My Ipod touch 4th Generation 8 gb keeps saying "cannot connect to Itunes" and I cant buy any apps from my IPod.Could you help?
My IPod keeps saying "Cannot connect to Itunes Store" and I cant buy any apps.I Reseted my whole IPod,so I could Update,and it still is doing this,and it isn't my wireless router either because my mom and step dads IPod touches can connect to the internet and buy apps just fine.I dont know whats wrong with it,it is getting really furstrating!!!!Could you please help me someone!?!?!

When i plug my Ipod touch 4th generation in it goes to the apple screen and then shuts off and then turns back on and goes to a solid blue screen.
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

The issue is my ipod is locked and i'm not able to type in my passcode because the numeric keypad isn't working properly.For ex. when i hit 8 (which is the second number in my passcode) the number 5 type in. a lot of people have posted about this and i have seen one weird thing fix this. people said they where going into date and time under settings and changing the date to some time in the future and then going to the itunes store and it would give them an error that there date and time was wrong. then all you need to do is go back and set the date and time right and go back to the itunes store and try again.
Im not sure why this did the trick but a bunch of people said that this helped them out..... Weird i know

My ipod touch 4th generation has recently been telling me I need to connect to iTunes (i think). It has a symbol with a chord, and an arrow above it pointing to the iTunes logo. So I re-downloaded itunes, and I plugged it in to my computer. It told me that iTunes couldn't connect to my iPod because it is password-locked, so I have to put in my password. But I can't do it because of the stupid picture on the screen! I tried turning the iPod on and off, I've looked up and down the internet, etc. etc. The thing I thought might actually help was to put it in recovery mode, but I've tried that too, although the instructions weren't very clear on the apple website and I doubt the way it told me could have worked anyways. I NEED HELP QUICK!!!!!

If problem what happens or does not happen and when in the instructions? When you successfully get the iPod in recovery mode and connect to computer iTunes should say it found an iPod in recovery mode.
