My laptop died. I had music in the Cloud. When trying to sync my phone to the new labptop that is holding my music library I get a notice that says need to access music from ICloud. HOW???

My laptop died. My phone had my entire library on it. I set up a new laptop for my phone but when I try to sync the phone I get a note that says I must access my music from ICloud. I can't figure out how to do it?  Also, all my purchased music is showing up in my library on my computer but NOT all the music I had in my old library.  Any ideas?

Your music will only be where you put it.
Did you copy all of your music from your backup copy of your old computer to your new one?
