My mac says that it has 40 gb of movies on it but when i finder search for file size, and for file type it gives me no videos or movies. I have called apple 3 times and each time they do the same thing and then do something that takes awhile to finish so we hang up and then it never works.
Please Help

I recommend no less than 2GB's of RAM. There is no download for SL, you must purchase from Apple, $29 at any Apple store. Leopard is no longer sold by Apple. About the only place you can find a retail disk is eBay, however the prices are getting ridiculous.

i try to download the song and it comes up with put in password. then it takes me to a credit card detail place. i have enough money on my account i shouldn't have to use my credit card. how can i use the money alredy on my account?

If the amount of the purchase is close to $21.07, then you need to take into account taxes may be added.
If you go beyond the credit from a gift card the balance will be billed to your credit card account.

Same thing for a movie file.. If you want to play back the movie via a DVD and a DVD player you must create a Movie DVD and not just burn files to a data DVD... as Data DVDs are just storage devices for files and therefore will only work with computers...
Movie DVDs are special formats that include things like menus and special file formats.. so they can playback via a DVD Player...
You will need a 3rd party DVD Burning app like Toast which is what i actually use.... or the more popular DVD Creator app...to create and then burn a Movie DVD that will playback on a DVD Player....

Yes, of course.   Did you set up with your Apple ID?
Reset the iPad to factory and set it up with your Apple ID and password.   You can still sync different apps, music and other stuff onto the iPad, the devices need not mirror each other.

Long story short. I get emails for my pre-purchased TV shows saying I can download them. I click the button, it downloads into iTunes, and I watch them. Now, this isn't happening. I can purchase and download songs just fine, but when I click on the pre-purchased tv shows, I can't get them to download. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I'm on a macbook air using iTunes 11.0.2 .

It seems that this is a MAJOR issue with MANY end users experiencing the exact same problem - iTunes 10.5.2.11 Crossfade is completely buggy. Apple, get it together, seriously...your QA department should all be fired for this.

One thing to keep in mind, at least what has worked for me: After you make a change to the crossfade timing, you must close out of iTunes and re-open before the new settings take place.
Crossfade timing = 12 seconds actually equates to about 50 seconds.
Click the slider, then use your arrow key to tick over about 20 times - this should crossfade your songs approximately 6 seconds before ending.
Apply, then close out and re-open iTunes...

When I watch a YouTube video it won't expand and it says that I don't have h.264 installed, but when I watch it on Chrome it works. How do I fix this?

I wanted to try the new YouTube HTML5 video player, but when I try to expand a video to like 480p or higher, it just stays the same size and the button won't work. I've installed the DivX codex and after that I thought it would work. To be honest, I didn't try it before installing the codec on Chrome, now that I installed it, it does work. I"m horrible with explaining things, so I hope this is fairly clear. Thanks :D

It is actually a ipod classic.

My ipod deleted everything it had on it and cannot get any songs stored on the ipod. Itunes has trouble finding my ipod at times, but when it finds it, it won't allow any files i try to put on my ipod stay on their.

I have the ipod classic 160gb and got it just last christmas. For quite awhile, it worked fine for me, but then one day i turned it on and there was no music or videos on my ipod. Battery was charged, the ipod functions well, just no music or videos. I tried connecting to my laptop and it wasnt showing up on itunes, but it was showing up on my computer. I updated my itunes to see if that worked and it did. It seemed to work, so I started putting my songs on it and my videos, and after i would disconnect it from the computer, nothing was on my ipod, again. I did this a couple of times with no result, with resetting it to factory settings 3 times to no avail. My brother told me to try to sync it up with my computer, so I tried that and it didn't work as well. I'm stumped on what to do. Can it be replaced?

Ow when I go to the app store icon and open it it says that the myxer radio is going to download but I am not able to download it and all of the other option buttons won't highlight

Try force quitting the app...
Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button down for a few seconds until a red slider appears, then press and hold the Home button until the app quits.

Firefox says that it imported bookmarks, et.al. from IE8, but I cannot find anywhere in firefox

I did a new install, I transferred bookmarks, cookies, et.al from MSIE8 as I was asked to do, but my bookmarks are not in the 'Bookmark' drop-down menu, nor are they anywhere else. I cannot find them anywhere.

You can usually find the imported IE Favorites in a folder ("From Internet Explorer") at the bottom of the Bookmarks Menu folder (Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks).
If you can't find them in the "From Internet Explorer" folder then try this:
* Export the favorites in IE to an HTML file (bookmarks.html): File > Import and Export
* Import the HTML file in Firefox: Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks > Import & Backup > Import HTML: From File
