My creative Cloud desktop app just keeps spinning and I can't sync my computers
I have been trying to sync my desktop to my laptop and my creative could app just keeps spinning and spinning. Internet works. I am signed in. When I say to sync now, it take a long time and goes through the process and then says it can't connect to the internet, yet I am on the Internet and my account is open. When I look at the desktop app, the Home page just keeps spinning and spinning. All programs are up to date. HELP!

quit cc app and then from the activity monitor try and close any itunes services that are running in the background.

The Window of my Creativ Cloud Desktop App turnd black. So I can't see anything.

I have a problem with my Creativ Cloud Desktop App. When I start it first I see the loading icon for about one sek. but the the whole window turns black after that. I've tried to restart the PC or also only the App but that doesn't change anything. Also on Google I can't find an answer for this Bug.

When I open iPhoto, the spinning icon just keeps spinning, and it won't go further no matter what I do. I have rebooted, etc, with no luck. Suggestions?

What version of Photo? Of the OS? what has recently changed?
You can try Back up your iPhoto library, Depress and hold the option (alt) and command keys and launch iPhoto - from the resulting first aid window repair permissions and if necessary rebuild your database

Creative Cloud desktop App for Mac crashes and does not work
Installed creative cloud for MAC (running OSX 10.9). App does not run. I see the Creative Cloud icon at top of screen (in menu) for about 0.5 seconds then it disappears. No error messages or warnings. I have tried to uninstall and install the desktop app many times with the same results. It appears there is no way to download the LR CC and PS CC that I paid for.
I have even tried to run this from another dmim account. Same error.
I have run disk utility - repair disk and repair permissions.
Please can someone help me with this issue?

If so , follow below steps :
Important : Launch Activity Monitor and "Force Quit" all the process related to Adobe like Creative Cloud setup, CoreSync, AAMupdater, AAMupdater notifier, Adobe Crash demon from Activity monitor.
1)
Click on the Finder and look for the options listed next to Apple Icon located at the top left corner of the Desktop screen and click on "Go" menu button and select "Utilities" option.
(Applications>Utiliites)
Locate Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Application Manager folder under Utilities window and trash both folders.
2)
Click on the below link and download & run Adobe Cleaner tool :
Select the option "Adobe Application Manager for Mac OS X 10.6" and then click on "Clean up Selected" .

My desktop apps are signed out and I can't sync my preferences

I tried to log out and in from adobe manager and fron adobe cloud website but indesign and illustrator are still in a "not signed in" status and won't sync my preferences.

Creative Cloud Desktop App stays black on installation
I 've been trying to install CC on my new laptop running Windows 8. Tried numerous times, including deleting the C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE folder, but to no avail. Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you.An Adobe rep just helped me out with this. It turned out that you had to specify the Graphic Setting for the Adobe CC App (this is in the Switchable Graphics Specification Settings).

Why does Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app keep crashing?
After loggin in to my account via the adobe Creative cloud desktop app the timer spins for a few seconds and then crashes without generating a report. I am on Mac OS10.7.5. I have done an uninstall of Creative cloud and reinstall of latest version. No joy. I have done a complete clean of Cloud using the app from the Adobe web site. After reinstall of Cloud problem still exists. I have renamed the OOEB file in Application Support so a new one is generated. Same problem. My loggin details work when I go into my account online. When I try to install apps from there it opens the desktop app and crashes. Any ideas?

Creative Cloud desktop app totally empty - not even Preferences...?
I have from before Production Premium CS6 and Lightroom 4 installed on my computer (Windows 7 64-bit, 16GB RAM).
I joined then CC Photography Package and after login to my account I went to the DL section to download one of the programs and install it. The Creative cloud desktop app is installed, but it is empty. Not only is there neither a Photoshop CC nor a Lightroom 5 there, there's no menu and if I try to determine the app version as in http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-missing-text.html - there's not even a Preferences to select...
I get no error message, and going to the Download center and trying to download Photosgop or Lightroom just gets me a blink of "waiting for creative.adobe.com..." and then focus is changed to the empty Creative Cloud desktop app.
Checking my account I can see that both my product licences for CS6/LR4 are there, as is my CC Photography package.
I can add that I have restarted the system, reinstalled the Creative Cloud app and tried other things I can think of. But I still only get an empty Creative Cloud app, without a possibility to login to my Adobe account.Here's from the PDApp.log:

Creative Cloud Desktop App Slows All Browsers
True for both Chrome and Safari on a Mac, one running Mavericks and one running Lion. When Creative Cloud is active in the menu bar, the browsers slow down so much I can't even type an address in the menu bar without minutes of lag. Not seconds, MINUTES.
I always have a browser open, and I want to be able to use Typekit fonts on my desktop through Creative Cloud - but now I can't do both. This has serious consequences for my work flow.
I've tested this thoroughly, and it comes down to one thing: I can run a browser, OR I can run Creative Cloud Desktop. I can't run both. Please fix this, Adobe!!!
UPDATE:
The only way to get my system back to normal was to (yet again) uninstall the Creative Cloud Desktop app, run the cleaner, and re-install it. Simply deactivating the Typekit fonts still left me with a laggy, hanging, slow CC app. So - the problem is either Typekit or the CC app, or a combination of the two. What a freaking pain. This stuff is supposed to just work.Hi J,

Please launch CC desktop. At the right hand side top you will see a drop down arrow. From there select preferences. Select Apps and change the language to English.

I'm trying to update my apps using the creative cloud desktop app. I can't see any apps in the app tab, the wheel just spins round and round and nothing happens. Has anyone got any ideas? I've tried uninstalling the desktop app and reinstalling but it still has the same problem.
