My ipod is telling me to connect to itunes, but itunes tells me that it can't connect to my ipod because it needs the passcode, but my ipod will not let me type it in..... i've restored it, but that didnt do anything. ? what can i do????

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.
You can redownload most iTunes purchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
If problem what happens or does not happen and when in the instructions? When you successfully get the iPod in recovery mode and connect to computer iTunes should say it found an iPod in recovery mode.

My 2 week old ipad randomly shuts down and sometimes will not let me type web address into browser.

Sometimes my ipad will just restart itself (the screen goes black, and the apple icon appears and then it's back on). The battery will be higher than 50%. Also, when this is occurring frequently, the web browser will not let me type an address in. When I tap on the address bar it sends me back to my home screen. It will connect to the internet during this time, so I know it's not a internet connection problem.

When in doubt, reboot. Press and hold the sleep and power buttons until the apple logo appears. Ignore the red slider. You may simply be overwhelming the memory. From time to time, doulbe click on the home button to see the task bar. Touch and hold any of those icons until they jiggle, then delete them by touching the minus sign.

does your MacBook Pro have an Eject key (⏏) in the top-right corner of the keyboard? If so, does pressing Control-⏏ show a restart/sleep/shutdown dialog box?
If you press Shift-⌘Q, does your MacBook Pro recognize that as an attempt to log out?

The iPhone 5, the Wall Charger, and the Lightning Cable are all covered by the 1 year Warranty. Make Genius reservation and take all 3 to Apple so the problem can be sorted and resolved.

Firefox will not let me type AT ALL

Okay, this is really strange... FIrefox has been working as a wonderful browser for me for over three years now, and I've never had more than an occasional small problem with it. I was using it this morning, up until about 5 today and after playing a game, I decided I wanted to google something and went to firefox. I tried to type something, and it would *not* let me type anywhere, including the URL bar, and the search bars etc. It is not a problem with my keyboard, because I can still type things in Chrome and notepad etc without a problem. I'm wondering if it was something I pressed? I restarted it several times with no success, and even started it in 'safe mode' with no change. Please help!

Did you try to restart Firefox and possibly reboot the computer?
You can also check for problems with extensions and plugins.

Also make sure that you haven't switched the keyboard layout for Firefox. Windows remembers the keyboard layout per application.

TRY FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note:
1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. If you did not do step 4 properly, start all over again.

You do not need to start adding manual information into your iCloud account settings. If you feel the settings are incorrect for any reason, you should delete your account and add it back and let it set itself up.

Try DFU Mode Restore. Open iTunes on computer, connect iPhone to computer, hold both Home and Power buttons for exactly 10 seconds, then release the Power button, keep holding the Home button, for about 20 seconds until iTunes recognizes iPhone in Recovery Mode. Then click the Restore button of iTunes.
