My iTunes Match wish-list...

I stumbled across a page that Apple had up, asking for suggestions for Aperture. I don't know if there are different versions of iTunes Match, or upgrades coming. Apple engineers, if you're reading this I'd love to see the following in the next version of iTunes Match:
1. Update the playcount and "Last Played" dates when playing music that is streamed to an IOS device. That would be a nice feature
2. Sync additional playlists from iTunes to iTunes Match after the initial sync-match-upload. I have playlists that I've created after the intial sync and it would be great if we could get new playlists and music into the cloud. I've turned it off, turned it on. Updated iTunes Match a bunch of times. I wish there was some way to get it to show my current iTunes library.
3. When you buy an entire album from iTunes, it would be great to get the entire album into iTunes Match, not have some of the songs labled "Ineligible"
Those are three from my wish-list. Feel free to add onto it

There have been a number of posts about it, and it's affecting me as well (I also can't delete TV episodes) - I assume that there is bug with the current version of iTunes and/or a problem at Apple's end which they need to fix

  • My iTunes Store wish list is gone.  Help!

Just upgraded to the newest release of iTunes.  Went to look at my iTunes Store Wish List and it is gone.  I just get an error message.

I am having the same issue. ITunes 10.5 Menu bar is missing and I am running Windows-7 64bit home version. Can you explain what you meant by reselect the county here?

  • How do I add songs to my iTunes Store wish list on my iPod?

How do I add a song to my iTunes wish list on my iPod? I keep looking up songs/albums I want to buy on my iPod Touch, but I can never add them to a wish list because I can't find the right button to push. I know the button is next to the price on the OS X iTunes Store, but it's not there on the iOS iTunes Store. Help!!!

No idea what you are asking.
You want to sell your own music on the itunes store?

  • ITunes Match - see list of downloaded music? on the iPhone??

In iTunes, can I see a list of the songs I have downloaded locally on my machine separately from the ones available in iTunes Match? Is there a function to see this in the iPhone version. This is where it would be very useful. Too much scrolling!!!

If you are using itunes match to add your music to icloud you can quickly delete all music on your device without effecting the icloud data.
    Go to Settings/General/Usage
Under the storage section go to music and select it.
Press edit in the top right corner, then the stop sign and the delete button that will then appear.

  • ITunes Suggestion - Wish List

It would be really convenient if iTunes had a WishList function for account holders. They could add a little button next to a song or movie that would add it to your wishlist. I can't just buy from iTunes whenever I want, so it would be really nice if I could just go to my wishlist whenever I had some extra money rather than searching around for what I want. What do you think?
    Thanks!

i just searched the discussion board for this exact subject before suggesting it myself. I am in the habit of using itunes to tunnel through reviews ...if I read one that agrees with my personal music tastes, world view or if it just makes me laugh I will see what else that contributer has reviewed and often find music I've never heard of. But I don't always want to buy it immediately. So two things; a 'maybe' button and an 'add reviewer to my clique' button.

  • Can I see my iTunes Wish List on my iPod Touch [ 4th Generation ] ?

    Hi,
Is it possible to view my saved items I have in my iTunes account 'Wish List', or can I only see them whenever I log into iTunes on a PC or MAC?
I purchase most of my apps and music through my new iPod Touch so would hope to be able to check my list, add and delete items whilst on the move or at work.
    Hope anyone can help, thanks!

Thanks sunnysearch, hopefully this feature will be included in an update to iOS5.
Until then i'll just use it when I'm at home...

I subscribed to Music Match with iTunes and yet my ipad settings for Music only still has the option to subscribe, and therefore I cannot click on an option to Activagte iTunes Match, since it is not there. I have all the right number of songs from the icloud showing up in my ipad now, and I have played a few, but when I tried to turn off the computer, it showed a field stating that my ipad music would stop playing too, and it did. I thought this might have something to do with homesharing, but this I thought was something separate from iCloud.
There is something wrong, but I don't understand what. It has just synced, but the problem persists.

Home sharing is separate from iTunes Match.  Sounds like you were playing music using home sharing, which turned off when you turned off your computer.
Open iTunes on your computer and go to the Store menu.  Confirm that there is a setting called Turn Off iTunes Match.  That will confirm that iTunes Match is enabled on your computer.  Then check to see what Apple ID you subscribed to iTunes Match with.  It will be the ID in Store>View Account (in parentheses).
On your iPad, confirm that you are signed in with this same ID in Settings>iTunes & App Store (at the top).  If so, you should see an iTunes Match setting listed with an on/off slider.  Slide it on to enable iTunes Match on your iPad.

  • HT204406 I have subscribed to iTunes Match but...

I have an iTunes Match account in the UK.  I have updated iTunes match and it claims that I have 10,000+ songs in the cloud.  This should be the case -I have uploaded LOTs of CDs.  HOWEVER, when I go to look at what should be in the cloud little cloud icon next to them), only about 50 songs appear.  Could anyone explain - I think I'm being a bit thick over this! LOL

  • ITunes Match in Australia

    HI
On my iPhone I noticed this morning that in Settings>Music iTunes Match was listed here.
Does this mean that I can now get iTunes Match in Australia?
If it does how do i get it?
U can't sign up on iOS and on iTunes 10.5.1 on my 21.5 iMac there is no iTunes Match listed.
    Thanks

Unfortunately Australia does not yet have iTunes Match, it is only the US. You might have the iTunes Match option in your Settings if you have recently signed in to the iTunes Store with a US Apple ID. This can also have the same effect on Macs and PCs.
Also, there is currently no release date offered by Apple for iTunes Match in Australia.

I have downloaded iTunes Match to my mac.  However when I try to access on my iPad and iphone, it says that I have not subscribed.  I have the cloud on my mac showing all the songs there.  I have tried turning everything on and off and also backed up again.  Any suggestions please?

  • Why is my wish list not updating when I add songs through iTunes Radio?

    Wish list is not updating.

Count me in the same boat.  I'm an iTunes Match customer.  While listening to iTunes Radio I push the star and then choose to add to wish list except it never adds.  Doing the same function on my Mac works fine.
I found a note from Apple that stated you can only add "albums" to your wish list on iOS 7, not songs.  That then begs the question....why add functionality that is purposefully intended to add songs in your own UI????
