She does have the right because she bought the movie.
Not true at all.
You only buy the right to your own personal use.
You do NOT have the right to distribute to others.
This is illegal. There is no doubt about it

I just transferred itunes to a new computer. When I plugged in my ipod, I was asked if I wanted to erase my old library and put the new on on. I said yes because my whole library is on this computer. Now that it's done with the sync, I only have the three albums that I just purchased and all of the rest is gone. How can I sync my whole music library back onto this device?
If the lost music and photos are no longer accessible by or on your iPod, on your PC, or in another backup somewhere, you are out of luck. You can download most iTunes purchases again at no cost via iCloud. See this article for more information and assistance.
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
For non-iTunes purchased content, you'll need to redownload or rerip them from their original source.
For the future, you may want to consider backing up your iTunes library and/or PC.

I had FF 4.0 Beta 12. While deleting some Wild Tangent games, everything went black and I haven't been able to get to Firefox since, (about 7-8 weeks. I click on the desktop icon for FF and I do get the FF screen with the FF icon on top left and the minimize, maximize and exit icons on the top right. However, the screen is just white and I can't open anything up. This is driving me crazy because the only way I can get to the internet is through IE and I hate it. I do get a crash report from FF and I fill it out and send it in with my email but I hear nothing from FF because I don;t think you get the report. I want my FF back and I'm going very frustrated trying everything and nothing works. Please, please help me if you can. Thanks, Cathy

It wouldn't show my pictures when iPhoto was opened, so I shut it down and restarted it. Now it won't show any of my pictures and I moved them from my photo booth so I have none of them anymore. Please, how do I fix this!
The best solution is to restore the library from a backup made just before this occurred.
Baring that apply the two fixes below in order as needed:
Fix #1
1 - launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
2 - run Option #4 to rebuild the database.
Fix #2
Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
1 - download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
2 - click on the Add Library button and select the library you want to add in the selection window..
3 - Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the Library ➙ Rebuild Library menu option.
4 - In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
5 - Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments. However, books, calendars, cards and slideshows will be lost. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.

- Try resetting the iPod.
Reset iPod touch: Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home
button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Next connect the iPod to its syncing computer and restore the iPod via iTunes
- If iTunes does not see the iPod try placing the iPod in recovery mode to see if it will make it visible so yu can restore the iPod. For recovery modes see:

How can I get my ITunes library back to the way it was
I just downloaded the new ITunes and I do not like the set up, is there a way to go back and have the layout as it was before?

My original hard drive I now use as a data drive. I copied evrything that was in my user folder to an external harddrive,
That's does nothing to set OS X to use that folder as your home folder.
For iTunes, hold Option, laucnh iTunes, select Choose library... and select the iTunes folder on the external.
To set OS X to use the Home folder on the external, see this -> http://chris.pirillo.com/how-to-move-the-home-folder-in-os-x-and-why/

I am not sure why, but everything in my library is gone. I no longer see my songs, or my playlist.
When I click on "on ipod" in my itunes, it shows everything how it should be, but it's grey so I can't click on anything. Is there a way to transfer all of that to my itunes again? Or is there a setting for this? I am so confused, I have no idea how/when this even happened!Hello MeggiePie86,
Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. Before you go through the process of importing your music from your iPod, check to see if the music is already on your computer. Check in the Following path C:\Users\username\My Music\iTunes\
Where are my iTunes files located?
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1391
If there is media there, then import that into your iTunes library.
Adding music and other content to iTunes

If you need to transfer your music back from your library, you can transfer purchases that have been made through iTunes. This article will assist with that process.
iTunes Store: Transferring purchases from your iOS device or iPod to a computer

You can alternatively download previous purchases directly from the iTunes store.

Im making a wedding video and cant figure out how to get the bridal music off my itunes and onto my computer.. Im using the windows movie maker
Marian,
Let's be clear on one thing here. The manual setting is an iPod setting, not an iTunes one. So, once you've set it to manual (and you appear to have done that correctly), then you can connect it to any number of computers without changing that setting.
"The grey thing occurs on one pc only"
This is the thing that I don't understand, if your iPod is set to manual, then it shouldn't happen on any computer. If you connect the iPod that is set to manual to this pc, and then click on it in the source listing, then you would be looking at the songs on the iPod, and they should not be greyed out. When you connect to the "other pc" under these same circumstances, they are not greyed out? -

I've got movies on my computer on itunes, however my parents wish that i use my laptop for itunes stuff, and i cant figure out how to get those movies to be able to sync with my ipod again, it wont recognize that I have them. Suggestions?
While you're in itunes, with the leftside window open, click on Apps. Then, look across the top middle of your itunes screen. You will see several choices: All, Iphone/iPad Touch, Ipad, Ipod Games, List, and Updates.
Clicking on each of these gives you a different view.
When you select ALL you will see all of your apps. When you select Updates you sill see only the apps that need to be updated. When you are in Updates you will see the Update button in the lower right corner.
Hope this helps. -

Help... I cant figure out how to put videos on my ipod?
well, i got an ipod video for christmas, but i still havent been able to put any videos on it. i haven't figured out how. i've got a few videos downloaded on itunes, but when i try to drag them over to my ipod, it says "selected files ... bla, bla, bla ...these cannot be played on this ipod" or something to that extent. and i also herd that you can rip DVDs to your ipod, but i cant figure out how to do that either. can anyone help me?
ok listen. forget everything that you've tried to do so far. what you need to do first is download a program called Videora iPod Converter (my recommendation). If you have LimeWire, you can just get it off of there. And if you don't have LimeWire, I'm sorry and I don't know where to get it, but i'm assuming that you can get it off of the videora website.
ok when you get there, click convert, and after that, there should be a "transcode new video" button on the screen. click that and open the file that you want to rip. and then push start. after it says transcode complete, go to your videora ipod converter folder (which you get when you download the program) and you'll find that file in the folder. double click that file and it should open up with itunes. after its in the library just update your ipod and itll get on there!
