My granddaughter set my iPad up with her info on it and now I don't know how to change it to my apple I'd. Can someone help?
My granddaughter set my ipad2 up with her name and apple I'd thinking she would change it later to cry info so that I could use iTunes for purchases,etc. it comes up with her name and asks for her password and I can't change it. Can anyone help a newbie with this.
Go to Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap her ID and sign out. Then sign in with your ID.

My Facebook shuts down unexpectedly every 3 seconds when I tried to log in my iPad. It leaves an empty blank page and goes back to FB App. How can I restore it back to normal. I tried uninstall and reinstall the FB App many times but nothing works. I love using FB on my iPad. Please help.

I think you have to sign into your Amazon Kindle Account, find the book in your archive and delete it there. Otherwise you can delete it from the device and leave it in the archive, should you want to look at it again.

Whatever you read about iTunes is wrong unless you're actually referring to feature movies, not videos. Videos, apps, music and iBooks you can re-download:

Download to your computer and then sync to your iPod touch whatever will fit.
And no, I can't say with certainty that they won't give you a refund, but it's unlikely. The most probable outcome, if you do indeed mean movies, not TV shows or other videos, is that they would set up an additional download. For other content they'll probably just direct you to the same instructions on re-downloading I just posted. -

I'm very new at the whole i-tunes idea and would consider myself a total amature!!All I'm really looking for is a way to sing karaoke songs at home as a rehearsal in case I go out sometime.
I thought the iTunes version would have lyrics or that I could move it with lyrics into a Karaoke program that I downloaded.

Good choice! I have one installed in my 13" MBP. The installation is not too difficult, but it is not trivial. I'm pretty experienced with this stuff so just take your time and carefully follow the instructions. You'll be working with tiny little screws that are easy to drop and/or lose. I suggest using magnetic tipped tools. There are a couple of screws in some tight areas that are a little difficult to remove.
Be particularly careful to check all the snap-on cablings when you reassemble. There is one you don't remove during installation that is near the top part of the optical drive and covered over. When I was tugging on the drive to remove it I apparently popped the cable under the cover. Turned out it was for the WiFi and BT. I had to disassemble the back cover and look hard for something I couldn't see. I just happened to press on the covered area where the cable connected and heard the snap of it reconnecting. If it weren't for that I would have never figured out why my WiFi and BT stopped working! -

I have downloaded MAMP for Mac and want to use it for working with Wordpress. I'm on an Imac with Maverick OS 10.9. I had mysql installed before this and would like to uninstall it and use MAMP. It was easy to turn off Apache and PHP but don't know how to uninstall mysql. Please help!!
It depends on how you installed it. You have to shutdown the MySQL service first. If you used the standard, but obsolete Startup Item, you can do that with the Startup Item. If you created a launchd script, you can do it with launchctl. Once MySQL is no longer running, you can delete the Startup Item or launchd script and the rest of MySQL.

Tried updating my iPad2 with the most recent update and now it is saying that I have to connect to iTunes and restore my Ipad2, what happened? Did I lose all my stuff that I had on it?
FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note:
1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. You must follow step 1 to step 4 VERY CLOSELY. -
