I updated Software 6.1.2 and didn't had back up.
How can i get my all data.

due to security measures which are usually in place to protect yourself and your information can backfire sometimes
You might need to set the iphone to recovery mode.

Also, after the restore, you could get an option to restore from back up.
You can try this, but if itunes did a backup since the password was set, you will just put the password lock back on the iphone.
You might want to consider setting up as new iphone but you may lose some unsaved information

I put my 2degrees (NZ carrier) in today and it worked fine. I got into the settings and turned off the automatically part of carrier and there were 3 options for me to choose 2degrees vodafone and telecom. Hi tranvietanh - I appreciate you contacting us all the way from New Zealand! I can confirm that the iPhone 5s and all of our other 4G LTE device are not SIM locked. As the carrier in New Zealand may not support the exact same frequencies and cellular bands that we use on our network, we are unable to support the device if using a 3rd party SIM.

iCloud: Remove your device from Find My iPhone - Support - Apple
Sign in to icloud.com/#find with your Apple ID (the one you use with iCloud).If you’re using another iCloud app, click the app’s name at the top of the iCloud.com window, then click Find My iPhone.
Click All Devices, then select the device.
Click Erase device, then enter your Apple ID password. Because the device isn’t lost, don’t enter a phone number or message.If the device is offline, the remote erase begins the next time it’s online. You’ll receive an email when the device is erased.
When the device is erased, click Remove from Account.All your content is erased and someone else can now activate the device.

When my phone is locked, and I get a text message, it isn't making any sounds. When the phone is in use and I get a text, it makes the alert sound.

When I get a text while the phone is locked it doesn't make the designated alert sound, but it does if the phone is unlocked and in use.

I think you have the 'do not disturb' function enabled. If there is a moon icon in the top right of the home screen that will be the problem. Go to settings, do not disturb, and make sure manual slider is off. I had the same problem and took me a day to figure out.

The phone is gone into Recovery mode. You need to connect it to iTunes and restore.

Sorry, downgrading the iOS is not supported by Apple, thus there is no official way to do so. Your phone was re-locked to the carrier it was originally locked to because you hacked it to unlock it. Apple's servers detected such & re-locked your phone. You need to contact the carrier your phone is locked to if you want to get it officially unlocked.

All LTE phones (Android, iPhone, anuything) on VZW are GSM unlocked for the bands the phone supports. This is a restriction placed on Verizon due to the terms they sigend with the FCC for use of the 700 MHz spectrum for LTE.
An iPhone 5 will work fine on T-Mobile or AT&T's GSM networks with 3G. They are not compatible for LTE due to the hardware included in the phone.
If you want to tell, borrow a nano-SIM from someone with an AT&T or T-Mobile iPhone 5, place it in your phone, and watch as it works.

Contact the carrier the devices are locked to. Apple has nothing to do with this and will not unlock any iPhone for end users.
If the carrier offers unlocking and you meet their requirements, they will then submit the information to Apple to have the device unlocked.

Depends, if you've synced with this iTunes, while that passcode was enabled, you won't be prompted to enter the passcode when connecting your phone. If you have not synced, while that passcode was enabled, you will. So, if you fall in the later, there is no way to do what you want.

Hi, I have a frustrating problem that seems to have occurred post iOS 8 installation. When my iphone5 is switched off the ring tone fails to sound i only get the vibration. If i am using my phone and a have an incoming call then the ring tone works as normal. I think it has something to do with "do not disturb" ... i see from the menu in "do not disturb" that under the heading "silence" there are two options "always" and "only when the phone is locked" This does not seem to make sense as i have to choose one or the other!
If anybody can help advise me on this problem i would be very grateful.

So what that means is when you have Do Not Disturb turned on, you may have an alert depending on the setting and how you are using your iPhone. So if it is set to Always, then that means that no matter what, your iPhone will not be notified. If it set to Only while the iPhone is locked, then that means that you will not get notification when your iPhone is locked but you will get notifications if your iPhone is being used. Also keep in mind the settings All Calls From can be set to certain contacts like Favorites, Everyone or no one. If you are using Do Not Disturb and you do not need it, then turn it off.

Same thing happened to me last week had to update than said some sort of error so it told me to restore I did that and it said restore couldnt be completed !! So I called my service provider and I had to press the circle button and the power button and hold for 15 seconds while still plugged in to the comp , than to try and restore and than update !! And it worked !! Hope that helps!!

Is there a setting that disables vibration while i am using my phone but allow my notification to continue to roll down AND enable vibration only when my phone is locked.

The problem is that I want to be able to read the notifications that roll down but the vibration is very very annoying when i hold the phone in my hands or put it on a hard surface. I am in a group convo and when i am using my phone on an app, and still wish to see what my friends send through the notification that rolls down, my phone will vibrate. And with each notification that rolls down, my phone vibrates. So when my friends spam in the group or are having a very lively conversation, my phone will vibrate non-stop and it gets annoying because it makes a buzzing sound and its very annoying when i am holding it. also, i do not wish to turn vibration off entirely because then i wont be able to be notified when my phone is locked. is there a setting for this?
if there isnt then i actually really hope apple would include an option like this in their settings. it would be incredibly helpful for me. and maybe some other people, i guess?

Tap on the screen to get the camera to autofocus. If the image looks clear to you, but the app isn't accepting it, it's a problem with the app. Delete it and reinstall it. If the issue persists, contact the app developer.
