My new business contract

Hello. I am on a new first time contract. But for some reason the guy in the shop put me on a business contract! I'm not with any company at all. My account says I'm the director of my own company using my real name as the business name! I have free calls to the office, which is the same phone number as my phone!
The advisor in the shop also clearly stated that I can use the MyO2 app to check my account!?
Is there anyway to change my account to a normal consumer one?

  • A new Business Scenario Mapping in SAP

    Hi,
    I have a new business scenario with one of my client.
    Business Scenario is like this:
    1. Material needs to be transferred to government agencies. Inventory should be deducted from my plant and should be displayed with govt agencies.
    2. They will do some reseach work on the material and send the material back to my client. There will not be any change in the property of the material.
    3. Material is excisable. But for this scenario since govt is involved no sales tax and nill excise.
    4. If govt will not be able to transfer all the material back, they will pay for the differences. For example, we have sent 100 tonne material and we have received back only 99.5 Tonne. Govt will pay charge for 0.5 tonne.
    Since the place where i am sending the material doesn't belong to my own entity/premise, legaly i cant create a new plant and use STO.
    Requirement is to have inventory deducted from my plant upon transfer to govt, so i cant use sub contracting in MM also. Because in case of Sub Contracting the material will be valuated at my plant only.
    Your help in this regard will be highly appreciated.

    You can create the governemnt agency as subcontracting vendor  and using movement type 331or333 or335 i.e for sampling you transfer the goods with nil servicecharge or cost and then take it back .As you say if they are returning only partial quantity then act accordingly.

    1. Some raw material is given to Vendors.
    2. Vendor will use this material & will send back some other raw material.
    3. Qty of the received material is not known till the time of GR. GR will be done multiple times, i.e. Its not the case that GR will be  done one time only.
    4. Qty of the issuing material is known.
    5. There are multiple vendors providing the same material.
    6. Price will be same for all the vendors.
    Client wants to map all the process from PO, GR, IR & Payment to be done automatically. Because they daily received tonnes of material through weigh bridge & don't have sufficient time to do all the steps manually.
    Value of the raw material which was provided to vendor in the very first stage, should be recovered from him at the time of payment.
    Please note that sub contracting is not accepted by them, becuase while issuing material to vendor, it doesn't create liability from vendor in standard sub contracting process. No accounting document is posted at the time of Goods Issue - Mvt Type 541.
    Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.

    Since subcontracting is not acceptable, you can try this:
    - Sell raw material 1 to the vendor (quantity and price known). In this case, sell it to the customer linked to the vendor.
    - Buy raw material 2 from vendor (against a PO, price known, large total quantity); and during GR)
    - Perform GR (quantity and price known), enter invoice and make payment.
    If automation is required, make a PO with large quantity, and settle the vendor using ERS.
    The only problem will be you will not be able to link raw material 1 and 2, ie you will not know when the raw material 1 is (completely consumed) at their end.
    The account receivables / payables can be adjusted in FI.

    within Contract Management (SRM 4.0) a user has the ability to send an email about a new / change contract to the Purchasing Organizations. In standard the systems takes the maintained email address per Purchasing Organization (PPOMA_BBP) and there is only one entry possible.
    Is there a chance to automatically have more than one mail address pre-populated in the draft mail generated? I also would like to know, if and how, it is possible to integrate the email address of each Purchasing Group into the draft email?

    I'm not sure how clever SharePoint 2007 was for preventing infinite loops within SPD, this might be a potential cause.
    On the alerts themselves, are you aware that the OOB Alert settings allow you to use viws as an alert condition?  So, you could set up a view for the relevant fields, set that up within the Alert Options and then ask for a daily summary.

    and when I create the Business Components Package, the guide said that

    And can not find the "Business Components Package" under ADF Business Components either.
    I am using the JDev Extension for OA (p5856648_R12_GENERIC.zip) and EBS 12.0.0.
    And I create an OA Workspace and OA Project.

    As Ethmoid says, it is still a CDMA phone as I told you earlier, and it will not work with t-mobile. Even if Sprint unlocked the phone, it would only unlock the GSM side for international use. They will not unlock the GSM side for domestic use in the US.

    Hi Experts,
    I want to create a new Business Area in my system and my worry is will that have an impact on my live system.I tried out a possiblilty by creating a new Bus Area T-Code OX03 and created a new Profit and CostCenter for the same in QA Server.
    I tried out posting Journals for the same and the output was ok in FBL1/3/5N.
    We are using SAP ECC 6.0 with Sp Purpose Ledger functionality.Do i need to do any further customization for the same.Since i want to create this new BA in Live server now.

    Business Area is an org. unit which you would want to fill in your documents, so you could draw business area-wise financial statements.  I think you are good to go with what you have done in QA system, if you do the same in your Prod. system.  But, what would happen to the documents that already exist in Prod. system.  You must come out with a way to populate those documents with the business area, if applicable.  If not (I mean, if it is a completely new business area for use in future only), your job is easy.

    Give the business object name prefixed with Z_.
    Enter the following fields with values:

    This is the internal technical key. Page: 1
    Object type can have maximum 10 characters. This must be unique across all object type. Objects are specific instances of object types at runtime.
    Object name: Object_Name_for_XX  
    The object type is addressed with this name by external applications. This is a descriptive English name and can be up to 32 characters. This also must be unique across all object type.
    Name:      Object Name: XX       
    This is a meaningful name of the business object.
    Description:     Object Description: XX     
    Page: 1
    Object description, can be up to 40 characters.
    Program:      Z_TESTXX       
    Each object type has an ABAP/4 program in which methods of the object are implemented. This program is generated automatically when you create or revise an object type.
    Application: indicates cross application.
    3: Create an event.
    Open the Object type in change mode. When you change your subtype the first step is to create a new event, this is done by selecting the Event node and clicking the create button. Give the event a name and a description.  Next set the status of this object type component to implemented.

    There can be multiple triggering events for a standard/customer task.
    In R/3 4.0 the release strategy for new Object Types and Object Type Components (methods, attributes, events, etc.) was enhanced.  Now when an object type and/or components are created, there are different statuses to select, based on its required purpose.  The statuses are:
    u2022     Modeled - objects cannot be accessed at runtime.  This is the status that is automatically set when an object type or component is created.  Items with a modeled status cannot be referenced in any type of workflow task.
    u2022     Implemented - objects can be used internally in a test environment.  They are accessible, but may not be stable (especially if no delegation has been defined).
    u2022     Released - objects are ready for production. Note:  Local objects cannot be released.
    u2022     Obsolete - objects are typically replaced by new functionality or incompatible with previous versions.   This status is optional.
    4: Create a method.
    Next a method must be created without using any function module template. When creating the method ensure that the method call is synchronous - this means that the method doesn't require a terminating event.
    A method can be synchronous or asynchronous. Synchronous Method
    Method that, for the duration of its execution, assumes the process control and, after its execution, reports to the calling component (work item manager, in this case).
    Synchronous methods can return the following data, if defined: Return parameters, one result and Exceptions.
    Terminating events can also be defined for a single-step task described with a synchronous method. At runtime, the relevant work item is then terminated either when the synchronous method is successfully executed or when one of the defined terminating events occurs.

    5. Create Key fields.
    Create key fields with ABAP dictionary field proposal.
    It is the identifying key, via which the system can access a specific object, that is, an instance of the object type. The key fields of an object type are usually also the key fields in the table containing the header data for the object type. Only character-based data types are allowed as key fields. The total length allowed for all key fields is 70 characters. Each key field refers to a field in the ABAP Dictionary.
    Enter u2018BKPFu2019 in table name field and select all the key fields. Press Continue button. Next set the status of these key fields to implemented.

    6:Implement business object.

  • Folders/tables in a new business area

    I4m creating a new business area, so in the second step of the
    wizard I select a user from which I want to take the folders,
    then in the third step I click on the user to see the tables I
    could put in the business area but nothing happens, only that
    after some seconds the sign (+) near to the name of the schema
    dissapears and no tables appear.
    This is a problem with this user, I have done it before with
    other users and i didn4t have any problem.
    How should I solve this problem.

    This sounds like a simplistic question but are you sure you have
    access to the tables in the schema? Can you describe the tables
    in SQL*Plus?

    I have installed Dreamweaver 6 on windows 7 Ulitmate X64.  I have also installed patches 12.0.2 & 12.0.3.  (My current version is 12.0 Build 5861)
    When I navigate through the menus

    The dialog appears and the application grays out.  Then it will sit with the timer until I click on the blank dialog.  At which point Windows performs an APPCRASH

    Does BC require any special ports open inbound for it to work.  I have managed to get it working on a DW 5 install with the BC plugin but on a different machine!  Still no joy with DW6 :-(

    why do you need to create a new business group? To implement HR? If so, linking a HR responsibility to your user, is one of the few steps to go anyway.
    How you did it on the test environment?
    Why not link a hr resp to your user temporarily, and disable it later.
    I'm always afraid to answer this kind of questions, since the real requirement is not described.

    For some reason, when I add new business contacts to iPhone, they aren't searchable.  They're in the phone somewhere, because when that business calls me, the name or label shows up correctly. 
    What am I doing wrong? 

    Do you have multiple groups in your contacts and perhaps only are looking in one group?
    In contacts select groups at the top left hit all contacts and then try searching

    I am using EJBs for Business Logic in my webdynpro java application. I have added a new Business Method in one of the session bean. But I am not able to see the new method in webdynpro model. I am following the below procedure -
    1. Select the Session bean.
    2. Add New Business Method. It automatically adds the method in Remote and Local Interface.
    3. Implement thie new method.
    4. Build EJB project
    5. Add it to EAR
    6. Build EAR Project
    7. Deploy EAR Project
    After following above steps, when I am trying to create a model in my webdynpro project, it does not reflect the changes (context returned by new business method).
    Can any one help me on this ?

    The issue is resolved. This is the case where methods in beans returns collections. For such scenario, relations have to be created manually, it does not come automatically. For details refer the blog at below link --
