My iTunes is telling me that the registry settings are missing for importing and burning cd's and dvd's. I have installed the latest up as well as uninstalled and then reinstalled a few times, at least 4. The registry settings are still not there and I cannot burn to a cd. HELP!!!

Thanks for the question, and great troubleshooting so far. If you continue to see this message after uninstalling and re-installing iTunes, you may need to install the device filter in the Windows registry, as outlined in this resource:

I get an alert about the registry settings are missing and to reinstall iTunes. It did that and still get the warning. ITunes won't recognize my iPhone as a result.

Please reinstall iTunes." I reinstalled iTunes, restarted pc, and I checked what other CD/DVD burning software by searching on DVD. Got the same Pop-up and Apple Sppt told me that UNinstalling Quicktime had fixed this issue in most other cases. I asked IF I had to start over with Uninstalling iTunes, and she answered Yes.
Read my too-long thread (below) that has an Apple Sppt link at the start about Manual Deletes of several Apple Folders/files being a Key to a proper Uninstall / Re-install of iTunes.
Do as much as you want but this is what experience led me to so far. We haven't done it yet since the iPhone Sync'd OK and CD burning is not a priority.

Thanks for the additional info. If the printer works using your Dell Laptop, then the printer is working fine. The problem is with the driver. The Lexmark X1100 is only compatible up to Mac OS 9.2.2. If you have the Mac OS X, unfortunately, it's not compatible with that OS.
You might want to consider purchasing a new printer - preferably a network printer since you have multiple computers. We do have printers that are currently on sale online. You can check it out here: http://bit.ly/KQBDe0
Those printers are compatible with the newest Operating Systems both for Windows and Mac. It also has drivers for Linux.

TS1424 downloaded an entire album and everything is fine on my iPod, but on the computer 7 tracks have an exclamation point and when I try to play those track I get a message that the original files are missing.

Exlamation point on 7 tracks from an entire album, all the others are fine. It won't play on the laptop, I get an error message that the original files are missing. But they play fine on the iPod.

Try deleting those missing tracks from your computer's iTunes, connect the iPad to your computer and do File > Transfer Purchases - that should copy them back from the iPod

This same thing happened to me about two months. ago. I bought a new harddrive for my previously-fried netbook, and when I installed iTunes it gave me the missing registry business. Just noticed that the sequence settings are wrong

hey everyone
just a few quick questions from a newb....
i just finished working on a video and I noticed that I didn't properly setup the video, the original video files were in 1280 x 720(iphone) i noticed some jagged edges and every time I export it renders out to 720 x 480.
I remember I changed the easy setup after the clips were added to AIC 720p30.
As I'm playing around with the sequence setting, I hit the load button and the dimensions/canvas changed to the desired settings...
but now the movie clips are I'm guessing 720x480 because the canvas changed but the movie clips stayed the same size. Is there anyway I can get everything to 1280x720? without having to start over?
Everythng is small compared to the canvas now. However, when I drag a clip onto the canvas is the proper size and fills up the space.

As I get it - One can't change setting in an upstarted project.
So as I understands it - One must start a new Project/Sequence to make the new setting to take.
