Maybe reboot your router. Unplug it for about 30 seconds or so and then plug it back in. Reboot your iPad while the router is powering up.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

i Had a simular issue years ago with my blackberry on ATT. As it turned out, my SIM had some issues. I would head over to your carrier and get a free sim replacement. It could be a phone or SW issue, but the Sim is my first guess give my experience

Please test after taking each of the following steps that you haven't already tried. Stop when the problem is resolved. Back up all data before making any changes.
Step 1
Take the applicable steps in this support article. The Wireless Diagnostics program generates a large file of information about your system, which would be used by Apple Engineering in case of a support incident. Don't post the contents here.
Step 2
Disconnect all USB 3 devices. If you don't know which are USB 3, disconnect all USB devices except keyboard and mouse.
Step 3
If you're not using a wireless keyboard or trackpad, disable Bluetooth by selecting Turn Bluetooth Off from the menu with the Bluetooth icon. If you don't have that menu, open the Bluetooth preference pane in System Preferences and check the box marked Show Bluetooth in menu bar. Test. If you find that Wi-Fi works better with Bluetooth disabled, you should use the 5 GHz Wi-Fi band. Your router may not support it; in that case, you need a new router.
Step 4
Open the Energy Saver pane in System Preferences and unlock the settings, if necessary. Select the Power Adapter tab, if there is one. Uncheck the box marked
Wake for Wi-Fi network access
if it's checked.
Step 5
Open the Network pane in System Preferences and make a note of your settings in the Wi-Fi service. It may be helpful to take screenshots of the various tabs in the preference pane. If the preference pane is locked, unlock it by clicking the padlock icon and entering your administrator password. Delete Wi-Fi from the service list on the left by selecting it and clicking the minus-sign button at the bottom. Then recreate the service by clicking the plus-sign button and following the prompts.
Step 6
In the Wi-Fi settings, select
Advanced... ▹ TCP/IP ▹ Configure IPv6: Link-local
Click OK and then Apply.
Step 7
Reset the System Management Controller.
Step 8
Reset the PRAM.
Step 9
Launch the Keychain Access application. Search for and delete all AirPort network password items that refer to the network. Make a note of the password first.
Step 10
Make a "Genius" appointment at an Apple Store, or go to another authorized service center.

1. Try reset iPad
Hold the Sleep/Wake and Home button down together until you see the Apple Logo.

Back up all data.
Launch the Keychain Access application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Keychain Access in the icon grid.
Select the login keychain from the list on the left side of the Keychain Access window. If your default keychain has a different name, select that.
If the lock icon in the top left corner of the window shows that the keychain is locked, click to unlock it. You'll be prompted for the keychain password, which is the same as your login password, unless you've changed it.
Right-click or control-click the login entry in the list. From the menu that pops up, select Change Settings for Keychain "login". In the sheet that opens, uncheck both boxes, if not already unchecked.
From the menu bar, select

Hold the sleep/wake button and the home button until the phone shuts down and let it restart.

YES! This is really killing me and you're the only one to bring it up in discussions! I constantly have to turn it off and on to get it back to norm, and this other reply about clean wiping in/resetting it is just too much of a pain in the @#*. I have an Iphone 4 and starting two days ago when using either pandora Itunes after two songs i no longer hear sound. This happens whether using the headphones or not. I have to completely turn app off and then back on to get another two songs.

I am not sure why or what happened but for the last two days every time I attempt to listen to any music I am limited to only two songs. I have tried multiple things but nothing is working. The only way for me to get more songs to play is to completely turn the application off and then restart it again. I have to do this repeatedly after only two songs. The below link shows how to create playlist in Itunes. Once the playlist is created, if you are using apple Ipod or any other apple product. Then once you connect the device it will start the sync with the device and then you can start playing.

- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.

It might be that you just need to update. Do you have the Office updater set to check for updates every week or so? Note that the updater actually only works when you restart or cold boot.
