My computer has a virus and I don't know what to do, Please help!
Everytime I open up the internet images and adds pop up and start moving around the page. What virus is this? And how to I fix it?
I'm going to assume that your browser is Safari. From the Safari menu bar, select
Safari ▹ Preferences ▹ Extensions
If any extensions are installed, disable them and test.

I couldn't find the edit button on my original post so I am posting an update here.
I have gone through more apps and have had good luck on all but one more. And it's not that the app doesn't work, I am talking about the Yahoo Weather app, It works fine, but when you swipe between cities the screen lags a bit and it sometimes doesn't move between pages the way it should. On iOS 7.1.2 it was smooth as butter but on iOS 8.0, not so much. I will post a note in the app store to let them know. I really like the Yahoo app better than the new stock app.
I have been going through my games and they all work fine. Angry Birds (Original and Stella), Canabalt, Minecraft, Bejeweled 2, Silly Walks, PopWords, Doodle Jump, Deep Green all seem to work just fine.
Starbucks app works as it should.
I will stop back again next week after I have had the weekend to play with it in detail and post my thoughts again. -

Please the first thing you should do is to restart your device. Go the sleep wake button and hold down on it for 4-5 seconds waiting for the 'slide to shut off' message to appear. Once the device is turned off go ahead and restart the device. If this does not resolve the issue then go to the area on the front of your device to the app that reads 'settings' from settings>general>reset>reset network settings. Clicking on reset network settings will not erase any data only will reset the network settings apart of your iphone., Once the reset has completed you will then need to go back to settings to wi/fi and plug in the name and password of your wi/fi prior to using it.

It sounds like you are unable to successfully install iTunes. I recommend the troubleshooting instructions in this article named:

Here is a general outline of where the troubleshooting will take you:
General installation troubleshooting
1. Empty your Temp directory and restart
2. Completely remove iTunes and related components
3. Install the latest version of iTunes
Additional troubleshooting
After performing each of the steps below, you will need to completely remove iTunes and related components and then install iTunes again to determine whether the issue is resolved.
1. Make sure you have administrator account access
2. Make sure your folder names don't contain strange characters
3. Get the latest Windows updates
4. Disable other conflicting software
Additional Information
If you only need to install QuickTime, or if iTunes installs but QuickTime installation did not complete
Try downloading and installing the standalone version of QuickTime from http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/. Be sure you download the version that does not include iTunes.
If the steps outlined in this article don't help, you may be able to find a solution to your issue by searching the Microsoft support website.

I dropped my ipod 4th generation in water, and I turned it on without knowing that it might never turn on again. I don't know what to do, pleae help me!!!
You could well be looking at a new iPod, but this will only cost you a couple of bucks, and a little time. Worth trying, but it maybe to late, (I just don't want to give you any false hope.) Turn your iPod off and leave it off, do not attempt to charge it or use until you dry your iPod out. Put it in a sealed bag of rice for at least 7 to 10 days. change the rice daily. If (and it's a "BIG" if) your lucky after drying the iPod it will start up when you turn on the power. You may need to charge it for at least 30 minutes to get some signs of life. If it does not turn on after charging attempt a reset, press and hold both the power and home buttons together for about 15 seconds until the Apple logo appears, then release both buttons. If your iPod turns on, check that all is working. If you get it to work the first thing you should be is back up everything on your iPod to your computer, no guarantee it will continue to work. Water does bad things to electronic toys. If it doesn't work your only out a couple of bucks, then it's time for new toys. You may want to look at replacing with a refurbished iPod, about 1/2 of new. My computer keeps shutting down and I don't know what to do.
I purchased the student/ teacher version of the cloud membership/ design suite for os x and promptly began downloading the programs that I would use onto my macbook pro. I downloaded photoshop cs6, Bridge, Illustrator, and Acrabat. I havn't used anything but photoshop so far but I have encountered a serious problem. When I first got photoshop I would leave the application open by accedent and my computer started shutting down randomly but only about once a day. As I started using photoshop more I started closing the application when I wasn't using it but when I was the computer would shut down at some point during each project. I could deal with saving a lot as I go but now it shuts emediately every time so I can't use photoshop at all. Please can someone give me some advice, even if it is just to go to the apple store.
I had very similar behaviour occur when I purchased my first MacBrook Pro and it turned out to be a faulty Graphics Card. Take it to the Genius Bar and see what they have to say. If they don't know what's going and it's not a hardware issue, then we need to know a lot more to help you. My grandaughter has an IPAD and I have a Toshiba computer with Windows 7. My grandkids have moved away and I want to be able to see them by video but my daughter says that I have to download Apple and get facetime? FaceTime will not work on a Windows computer. But, I believe that SKYPE has an application that will run on the iPad. So, if you go to SKYPE.com you can see their offerings. You will need to create an account (there may be a fee) and you will need a web camera for your Toshiba ( a Logitech 5500 comes to mind, assuming it does not have one built in already).
Your grandkids will also need to set up a SKYPE account. After that, you should be able to video chat to your heart's content.

You need to connct the iPod to its syncing computer and restore via iTunes on th comp;uter. If iTunes asks for the passcode and you can't enter the passcode or if yu do not have the syncing computer, place the iPOd in recovery mode and then restore. For recovery mode see:

I have tried every thing to help my apps open because they won't. For $580, this is a waist of money and time. I am very annoyed.
If it's apps that you've downloaded from the store that you're having problems with then try downloading any free app from the store (as that appears to reset something) and then re-try them - the free app can then be deleted.
