My friends aren't getting my "delivered" iMessages

The title pretty much says it all. My friends have their read reciepts on too and none of them have seen them. What do I do to fix this problem?

On most occasions when mails are not delivered it is the result of exceedingly poorly thought out spam filters on the receiving end. Many businesses fall into this category Such stupidity as Yahoos decision to block legitimate mail with a reply to address is one recent example..

Out of curiosity, do you have 2 step verification enabled? It was recently extended to include iMessage & FaceTime & I'm wondering if it might be causing some of the issues that some users are experiencing.

My friend wanted to get some of the music off my itunes. when syncing it needed to udate her phone which it did - now all her photos are gone. and the last back up was from when she used my itunes 6 ago. How can we get back her photos :(Please help

My friend wanted to get some music off my itunes - when syncing it it said she had to update her phone software first - which it did. Now all her photos are gone. When we tried to restore the last back up - the only one was from when she used my itunes 6 months ago which was from her old iphone. So now it has put all her photos from her old phone onto her new iphone and deleted all the new ones. We cannot find her new photos. Please help and there was 100 new pics. Is there any way we can get them back. I already have the program Asoftech - but it doesnt seem to register the iphone only C and D drive. Please help!

That's not quite what it said. Someone should have paid more attention to the great big warning about the possibility of losing data if the phone wasn't backed up.

It restored the backup that was made on your computer 6 months ago, which did not contain those photos. You're wasting your time trying to find them on the phone. They don't exist.
Hopefully, your friend syncs her phone to her own computer on a regular basis. She needs to plug her phone into her computer and restore it from her last backup. That will restore it to the state it was in when the backup was made.
She also needs to get in the habit of extracting the photos on a regular basis, like she would from any other digital camera.

Thanks to everyone for the tips on my CS2 question. It turns out in the end it was some plug-in filter software that was causing the glitch, not a lack of an Adobe registration key. As for why he still uses CS2, it does the job for him, so that's all he needs.

I can't get FaceTime or iMessage to work, i get a message displaying waiting for activation. Also when I make a call the FaceTime icon just says activating

1. Make sure software is up to date (important)
2. Make sure FaceTime is enabled; Settings>FaceTime
3. Make sure Date and Time is correctly set; Settings>General>Date and Time>Set Automatically>On
4. Make sure Push Notification is enabled
5. Make sure phone number or email address is correct
6. Hold the Sleep and Home button down (together) until you see the Apple Logo

The systems aren't getting automatically created in SMSY

Hello Gurus,
I am trying to configure E2E for my development systems, And when i go to managed system configuration in solman_setup. I see few Dev systems and Few of them are missing. I have tried to use SMSY_SETUP and tried to define the job. But the systems aren't getting automatically created.
I have created the system manually in SMSY and when i continue with solman_setup i am getting diagnostic prerequisites aren't met completely. And when i see the error I see the follwoing messages:
1. No host found for this system!!!
2. The technical system is not well defined.
I have tried a lot, But am getting stuck here only. Please could you help ASAP?

We aren't getting any volume with teacher, band, my guitar.

We've turned the volume up on the computer. We put the settings in mixer on for the speakers. The computer is picking up my guitar in tuner, but we aren't getting anything for sound on the computer with regards to the guitar, teachers voice, band, teachers guitar.

Check Garageband > Preferences > Audio Midi. You probably have the interface set for output, change it to your mac speakers or the speakers connected to your mac.

Getting Multiple user iMessage & FaceTime on my iMac with Yosemite

My son has an iPhone 5c running iOS 8.0.2.
I've just upgraded my iMac to Yosemite.
I'm getting my iMessages and Phone calls with the new Yosemite OS, but I'm also getting my sons iMessages and FaceTime requests.
Only his iMessages and Facetime, no Phone calls, no Text messages. I tried turning off his Bluetooth, thinking that was the issue, but it isn't.
This must be a settings thing, but I cannot figure it out.
Any help will be highly appreciated.

Exactly what did you do?
Open Users & Groups preferences.
Click the lock icon and authenticate.
Select the account to delete then click on the Delete [-] button.
Select the option to delete immediately. Do not select erase securely.
If you've already deleted the account using secure erase, then you cannot change that. You will have to wait until the process is completed which may take days depending on how much data was in the account.

True if the OP is not getting messages then the account needs to be enabled first.
If he is already getting messages and just wants the alerts then he just needs to go to system preferences.

Friends can not get into see my photos in Express

I am having a problem that I hope someone can help with.
I use Express, although I have Elements 8 installed and have transfered some of my photos into E8 while still using Express, friends can not get in to see my albums.
It said that natureschild122 has not shared any albums. Check back again soon.
I have 18 albums all listed as shared and I created 3 this month so far Aug1,4 &5.
I have deleted E8 hoping this would help but it has not.
Any assistance would be gratefuly accepted.
When I do switch over to E8 will my friends still be able to see my albums?

Your albums need to be public and you need to use either Group Albums or nominate Friends and receive notifications from them.

Settings\iCloud - Account is your Apple ID appearing here and is the place for your password full of stars. The password needs to be the password for the email account - not your Apple password.
Once you have checked this go to Icloud main page and ensure mail is on.
Go to home screen and tap on Mail App - check that you can access your mail and your .me.com email account.
The check settings\General\Restrictions and ensure facetime is On if restrictions is enabled - alternatively turn restrictions off if you wish.
Both services you require run through the cloud and need an active .me.com account to set up initially. the default account can be changed from your @me.com later if you prefer.
Also note that once iMessage is active - go to settings\iMessage and ensure your Apple id main email is listed in the Receive at Field.

Can anyone explain to me why my emails are not being sent. It tells me that it is, but it doesn't show up in the sent folder and they aren't getting received. Please help.

Delivery of emails is very important! Are you experiencing email issues with your Gmail account? Do you have multiple email accounts setup? Do you experience same issue with all accounts?
Completely remove the email account in question, then power off/on and setup email again. Let us know if this resolves the issue.
