Plug in iPhone with Wall Charger for 10 minutes, it may turn on itself. If not, keep on Wall Charger and Reset, hold both Home and Power buttons until the iPhone begins to restart. This usually takes less than 20 seconds of holding both buttons.

There is no such thing as an "unlock code" for an iPhone. It's done through iTunes after being approved by the carrier it is locked to.
Go back to the carrier it is locked to and find out what the status is. If you paid someone else to unlock it, you got ripped off. -

I have called The guys from mac support and they re started my computer, deleted Itunes helper, widgets are off, checked on activity monitor. It works find for couple of hours and then Itunes open automatically, even after I force quit i tunes. I change the headsets with no resolution. I even loaded up again Lion and nothing. Yesterday, after I sync my iphone 4 and I was listening to a video, Itunes began to do the the same as on my MACBOOK PRO 2011. I rebooted the phone and it appears to be working find. What is this bug that Itunes 10.5 seems to have? I have tried to delete Itunes form application folder and is not deleting it. Also I redownloaded Itunes again and it worked find for a day or 2 and then the problem persisted. th e CDs that came with the laptop to reset to original donot work because I loaded up Lion. Please I need help? thanks

My iPhone is a iPhone 3GS. For some reason, the ringer becomes silent although I have put the ringer on full volume. Would someone kindly teach me how to solve this problem? Many thanks!!
Just to make sure... you have the phone in ringer mode right? Sometimes the switch on the side gets bumped (especially if you don't have a case on the iPhone) and goes into silent. If you see a orange line on the switch - it's on silent.
If the switch is fine (and isn't loose or anything) try restoring the iPhone in iTunes. -
Hi please help me I'm useles with these thing. I've had cydia put on my device didn't like it so deleted ap and now I cant get back into Icloud it's gone very faded in couler the icon in settings. Facebook Twitter and a few others have done the same. I need iCloud back please help!

You have Jailbroken your device. Apple does not support Jailbreaking and as such having done so has voided your warranty and forfeited any support from Apple and by extension these forums. We are not allowed to discuss Jailbroken devices in any way by the Terms of Service of the forum.
You will have to find help elsewhere. Ask the person that installed Cydia to restore the phone. -
The computer that I normally sync my iphone with has crashed and all info lost.... I'm trying to sync and update with my new laptop but I am getting an error meassage that if I continue all purchases, apps etc will be deleted..... How to I do this without losing all my stuff??? The official way to do it is to restore the iTunes library that was on your old computer to your new computer using the backup of your whole system you regularly update. Then you are syncing the phone with the same old library.

Your i-device was not designed for unique storage of your media. It is not a backup device and media transfer was designed for you maintaining a master copy of your media on a computer which is itself properly backed up against loss. Syncing is one way, computer to device, updating the device content to the content on the computer, not updating or restoring content on a computer. The exception is iTunes Store purchased content.

Hi, We are a physiotherapy practice trying to use i-cal as a clinic diary system for 15 therapists. We need to block out availability of therapists but cant do this? How can you block someones diary out for specific times on i-cal? Any help please..
iCal is designed for personal use, and isn't really meant to handle this sort of situation.
The best suggestion I can offer, though it's a trifle untidy, is: create a calendar for each therapist, giving each a different colour. Enter the availability for each therapist - if it's on a weekly basis you can make them repeating events. Then add the individual appointments, which will show alongside in the daily view. In this example, the 'purple' therapist is available from 1030 to 1700 and has appointments at 1200 and 1500.
If you have more than a few therapists available at any one time it's liable to look a bit messy, but it's the best I can think of at the moment. -

If you have a screen protector, try removing it. Try removing your case if it includes a screen protector.
If you see the issue in multiple apps, restart your device.
If restarting doesn’t fix the issue, restore your device.
If you still see the issue after you restore, contact Apple Support.

IF you do find a backup that has your contacts; I'd /highly/ recommand turning off your wifi network after the restore is finished because if the issue is with your iCloud your contacts may merge back with her's.
With iCloud you DO NOT want to share the account; bad things happen Evil evil thigns...
But in all seriousness; if two devices have the same iCloud; iCloud is told to merge and sync infomation between hte two and can't tell that it doesn't belong to the same person -
I am trying to restore an older iPod Touch, but do not have the passcode. I am getting an error message saying that I need to free up some space, but I cannot because I don't have the passcode and have never synced this device to my account. Help..
If it is asking for the screen-lock passcode then:
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
iOS: Wrong passcode results in red disabled screen
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.
You can redownload most iTunes purchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
If problem what happens or does not happen and when in the instructions? When you successfully get the iPod in recovery mode and connect to computer iTunes should say it found an iPod in recovery mode.

my laptop will not open iTunes, as it just says 'This version of iTunes has not been correctly localised for this language. Please run the English version'. I have not synconised my iPhone 5S or iPad 2 with iTunes for well over a year. I noticed the music which had previously been put into iTunes has dissappeared from my phone and iPad. I also want to remove some movies from my iPad and iPhone and there is no way I can do this without being able to manually sync with the Laptop which is running windows 7. I have been editing a document on my MacBook Pro and iPad, which has the newer versions of Pages. Now, I cannot open on My MacBook. It says I need a newer version of OS. However, I'm not showing a newer version being availabe!!! Can anyone help???
That is Pages for iPad v2.0, which Pages '09 v4.3 can't read.
You need to either stick with the older version of Pages on the iPad or get Pages 5 for the Mac which is only available if you are running OSX 10.9 Mavericks.
Unfortunately that is not the end of your woes because Apple has made iCloud convert the files to Pages 5 now, and Pages 5 has over 90 features deleted on top of doing a shocking job of converting older Pages files.

Have you already verified your "new" email address? If not then please check your inbox for a confirmation email (also the junk folder). If you do not have a confirmation email then please sign in at https://appleid.apple.com and press "verify" for confirming your email address.
