My iPhone 4 shut down in the middle of a conversation and won't restart or charge now. Any suggestions? The nearest Apple store is hours away and I depend on my phone to stay in constant touch with my child's specialist.

I've tried that several times. It will not reset. The screen just stays black. I've never had this problem before. It usually resets the first time.

Probably will never ever think of buying a locked phone from AT&T cause its one of the worst system integrations ever that these companies could think of.
The entire problem started when I put in a request with at&t to unlock my iphone 4s (ios7) which did get approved. I performed the entire instructions they asked me to do, which is to backup and restore. After doing those instructions my iphone gave me an error message below

The SIM card that you currently installed in this iPhone is from a carrier that is not supported under the activation policy that is currently assigned by the activation server. This is not a hardware issue with the iPhone. Please insert another SIM card from a supported carrier or request that this iPhone be unlocked by your carrier. Basically saying that at&t hasn't still unlocked the iphone which a really helpful apple executive was able to confirm. I initiated another unlock process from at&t in order to unlock the iphone, just to be sure that its not something wrong from my end. The nice at&t lady stayed on chat with me to unlock the iphone step my step while I was calling the apple tech too. And the apple tech confirmed again that the iphone is locked to at&t.
Now, just a few minutes ago I tried another restore to see if any progress is being made and to my surprise I got an error message saying

I feel like I am just going around these two different "money hogger" companies which set certain rules and regulations to screw a regular phone buyer. I purchased this iphone in USA and trying to unlock in India, is it really this hard to simply unlock a device.
For now I am going to try to call a apple office in india (apprently we don't have very many out here) and see if they can help me. But any other assistance regarding unlocking an iphone 4s would be helpful. I have however, tried checking IMEI.info, called up apple, talked to at&t (which always say go talk to apple) I do have a case number from apple as well in case an apple executive reads this discussion forum (case number: 566383594)

You got a confirmation from AT&T that it was authorized. Is this correct? - Yes i did get an email authorization on the 21st.
Then you connected the phone to a computer with the latest version of iTunes installed. You clicked on the phone's name in iTunes, then clicked "Backup Now". - Yes
When that finished you clicked "Restore iPhone" (NOT "Restore Backup") - Yes
Are you with me so far? - Yes.
And @ Varjak is right that after the 3rd restore I get the replacement error.
Plus I have NEVER jailbroken the iPhone. To give you another update, I spoke to a really nice apple tech in India who was atleast able to get me out of the replacement error by doing a recovery mode option. However, the lastest restore still gives me the same error

Open System Preferences > Flash Player then select the Advanced tab.
Click Delete All under Browsing Data and Settings
Not empty the Safari cache.
From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Advanced tab.
Select: Show Develop menu in menu bar
Now click Develop from the menu bar. From the drop down menu click Empty Caches.
Now try a video.

Have ICloud, and mobile me and on mobile me a pinwheel continues to spin without stopping. Have turned off computer. Reset Safari. Pulled up system preferences and clicked on mobile me to see if it would clear up and to no avail as I am still typing this the pinwheel is still spinning and has been all morning. I have Lion version 10.7.4 installed over 1.5 months ago and have never had any isssues.

I'm having trouble with "maps" on Macbook Pro, iPad and iPhone. It shows my current location and hour away from where I am. As soon as a move iPhone away from my wifi at home to cellular it shows my correct location. No help from Time Warner.

What can I do to get "maps" to work on my Macbook Pro, iPad and iPhone when connected to wifi at home. iPhone "maps" work fine when connected to cellular service. Maps on wifi shows me about 55 minutes away from my current location. Very frustrating. I called Time Warne,r my service provider, but they had no answers since they were not knowledgeable of this situation. Anyone else having problem? I just updated all devices to newest update. Is that the problem.

Did you bring your wireless router with you? If so, it's possible the iPad is getting its location through the router and the router still "thinks" it's where you used to live.
Try taking your iPad to another location where there is wifi (such as a coffee shop). Then, try an app that uses location services. If it's accurate at another location, then the source of your problem is your router.

I downloaded the newest version of Firefox and now I can not use any of the clickable link tabs in yahoo mail, gmail, or hotmail. Do you know what is causing this.

Go to msn.com for example: at the top of their page they have clickable link to hotmail. When I upgraded to Firefox 7 this link no longer works. Same thing happens with my yahoo mail, gmail and hotmail. If you open up yahoo mail for example; I can not click on the signout tab.... it doesn't function with firefox 7. I worked prior to uploading new version. I don't have that problem on my windows 7 platform.

That problem can be caused by the Yahoo! Toolbar that extents too much downwards and covers the top part of the browser window and thus makes links in that part of the screen not clickable.

That was money to they would give to me on a gift card towards the purchase of a new iPhone. The price of the new phone depends on whether you are eligible for an upgrade.
It has nothing to do with AppleCare and they will not upgrade you through AppleCare. You would need to get your iPhone repaired then have them inspect the repaired phone, make you an offer and give you a gift card. You also must use the gift card towards an iPhone and sign a contract when you get the new iPhone.

When I print a webpage, the font on the paper is incredibly small, and very difficult to read. Any suggestions on how to increase the size of the font?

For example, when I print my e-mail through Firefox, the font is similar to 5 point. Yet, when I print through Internet Explorer, the font size is normal. (~12 point) Also, the same problem persists when I try to print a website through Firefox, yet no problem occurs when printed through Internet Explorer.

Aol comes up with Bing and won't let me read any emails, the content of the inbox, sent, trash, etc shows nothing but a Bing icon

In AOL, when I try to read the content of mail received, sent, trash, etc. The content is not there. It is just a Bing Icon with Search the Web, enhanced by Bing! I can open my mail and see the content in Internet Explorer.

Are there any errors/warnings displayed on your screen when you attempt to open an item? If yes, please post them so we can take a closer look at it.
If not, try clearing you Cache by going to: Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> Network / Offline Storage -> Clear Now. Then clear your cookies by going to Tools -> Options -> Privacy -> Clear your recent history.
