The router might be bad or incompatible, but let's be optimistic.
On System Preferences, go to Network/Advanced/PPP. Only two items should be checked: Connect Automatically When Needed and Disconnect when switching user accounts. Uncheck everything else. Now, click Okay on the end of the page. The next time you're online, you shouldn't be disconnected.
If you still get disconnected like before, we might be dealing with a router issue - which can get rather complicated.

does it say not installed or does it say "download" in app store purchases?
if it say's download, then it's there for future use if you need to download it again.

When printing to a laser device my Acrobat Pro XI all of a sudden was not shrinking oversized pages to fit on paper. The Fit and Shrink to page options did not work. Could still output file reduced by using the percentage box but wondered if anyone else has encountered this problem before? Reinstalled Acrobat but problem still there.
I suddenly have started having this same problem. Anyone have an answer?

ok. my iphone 4 (16GB, verizon is carrier, don't know for sure if it is GSM, CDMA, or a 4s) has no display, the light on the front is always on (the flash) and the phone will still sync with itunes and seems to work...what is wrong? does it need to be repaired? oh yeah, it has ios 6.01 on it.
HELP!Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.

If the steps on the support site failed to correct the issue, it notes that the issue is likely hardware related with the iPod's hard drive, meaning you'll want to have it serviced/replaced either by Apple or a third party service.

The USB ports on my 30" Cinema HD display appear to not work. The monitor has not been used for almost a year, when I upgraded to a new Mac Book Pro and the 27" retina display. Now I need to move the computer back and forth between two locations using the two displays. The need for operating USB ports is essential. Any ideas. The display appears entirely normal. Am running OS X 10.9.

You can get a small screwdriver and take off the bottom case and see if any dust has accumulated in the fans. But Apple provides no official directions on how to clean the inside of a mac, so I would leave it as is.

8 gigs in Mac Book Pro late 2008
I have read that the Mac Book Pro late 2008 can now handle 8 gigs of ram, if you have the latest Boom Rom Version (i have the exat on needed). I currently have 4 gigs. My question is, is this some type of HACK, or is 8 gigs really supported by Apple? Can I buy 8 gigs from the Apple Store and have them put it in?
I am really not into HACKS, but 8 gigs would be nice.

It really is supported.

Yes, but you'll be paying about four times the going rate. It's easy to install RAM yourself. Just be careful not to touch the gold contacts, or if you do, clean them with rubbing alcohol. Also take care not to cross-thread the screws that hold the bottom cover on when you put them back in. -
Hi I have only 2 days in USA to buy Mac Book Pro 13" with Retina display. The issue here is that I'd like to get the westerns spanish keyboard and at the apple store the guy said it will take 6 days.
