You'll have to get the SIM card first, you can't set it up without a supported SIM.

For some reason when I play my Imovie the second half of the movie's sound just stops working and I can't hear anything. It was working before but now it isn't and I don't know what to do.

When I was putting together an Imovie I put music in the background and it played fine in the beginning but now when I watch it the first half of the movie plays music while the second half is silent even though I put music there as i did with the first half. Are you referring to the 4-digit passcode lock, or are you referring to unlocking to use with another carrier? If you have forgotten the passcode lock for your device, you will have to follow the steps in this support document. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1212
If you are trying to unlock the device for another carrier, you need to contact the carrier the device is locked to.

problems with LastPass. When I restarted Firefox LastPass was disabled. I tried reinstalling the program but Firefox will not take the plugin.

Last Pass is supposed to be compatible with Firefox 6.0a2, so Firefox 5.0b2 shouldn't be a problem. Open the Add-ons manager Tab - {Ctrl + Shft + A} - right-click that extension - use Find Updates. See if that forces an update for that extension.
BTW, you must be on the Beta Channel for updates, Firefox won't be a release version for at least another month to 6 weeks. There should be a channel changer feature in the Help > About Firefox.

Most of the people on these forums, including myself, are fellow users - you're not talking to iTunes Support here.
As you've posted from the authorise/deauthorise page then assuming that is what you are trying to do then you should be able to authorise (or deauthorise) an account on an individual computer via the Store drop-down menu - if you are using a PC with iTunes 11 then Alt-S should get the Store menu to appear e.g. (screenshot from a Mac)
You can also, once every 12 months, deauthorise all computers via your account (Store > View Account menu option).
If that isn't what you are posting about, then if you say what your problem is then somebody on here might be able to help.

Before , my downloaded and converted movies were working on itunes , but now , i can't open them on itunes .
I have tried Leawa mp4 converter which was working before , but now it convertes without opening in itunes , then i tried any video converter and the same happens ( it convertes without opening in itunes) , i have tried to copy and paste my vidoes into automatically add to itunes in itunes media , and it didn't add .

I have taken it back to the Apple store genius bar, but they say they don't see anything wrong. - iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Please define "factory unlocked". The term is basically meaningless. iPhones are sold either carrier locked or unlocked. Some carriers will unlock them after a period of time upon meeting certain requirements and paying a fee.
There are lots of places that will "factory unlock" an iPhone. This basically translates to "hack". This can cause permanent damage to the phone. Best case scenario is these phones will re-lock to the original carrier on an update or restore. Worst case it they become expensive bricks.
ICCID unknown indicates a critical failure. There is no way to resolve this other than taking it in to Apple and getting the phone replaced. It's very possible that the phone was hacked and attempting to update has now killed it.

Go step by step and test.
1. System Preference > Sound > Output > Internal Speakers
    Highlight Internal Speakers / Headphones
    Make sure that Mute is not enabled.
2.Plug in and remove the headphone.
    If you see red light in the headphone port, plug the headphone
    in and out of the port 5 or 6 times to flip the microswitch inside.
    Sound output may be stuck in the digital mode.
3. Reset PRAM. http://support.apple.com/kb/PH4405
4. Reset SMC.     http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3964
    Choose the method for:
    "Resetting SMC on portables with a battery you should not remove on your own".
5. Applications > Utilities > Audio MIDI Setup
    Audio Devices window
    Side Bar
    Click the Built-in Output.
    Under Mute any of the boxes checked? If so, uncheck it.
