I'm a new iPad owner. When I've rented a movie, I can't work out how to play it back without a wifi connection. Rented or purchased video are watched through the videos app after you have downloaded them, iTunes on iOS devices is for buying media only.

Could someone please help me?
I cannot connect to the iTunes store on my iPhone for some reason. I have reentered the password, shut the phone on and off a few times and have been able to connect to the iTunes store on my computer. This is a pretty big problem and I don't understand why it is happening.

hopefully they can help. You may also be interested to know that for some reason it is just not available to a lot of people at the same time. Appears to be an issue of more users than their servers can handle. Has happened periodically for at least 6 months that I know of but apparently users are able to use within several days if there are no other issues with the users device. -
I've tried most things that forums have suggested and none work. I've downloaded the latest software.
If that's so then how are Apple expecting me to fix a payment problem if they can't tell me what the problem is :/
They are telling you what the problem is; your payment method has been declined. They will not tell you specifically what apps you still owe for, but that's rather irrelevant.
If I went to my bank would thy be able to tell me what's wrong or will I need to contact Apple?
It depends on what the problem is. First, make sure that you're using one of the accepted cards. If you're sure you are, then I again would suggest you contact your credit card company, tell them that an on-line merchant is declining your card, and ask for assistance. If the credit card company can't or won't help, you can try contacting the iTunes Store, but my guess is that they'll tell you the same thing I'm telling you; contact your credit card company or try a different card. Every time I attempt to connect to the Itunes store or to the Amazon cloud I am given an error message that states I do not have an internet connection which is not true because I do have an internet connection.

Are you putting in the address where the bank sends the monthly statement?
Apple's servers are very picky about the format of the address. If you live in the USA, then the server is expecting the style that the US Postal Service uses. One way to do this is to use the USPS ZIP Code lookup service;

Enter the address to look up the ZIP code and then copy the exact USPS output into your iTunes account information. -
My airport utility says it cannot find any airport wireless devices, even though I am accessing the net via my wifi. What's up with this? Also, I cannot connect to my Photosmart b209a printer, though a different computer - same Macbook Pro can. I tried redownloading the software, but in the setup I get a "device not reachable" message: "However to continue configuring the device in network, your Mac must have access to the device. So please make sure that your Mac has access to the Network ..." I've checked my network on the system preferences and it's properly connected. I'm on the net as I do this. Airport Utility is for administration of genuine Apple Base Stations. If you have a different Brand, Airport Utility can do nothing for you.
I think they're using ethernet.
To connect a Printer via Ethernet, no password is needed.
We already tried the password for the internet and that did not work...
If a password is required to connect to the Internet, then WiFi is likley being used, and that WiFi password is the one needed for the Printer connect wirelessly as well.
What make&model Printer? Is it indeed a Wireless Printer? Most connect via USB, but that would force it to use a specific computer to assist in printing. -

2) Again Sign In Your iTunes Account

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.

My iPad works perfectly except when trying to update apps. Then I get a message that says "Cannot connect to the iTunes store."
Try logging out of your account on the iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in and see if it then works.
If that doesn't solve it then what has worked for some people is going into Settings > General > Date & Time and change the date to a few months in the future and then re-trying -
