My EarPods are not working so can I have a replacement?
Hello, my EarPods are not working that much and everytime I put them in the headphone jack, only the right is working and the left one doesn't. Sometimes when I stand and shake a little bit of my earpods, the left one is working sometimes for a little bit. so please help and give me a replacement on these headphones I still have warranty on it.
First verify that the problem is the headphones and not the iPod's jack.
Try another pair of headphones. If those work then Apple will exchange the headphones at not cost if they have not been abused
- Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.

Otherwise:
- Try cleaning out/blowing out the headphone jack. Try inserting/removing the plug a dozen times or so. There is a little switch in the headphone jack that disconnects the speaker when the headphone jack is inserted.
Try the following to rule out a software problem
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
- Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store. Seems you have a bad headphone jack.

Downgrading the iOS is not supported. If you are using Safari this try clearing its cache via Settings > Safari.
If that doesn't work then try closing Safari completely and then re-open it : from the home screen (i.e. not with Safari 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Safari app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
A third option is a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot. -

I'm afraid you'll have to wait until both Apple and the makers of your games/apps upgrade to new versions.
Apparently there are still some issues with iOS7 that are being dealt with and the same with some apps.
As for going back, I don't think you will be able to get this information from these forums... -

You woulod have to send it to someone in the U.S. They could take it in and if it is defective, then it would be replaced. -
There are 6 keys in my MacBook Pro that are not working, how can I fix them?

SO,,, You've transferred music from itunes to the ipod already? And it's still not showing up on the Ipod, which is what I'm assuming. If you are not seeing music on your Ipod, then try restoring it to factory defaults. This can be done through the computer. If a factory reset does not solve any issues, then maybe something is wrong with itunes. How are you syncing the music through itunes? Are you sure it's even syncing? Maybe you thought you clicked the sync button, but didn't. If that's the case, then here is an article on how to sync music to your ipod from itunes.http://support.apple.com/kb/PH12113 If that does not work, then all I would be able to suggest is that the ipod is damaged in some way or form, and therefore does not work. You will lose your handset and no accessories are required you get a brown box service replacement just the iphone
Do a complete backup as your handset will go and all is over the counter ,make an appointment to avoid a long wait

What version of the OS do you have?
v8.1.2 is the latest version of iPhoto 09. Upgrading beyond that requires a purchase.
