard screen a second or two after they launch. Built-in apps work fine still.
    This started after I was on a call, and switched to a purchased app while on the call. I got the green 'touch here to return to call' bar across the top of the screen. After a few minutes the other party hung up the call, while I was still in the app. Then there was nothing I could do to get rid of the green bar, short of resetting the phone. Ever since that, 3rd party apps crash on launch.
    I am trying resetting the phone to see if it helps.

  • You tube app not loading videos.... Today, This Week, All.  Why?

    Hi all.
    Im wondering if there are similiar issues with you tube.  My app wont load videos from tabbing , Today, this week or all. The screen is blank but just says "no videos.".
    I can play vids from search and favorites but nothing else. Ive tried closing the app and shutting down.  Any hints or solutions.

    Haven't tried it since I update until I read your post. I am getting the same results that you are getting - identical. I can access my stuff but not Featured, Most Viewed or Top Rated.
