My Iphone is disabled because of too many attempts at unlocking in with incorrect passcode. I know the code and do not want to "restore" phone. How can I fix this
My Iphone 4 is disabled as a result of someone making too many attempts at guessing my passcode. I know my passcode and do NOT want to "restore" my phone. Is there a way for me to use my passcode to unlock it once it has been disabled?
Its frustrating because all of the help assumes you have forgotten your passcode, or that you can get in to your phone to get the ID number.

I've been deleting stuff to clear up space, and it's not clearing anything up. I went from 3.0 gigs to 2.3 just from deleting apps and photos and music. my fiance and i share 1 icloud account on 2 iphones, after the ios 7 update he can now see all my text messages that I type on his phone, how can i fix this? I don't see any of his, just the other way around. The icloud account is in my name.
also, would this affect being able to facetime each other?

I have a really old Itunes account. I no longer have the email and when I go to put in my birthday it is coming up wrong because the birthday on the account does not have a year. How can I fix this? I have about 70 downloaded songs on this log in that I would like to get back.

Trying to update my software (iPhone and iPad) it says my iTunes software needs to be updated, but it is already is. I try this over and over again. I've already reinstalled iTunes and have shut down and restarted my Mac several times. How can I fix this?
This is what worked:
"In iTunes, I signed out of the store. I exited itunes and restarted it, logged back into the store (with my apple id), then I pulled down the iTunes menu in the menu bar and selected Check for updates.

When syncing Apps on my iPhone 5 through iTunes, they are all greyed over and I cannot make any changes. How can I fix this. It never happened with my iPhone 4
Connect your device to iTunes and in the the window were all the apps are greyed out make sure the 'Sync Apps' checkbox (top left corner) is selected.

After buying Snow Leopard, make a backup of your data, insert the DVD and upgrade to Snow Leopard. After upgrading, open > Software Update, and install the latest Snow Leopard version. I need help!! My iPhone 4s lost contacts in messages after restore! How can I fix this?
Earlier today I turned my phone off and back on...then I noticed that my contacts in my messages were not showing up, only the numbers. I tried to do a backup restore-- didn't work. I tried adding a +1 in front of all my contacts, that didn't work either. My contacts are still there, they are just not syncing with my messages. How can I fix this?

Well my iphone 5 does not remember my home network. This is not a problem with the wifi router as the ipad works absolutely fine. The wifi loses it connection in just 2 minutes. So could you please fix this problem.
Not unless the modem is causing a problem.
What you want to do is get it to work reliably over Ethernet first, then tackle wifi. Power off the modem. On your macbook, delete the Ethernet configuration and the Wifi configuration. Power up the modem, then connect the mac via Ethernet. Create the new Ethernet configuration and see if you can connect.
