My iPhone 4 froze when I was using the Facebook app. The only thing moving is the indicator at the top spinning to show its "thinking." Its been like this for about an hour, I can't even turn it off. Any ideas (other than letting the battery go dead)?

Thank you, I've tried that but it won't work either, the logo never comes up. It just stays on the FB app screen. I tried connecting to iTunes to see if I can fix something from there and it freezes iTunes. Also tried disconnecting the wifi (I don't know how I thought that would help but worth a try) and plugging it into the charger but still nothing. I think I'll have to visit the store tomorrow. I appreciate it, though!

Trying to access Apple Store and keep getting a message saying it's being updated saying the same thing in different languages, been like this for about 4 hours now?

First time I'm trying to access the Apple Store on my iMac and for the last few hours I have a message in various languages saying it is being updated.

The article helped me a bit but it doesnt help me totally because the buttons dont work and i cannot connect to itunes (itunes does not sense my ipod when plugged in) so im thinking to just let the battery uncharge...

Be sure Safari does not have the Block Pop-Up Windows preference set.

If you are stuck at the blue screen then you can try booting into safe mode (hold shift during boot) and then run disk repair. If that still doesn't fix it then you might have to reinstall OS X. What version of OS X are you running?

I am trying to install itunes on my computer and the bar is not loading or moving at all. (it's been like this for about 30 minutes)

I already have itunes on my computer but i just went to the apple store and they helped me download iOS 7 on my phone but my computer says i need a newer version of itunes to be able to sync my phone. i went to the apple website and started to install itunes and it says its "processing additional packages" but the bar has not moved or even shown up at all and it has been like that for about 30 minutes.

So I added about 200 songs to my iTocuh yesterday, and it has been stuck on the "updating library" screen under Music ever since then. I did add the music in stages - as in, I added some songs, then got some more and plugged the iPod in again (maybe this has something to do with it). IPad started acting up, so I reset and now all I get is the apple icon and I can't even turn it off screen frozen and has been for about 18 hours
