My imac order was cancelled no notification

I really want to know what happened and if I can get this fixed. For no reason my customised 27" iMac order has just been cancelled in the online store. I've received no notification it was going to happen and no email.
I've already purchased like $400 of other crap that's now sitting at home waiting for an iMac that's apparently cancelled. What do I do? I don't wanna go back to the back of the queue.

    i did not get any reasons or explanations. the email just stated that my order was canceled and that it won't be posted to my credit card (i have more than enough to cover the cost, so that is not the issue). also my husbands phone was paid for from the same card moments before me. my balance is always paid automatically and on time. so that couldn't be the reason either. that's what so frustrating is because they didn't explain what happened. this is what the email read exactly:
    "This email is to confirm that your order has been cancelled; you have not been billed for this merchandise.
    If you would like to place a new order, you may do so by visiting your local retail store or going online to www.verizonwireless.com.
    Business customers should refer back to their local Verizon Wireless Sales Representative if you have any questions or would like to place a new order.

    it almost feels like its saying that i canceled it and that this was to confirm that i did. but i didn't cancel anything.

    Contact whomever you made the order with. If you ordered through the Apple store, you will have to contact them. This is a user to user technical support forum. No one here could help you with that issue.

    Please check with your credit card issuer to see why payment is not being approved.  When this is resolved you should be able to place a new order.

    I placed two orders with a best buy gift card. However, after I placed the order online, the order was canceled. What's insane is there is no refund to my best buy gift card. My best buy gift card got charged more than $400 bucks with my order got canceled.

    Few things are more frustrating than finding out that your order has been cancelled…except maybe not getting a refund back on the order.  I’m sorry to hear about this frustration as it’s certainly not the type of experience we would want you to have with BestBuy.com.
    It appears that since you posted, you have contacted us regarding this refund and are currently being assisted with it.  However, if for some reason you do still need help, please send me a private message with your order number and your full name.  If you have the 16 digit gift card numbers, it would help as well.

  • Ordered through bestbuy.co​m and my order was canceled very unfairly

    I feel like the order was canceled very unfairly. The price was great and that is why I purchased it. I ordered the product because because it was such a great price. It was canceled for no reason and no reason is being given or anything is being done. I did receive a refund but i wanted the product that was being offered for that price. How is it fair to have something available for purchase and being charged for it only to be told that i can't buy it when it was listed in stock for that price. I feel like I should have received the item for the price that the company has it listed for. I will be filling out a complaint with the Better Business Bereau if this is not resolved properly. I have contacted customer service with no resolve of the issue just an answer of oh well that's tough sorry. My order money is {removed per forum guidelines}. Thank you.

  • PLEASE HELP! Paypal Order Payment Stuck Because the Order Was Canceled but Not Captured

    My Paypal order was canceled due to verification issue and my Paypal account was not charged. However, the
    Paypal transaction has not yet been captured by Bestbuy and it remains "pending authorization"
    My payment sent to Bestbuy's Paypal account has not been declined/rejected, so it is still pending in Paypal. Paypal cannot refund me until Bestbuy declines the paypal payment. The customer service reps do not understand this process and constantly feed me canned response about automated refunds. This type of refund is instant, and even my canceled transaction a few hours prior to this one was also refunded promptly.
    I have been trying to resolve this issue all day and it keeps falling
    on deaf ears. Please refer this message to someone who is
    knowledgeable with Paypal refunds. I need to get the refund back today
    to buy the item from Bestbuy.

    i ordered a hard cover book, and i went to check the status today and it said it was cancelled, with no information on why, i never cancelled it.  how do i contact them about this?

But every time I tried to upload the book, it said a error happened when uploading your book. I tried many times but failed. Then I could only click cancel order button. I tried 2 times last night and 1 more time this morning.
    This morning I tried to check out my bank balance. I found out I was taken 27.58 pounds for three times. I want to know what happened?

  • Order was cancelled and only received PART of my Reward Zone Certificates back?

    I had cancelled an order I had placed.  It was paid with $75 Reward Zone Certificates and the rest through credit card. This morning, I only received enough points back on my account to convert to a $35 Certificate.  Why is the remaining points to convert to $40 missing? I had called the Toll Free Best Buy Number but they could give no explanation.

    As you might notice if you read other threads on the forum, it can generally take 3 to 6 business days for a certificates point value to repost to a member's account following a return or cancellation.  We will need to allow a full 6 business days before considering any other options.  In the end, I will make sure the full 3,750 points are back in your account.

  • Orders being canceled immediately?

    This is the first time that I am experiencing this from BestBuy, I have tried to place an order from BestBuy and immediately, I received both order confirmation email and cancellation email stating that:
    "We're sorry, but an item on your order placed on November 29, 2014 has been canceled because we were unable to verify your information."
    I thought I made an mistake on the address so I carefully verify the addresses and placed another order again. Immedidately, I received the same exact cancellation email again. So I called BestBuy customer care and the representative verified my account and item availability and ensured that my info is correct and item is availabie for purchase. I was advised to use a different credit card for the purchase. I did what was instructed and that cancellation email comes again immedidately right after I click on the submit order botton. This is frustrating, it seems like I am banned from make purchase online in BestBuy. I hope someone from BestBuy can help and let me know what is the information that BestBuy is trying to verify.

    When we say we were unable to verify your information, it generally means that something on your order is not matching up as it should. This can be anything from a simple spelling error (or incorrect abbreviation) to the billing address on your BestBuy.com account not matching the billing address for the provided method of payment. This could also include trying to ship a product under a personal account to a business address.   • 20 rewards certificat​e not refund after order being cancelled

    I use $40 rewards in one order, but that order was cancelled. I only got 1000 points back, $40 = 250 *40/5 = 2000 points. Could you help me check if I am right and how to get another 1000 points back.
