This message means that someone was unable to sign in to this account multiple times. The Apple ID system will disable the account to prevent unauthorized people from gaining access to your information. You'll need to follow the instructions on My Apple ID to reset your password.

I always use my Aunt's account because I buy in-app purchases and other stuffs in the app store, I also used her account to download the app I play but she changed her password and gifted me a gift card to redeem in my own apple ID...

No, all apps are tied to the account that downloaded them, so only that account will be able to make in-app purchases within them - you would need to delete the game (which would also delete your progress/settings in it) and buy/download it with your account to be able to make in-app purchases with your own account.

Yes. Sign in to the iTunes Store with the same Apple ID you used to buy the music in settings on the phone.
Then tap on "purchased" in the iTunes app on the phone and download the music to your new iPhone.

1. Go to Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID.
2. Tap your Apple ID.
3. Tap View Apple ID.
4. Enter your password.
5. Go to Country/Region in the popup window to change to the desired store.

Yes, you stop using the same Apple ID under Settings > iCloud.

It depends on how you are using your iPad. If you are streaming videos or music, or playing interactive games which require internet access a lot, you may not get a full 9 hours from your battery. In addition, have you closed unused apps? To do so, double tap your home button to bring up the Task Bar (most recently used apps). Hold your finger on any of the apps on the Task Bar until they all start to jiggle and you'll see a sign on the upper left corner of each app. Tough the to fully close them.
Finally, location services, push for mail and it's frequency can have a dramatic effect on battery usage. Turning them off, as well as not using your screen at 100% will help reduce battery usage.

MY husband just got a iphone 5s last night, I have an iphone 5. We sharean apple ID. When he backed up to icloud he got all of my pictures and contact numbers. Is there any way to create seperate icloud accounts so when one of us back up we are only backing up our own data??

You both need, & should use different Apple ID's for iCloud, iMessage & FaceTime. You both can continue to use the same Apple ID for iTunes content.
Your husband needs an Apple ID for iMessage, FaceTime & iCloud.
The Apple ID needs to be a verified email address. Once you have an email address, that can be verified, go here & create the ID:

Then on his phone, turn off Contacts, Calendars, etc. for iCloud. You'll be prompted to keep the data or delete it from the phone, then turn off iMessage, FaceTime & delete the iCloud account...Settings>iCloud...scroll down...delete account. Then, setup iCloud using the new Apple ID, turn on iMessage & Facetime.
This will have no affect on the ID you both share for iTunes content, & you can continue to do so.

Is there any way to prevent non-admin user accounts to receive software update prompts?

I am the admin account user on our MacBook Pro, and there is one standard user account on it as well. Generally we are both logged on so we can quickly switch between user accounts and 'spin the desktop'.
For some reason, all the software update notifications seem to be received when the standard user account is the active one.
I know that the standard user cannot actually update without my account password and my Apple ID, but a) The notifications confuse the non-admin user, and she gets flustered, and b) Even if she manages to cancel them from the notification area, she then has to remember to tell me verbally that she had had one.
Is there any way to stop her receiving the update notifications altogether?

You should be able to do this by unchecking the software update service in the system preferences to prevent the system from running the check as the "_softwareupate" user and passing it to the notification service that broadcasts to all user accounts. Then you can check for the software update in an admin account using the following Terminal line:
/System/Library/CoreServices/Software Update.app/Contents/Resources/SoftwareUpdateCheck -Check YES
This line can be scripted via Terminal services to run on a schedule (ie, every few hours), and if there are found updates it will launch the App Store for that account and present them. Granted this approach circumvents the notification service, but should work. To try this, open TextEdit on your computer and in a new document choose "Make Plain Text" from the Format menu.
Then copy and paste the following text into the new document:

When done, save the document to your desktop as "softwareupdatecheck.plist" or anything as long as it ends with ".plist." Then get information on the file in the Finder to ensure its name ends with plist and not anything else like "plist.txt" (rename it accordingly in the Info window's "Name & Extension" section.
With the file name appropriate, hold the Option key and choose the "Library" option in the Finder's "Go" menu. Then locate the folder called "Launch Agents" in the library and drag the text file to this folder. Then log out and log back into your account.
This text file is a launch agent script that instructs the system to run the program arguments every 21600 seconds (6 hours) whenever the user is logged in. The program arguments here are simply those to check for software updates for the system. You can change this time interval to be any number of seconds you would like, but there are other options to use besides the "StartInterval" key for scheduling the task. This approach simply has it repeat every number of seconds, but you can use other options to have it only run on specific hours or days, or only have it run once when you log in, etc.
If this works for you, then if you'd like to explore these other options write back here and we can go over them for you.

We had purchased movies on iTunes and she came up to me asking where they went.. After a while she finally confessed that she had pressed the "x" on the top corner of the movie not know what it would do. Is there any way to get them back without having to pay for them again??

Was the iPad synched to a computer since those movies were purchased? If so, the movies should be in iTunes on the computer and can just be synched back.
If the iPad hasn't been synched, then sorry but you'll probably need to purchase the movies again since the movie studios have not allowed Apple to provide free redownloading. You can contact the iTunes Store and plead for an exception:

Is there any way to swap an alias from a dot mac account to a regular Apple ID?
The Discussion alias that I would like is currently on an expired dot mac account which I have no intention of resubscribing to, and on the Apple ID I use for everything else (iTunes, Apple.ca Store) the discussion alias is somehow my mother's name (I guess it is because it is her credit card on iTunes). I can access to both accounts, is there any way I can delete the alias from the old dot mac account and then change my current Apple ID to said alias.

Hi JJ!
Although you can't change the Alias of the account you are using, you can create a new Discussions Account, with an Alias that you prefer.
You cannot delete your present account. Just stop using it, after you have created a new one.
You can use all of the same info in the new account, Email address, User name, etc, just be sure to insert a new Alias of your choosing. At this point you could try entering the expired .Mac Alias name.
But your Level(0), Points(0), Total Posts(3), Total Posts Online(3) and Registered Date(9/7/05), will not be transferred.
In the new account, your Post Counts, Points, & Level Status will all start at 0. Your Registered Date will be the date you create the new account.
Your old account, with your previous counts & level, will still be viewable, under the old Alias.
After you quit using the old account, those posts, will be archived. What that means is, that if there are no additional responses in the Threads they reside in, the Topics will get continually pushed down on the Topics list. After a certain amount of time, maybe 1 to 3 months, the Threads will be locked, so no responses can be entered. But the Threads will not disappear.
The Topics that you started using the old account, will show your Old Alias, in the Author field of a main forum page, but eventually, readers will have to keep going to the succeeding pages to view them.
If someone were to do a DiscussionsSearch, using these parameters:
Restrict by Category or Forum: All Categories
Restrict by Date Range: All
Restrict by Username: Your Old Alias
all of your posts, created since about 11/13/05, would be found.
To create a new account,
Log out of Discussions. You also may have to delete the Apple Cookies in your browser preferences, but I'm not sure this is necessary. Then follow either of these instructions.

I need to change my US apple ID to a UK one but I cant because I have like 10c store credit. Is there any way I can go around this?

I am now living in the UK and need a UK account for my apple ID but my US account won't let me change it because I have some store credits. It is only about 7 or 8c and I no longer have an american credit card to charge any more to it to use up the credits. Is there any way I can go around this without having to use up the store credits, as I really need to change over to the UK apple ID. Thanks
