I would try plugging in the HDMI from the ATV to a different HDMI port on your TV and even trying the ATV on a different TV altogether...sounds like the HDMI port on your TV might be bad or a bad connection. Keep in mind you'll need to switch the TV input to the new HDMI port -

The only thing on my iPad 2 screen is the status bar
I was updating GarageBand clicked on another app and then the screen went completely black. When I pressed the wake button I open my iPad back up an then the screen was completely black. I tried to shut it down with the red slider but it wouldn't turn off. Now the screen is black and the only this on the screen is the status bar items. And when this happened it only had 10% left and they was yesterday! Now it doesn't turn off and the apps don't show up on the screen (it's still black with only the status bar) I can't get the red slider to appear and the screen won't rotate
You have to hold down on the sleep AND the home buttons until the Apple logo appears on the screen. this may not work, but it's worth a try. There other things to try if that doesn't help. You will probably need to restore via recovery mode.

Changing your ISP may cause some issues but not so far as I am aware a problem with it connecting to your TV.

I am having problems with my time capsule.
It's not backing up... if I enter the time machine, all I see is a black page, any day I look, since the day I bought it.

You may need to use a powered USB hub with the drive since the USB port on the Time Capsule is not a high powered port like you have on your Mac.
You may need to use the powered hub even if the hard drive has its own external power supply. -
I keep getting a ! next to my songs on iTunes. How can I fix that?
I can play the songs on my iPod but when I want to play them on iTunes I can't. It tells me it can not be found. I found this solution on a posting ....
There easy solution is; when you see the Would you like to locate it message, click on Yes and manually search your folders for it. Open it when you find it and the song will be restored to iTunes. Unfortunately, since those songs are not in the iTunes Music Folder of your computer, this means that those same songs will disappear next time you have a failure and you will have to repeat this process.
but it didn't work for me. I don't want to remove the music on my iPod because I don't want to lose it forever but I need to make room for new music. I didn't really keep the cd's because I had them saved on my iPod so I gave most of my cd's away.

This is the problem because iPods are not intended for use that way (aside from the legality of having a copy of music you no longer own). Storing music on your iPod and nowhere else is an extremely risky option because when (and not if) there comes a time to restore your iPod, which is a very common fix for iPod problems, then all the music would be erased. If you no longer have the music in iTunes (or any other back up), then all that music would be lost.
The iPod is not reliable enough to use it as a long term storage device, and these forums are littered with posts from people who decided to use it as such and ended up losing all their music. -

In most scenarios you shouldn't need to forward ports, however if you need to, you may be best contacting your ISP.
As with most router issues, I would recommend that you contact your ISP with details of your problem (assuming that it was your ISP that provided it to you).
There are simply too many manufacturers with different software features and settings and often different names for such features and settings, that the best advice will likely come from those that are knowledgeable about your particular router.

Navigate to Settings > Computers > Your Library on the Apple TV, you may be told you will lose all synced content, but you can't doing anything abouty this, you won't lose any purchased content that has yet to be transferred. Then select Settings > Computers > Connect To iTunes, note the passcode that appears on screen, click on the device in iTunes and enter the passcode when prompted. -
