Unless you subscribe to iTunes Match , Apple does not keep a backup of your iTunes library. Even then it is not the library as it exists on your computer, but some version of the media, and only media files, not playlists. Even then not all media are definitely available since anything removed from the iTunes Store since you purchased it is not available for re-download.

Photo stream only keeps your photos for 30 days. After that, they are removed from your photo stream but not from any device that has already received them. Chances are, the 44 photos are from the last 30 days; the others are not there because they are no longer in your photo stream.
If the photos were in your camera roll when you last backed up, restoring to the backup should recover them. However, you will have to restore to the entire backup to do so. If they weren't backed up or imported to your computer, there is no way to recover them now.

You need a computer with iTunes and an internet connection
Try:
- Restore from backup. See:
iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

Unfortunately there is no way for you to get it back. Just report it as lost/stolen to the police just in the rare case they catch someone with it. If you had "find my iphone" setup through mobile me, there would of been a chance. Sorry.

I have installed itunes 10.7 and now it doesn't open. How do I get it to open?

I have installed 10.7 on my Windows PC.
Now everytime I try and open it, it doesn't want to even open.
I have looked at similar questions and try to do their solutions but to no avail.
What I have tried so far:
Uninstalling all the programs that have to do with itunes.
Erasing the data in the (x86) folder.
Reinstalled 10.6.3
I have even tried reintalling it file by file instead of the whole thing at once.
Now 10.6.3 won't even open and same as 10.7 won't open.
Any help would work as I want to back up and sync my iphone to my computer.

Thank you for getting me started on the track by mentioning "Revo" Uninstaller. The results of "Revo" spoke volumns on why a successful install of ITunes is so difficult to achieve. It is the evil "BONJOUR".
I then tripped upon the following site by Apple and the detailed directions (I read, printed, re-read and followed the instructions. It was intense) brought a successful ITunes, Quick Time and the lovely Bonjour home. Thank you for the start JD42.

I updated Firefox to newest version about 2 months ago and this was happening now and again but it seems to be happening all the time now. I can't open firefox, and I don't know what the location bar is to get the crash ID. I was loading a page when it crashed, and have uninstalled and re-installed and checked for viruses and malware and nothing has helped.

Did this back along to mine. Plug it into itunes on your pc (or Mac) and click on the ipod icon on the left hand side. When the device options come up on the main screen, click on restore. Follow the steps and it should restore to factory settings. If you had icloud activated on the ipod all previous purchases should be in the cloud and ready to download onto the ipod afte rit has been restored to factory settings, otherwise you'll have to download them all again.
