My licenced photoshop cc turned into a trial version.

I am a licenced user of photoshop CC since Sep '13, for which I pay every month. Photoshop worked without problem until today. When I try to start photoshop, I get a message that it is only as trial version for which I have to register. What happened and what can I do about it?

Our purchased premiere elements version was turned into a trial version. Use a PC. Tried system restore. Have been using it, with no problems, since March.

Are you getting a Trial dialog with the options to License This Product or Try?
If you are getting the option to License this Product, just click on that and follow the instructions to get your program activated again.
This happens to all of us with the purchased product from time to time.
Please let us know the outcome. That should work. If not, please clarify what you mean by

  • My licence suddenly turned into a trial-version.

In 2013 I bought CS6 and got the serial codes. No problem at all. Suddenly I needed to log in with a trial-version and my licence/serials doesn't seem to work anymore. What happened?

You'll need to contact Web Chat:
Adobe ID, sign in, and account help

  • Il yesterday, when suddenly it turned into a "trial version".  I now have 29 days to use it until it expires and I cannot use it anymore.  I BOUGHT IT.  I PAID FOR IT.  What is going on???  No one will answer my question.  I've posted on Facebook and here

    See above.@

Elements is not part of creative cloud, although I'm not sure what the answer is. I would try contacting adobe via this page:
    Activation & Deactivation Help
Scroll down to "Still need help?" and start a chat session.

  • Photoshop Elements Help | Convert a trial version into a full version

This question was posted in response to the following article: http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/getting-started/convert-trial-version.html

If you purchased Elements 10 online, did you just buy the serial number? Did you download it earlier ??
Well you can get earlier versions from this site: http://prodesigntools.com/tag/ddl

  • My photoshop has turned into a 30 day trial after upgrading my account to a package with lightroom included!? what is going on?

I have been subscribed to a Photoshop CC only package since 2013, and a friend of mine pointed out that i was paying too much, and i should at least have Lightroom included. So i checked it out, asked some questions at the (Probably a bot) chat service, before i knew it there it was, my option to upgrade to a package with photoshop and Lightroom (Bridge included)
it was time to update my existing bridge and photoshop. After doing this, all of a sudden my photoshop has changed into a 30 day trial! how do i fix this?

FIXED! I have re entered the chat, with the hope of fixing it with someone there, and we fixed it!

  • I am now using a different MacBook Pro, and want to install my CC, I have done that and downloaded the Photoshop App but its a trial version. How do I get the full version of the apps?

I had a new MacBook Pro that was damaged and I am now using a different MacBook pro as my primary computer (running yosemite 10.10.1).
I did uninstall the Creative Cloud off the old MacBook before I stopped using it.
I have downloaded the Creative Cloud and signed in using my adobe username and password, but when I went to download the Photoshop App it is only giving me the TRIAL VERSION.
How do I make sure that the apps are the full version that I have already paid for? (I do know that my subscription is still current)
    Thanks for your help
    - Shawn

Shawn I would recommend utilizing the steps in Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CC, CS6, CS5.5 - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html to resolve the connection error which is likely preventing the software from authenticating.

  • Can't start Photoshop Subscription because of expired trial-version.

I tested the CS6 Photoshop Extended Trial-version and after it expired I bought "Photoshop CS6 Subscription Edition (monthly)". I downloaded and installed it. Now when I start it all I see is the "Trial expired"-window.
I tried de- and re-installing everything, tried cleaning the registry, tried the Adobe CS removal tool – nothing helped.
The "Trial expired"-window has a button to enter a serial number, but the monthly subscription didn't come with one – I checked all "My Adobe" subpages I could find. There wasn't a serial number in E-Mails either.
Hope someone can help, thanks alot!

I could finally fix the problem with the help of Adobe support. For everyone with the same problem:
    1. Deinstall Photoshop.
    2. Delete the following files (replace "Programme" with the Program Files-Folder of your language):
    C:\Programme (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\caps\"caps.db"
    C:\Programme (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\backup\"caps.db"
    C:\Programme (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\caps\"media_db.db"
    C:\Programme (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\"pcd.db"
    C:\Programme (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\cache\"cache.db"
    3. Redownload and reinstall Photoshop.
    4. Start Photoshop and login with your Adobe-ID.
    Done!

  • Photoshop CS6 is opening as trial version of CS6 extended

Suddenly my Photoshop CS6 is opening as a trial version of CS6 extended. Why? How do I make it stop, and open as it should?

I'm in the same boat, and now it's ended and I can't open CS6 at all. Plus I'm getting no support from Adobe on this over the weekend.
I tried re-installing on top of it, but that didn't help. I would completely un-install and try re-installing again, but think they'll leave something still stopping CS6 from opening.
Why they forced this on us, I don't know.

  • Photoshop: Not able to download trial version

Today I downloaded the trial version for photoshop CS6, but I had to uninstall it because it didn´t work. Now I´m not able to install the trial version for photoshop again... Someone who have had the same problem, or a tip for me?   (I did all this the same day)

Run the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool, try again. just don't be disappointed, if the trial says it's expired. Meddling with the licensing system is dangerous...

  • Subscription turned into a trial all of a sudden?

I have a yearly subscription to the cloud but just now when I opened PS it says my trial has expired and I have to sign up for a subscription?
Any ideas why this is happening? I tried calling customer support but there's a mere 2 hour wait.

    Hi there,
Did you recently apply any updates? I've seen this happening with the latest Creative Cloud Photoshop update.
    To resolve this:
    Launch Photoshop
On the trial screen, click License this product
Enter in your Adobe ID and password
I'm personally unfamiliar as to why this happens, but this should resolve it.
    Cheers,
    Michael

  • I'm paying for the Creative Cloud student pack, but it suddenly turned into a trial pack when I redownloaded it.

I'm paying monthly for Creative Cloud (student pack). It worked well, but when I switched my computer and redownloaded the creative cloud with its apps, it told me I was on trial and that I had to pay for the full version. The strange thing was that I was still paying at that time. I did log in properly when I downlaoded Cloud. I don't know what is wrong here. Please help, or I'll be losing my money in  a flash.
