My Ipad will not let me into my settings.When I open the pad it asks me for my icloud password. When I type it in it tells me I am not connected to the internet

when I unlock my ipad a noticeto sign into to icloud appears. I type in my apple id and then it states that I am not hooked up to the internet. So I keep going round and round with no results. Thanks. I am a senoir so I need a lot of help.

You reset the iClould password the same way you reset the Apple ID for the email address/account

When I open my computer and use it for a period of time it freezes up and it say Mozilla Firefox is not responding. What should I do with this?

This happened several times already that my computer freezes up and it says Mozilla Firefox is not responding. When this happen it takes a long time before I can use my computer, I would say one hour or sometimes it takes 2 hours. When it takes like 30 minutes of freezing up what I do is I force the computer to shut down by pressing start button.

When computer open up the Toshiba starts loading up all files after that I can use the computer for a while. I don't if there's something wrong with my computer or something else. I tried to delete and reinstall Lightroom 5 and have the same problems. I was on chat last night and got a reinstall. This Am The shortcut is broken and when I open directly it is asking me for my serial number. I did that last night.

I successfully got Lightroom to open, it does not show my SD drive. I added the SD drive (folder) and it opened a few photos but then opened an old catalog. I tried again and got grey thumbnails with the correct Canon file numbers but no images. When I selected import, it opened an old catalog and began to convert it. I recently got the creative cloud subscription and I can open these photos there after pinning. The problem is, I don't have time to figure out Photoshop before I need these photos.

Try to update it via the Computer. iTunes > Apps > Update. And sync iPhone.

I've got automatic downloads turned off and I tried signing out and in via the settings and still keeps asking me for an apple id.
It doesn't do it continuously, it'll just pop up randomly ... if the phone is just sitting there it may ask for my apple id and regardless of whether I press cancel or enter my password nothing happens .. it may be another 2mins, 5mins, 15mins but eventually it'll just randomly pop up and ask me again. It does accept my password though because I tried entering an incorrect password to see what happens and it gives me the error saying it's incorrect, so when I enter the correct one in the box disappears and it accepts it as I say, but only for so long before it pops up again.

There is no featured tab in my iTunes store. . . and everywhere it shows me signed in. I had downloaded an app for my mother on HER ipad, and that is the only app I have done for her. I have deleted the iCloud account under my name on their iPads and replaced with their ones. Apple support said yesterday I needed to click the small 'I' by each name as it came up in the TO box and remove it. After doing rid for each contact under each letter of the alphabet it should remove them from latest contacts. Having done this, although I could not remove groups I had sent, I am not convinced they will not return once I have written a few texts, any ideas?

That's because the Mac, OS X and the iLife apps that came preinstalled on the Mac all belong to the previous owner. The previous owner needs to call Apple care and have their Apple ID disassociated from the Mac. Then the hard drive needs to be totally erased and OS X and the iLife apps reinstalled using OS X Recovery.

Please read this whole message before doing anything.
This procedure is a test, not a solution. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
Step 1
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is localized to your user account.
Enable guest logins* and log in as Guest. Don't use the Safari-only “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac.”
While logged in as Guest, you won’t have access to any of your documents or settings. Applications will behave as if you were running them for the first time. Don’t be alarmed by this behavior; it’s normal. If you need any passwords or other personal data in order to complete the test, memorize, print, or write them down before you begin.
Test while logged in as Guest. Same problem?
After testing, log out of the guest account and, in your own account, disable it if you wish. Any files you created in the guest account will be deleted automatically when you log out of it.
*Note: If you’ve activated “Find My Mac” or FileVault, then you can’t enable the Guest account. The “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac” is not the same. Create a new account in which to test, and delete it, including its home folder, after testing.
Step 2
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party system modifications that load automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, by a font conflict, or by corruption of the file system or of certain system caches.
Please take this step regardless of the results of Step 1.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards, if applicable. Start up in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. You must hold down the shift key twice: once when you turn on the computer, and again when you log in.
Note: If FileVault is enabled, or if a firmware password is set, or if the startup volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to start up and run than normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal startup may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem?
After testing, restart as usual (not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of Steps 1 and 2.

If the old ID is yours, and if your current ID was created by editing the details of this old ID (rather than being an entirely new ID), go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.
