When I set up my new computer, my internet connection & modem for DSL is the same, so my IP address should be the same. But I had to reinstall Firefox and I can't find the file for my old Firefox profile. If my IP address is the same, is there any way Firefox can recover my old bookmarks?

My PC crashed about 3 months ago and I managed to find an online chat support link. The staff there were very helpful and enabled me ro redownload against my original order. But I can't find the chat help again. Does anyone know where I can redownload against my original order, or have a link to online chat? Thanks for that, Ned! In the meantime I have found the original download on my computer (splitting the hard drive really does pay). Interestingly, the program I now have isn't as advanced as the one I originally had. Some functions just don't appear. Originally, I had 2 product keys, I guess one for elements and one for elements premier. I'm guessing I now only have elements. Does anyone know what the difference is between elements and elements premier? And since I clicked on set up I wonder why the program only set up a lesser version. And now I need to find a way of downloading premier separately, if that's even possible.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

The sync is one way - computer to ipod. The exception is itunes purchases: File>Transfer Purchases
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for just such an occasion. Use your backup copy to put everything back.

Go to the Apple Store webpage and in the upper right go to Account and select Track an Order. There you will find the status of your order. You only get a tracking order when the items ships.

There are two ways to recover from this condition.
1. Select
Store ▹ View My Account
from the App Store menu bar, then select View hidden purchases. Stop or resume the download.
2. Open LaunchPad and find the icon of the app you're trying to install. There will be a small progress bar below it. Click the "X" to stop the download.

You are still under warranty. Call Apple tech support and let them deal w/it.
You have 14 days to return the computer w/no questions asked. Plus you have 90 days of FREE phone tech support on top of your standard 1 year warranty unless you also purchased AppleCare which gives you an additional 2 years of coverage plus FREE phone support.
Strongly suggest that you take FULL advantage of the above before it runs out. Let Apple deal w/the problems.

Are you facing the issue with any pdf file?
Please try updating Acrobat to 11.0.7 and check.
You might also want to repair Acrobat and see.

lost mode don't depend of the sim card. If you take your Iphone on Lost mode... anybody can use it with the original card sim or with an other one.
Did you try to localise it ?
But hope that thief don't make a restore of the Iphone... Call your Mobile Operator to try to block the IMEI Number.

When I try to open a picture with element editor or if I try to open PS editor directly I see this

I downloaded a ringtone a few days ago and itunes charged me twice and i didnt receive the ringtone ether, plus i wrote to itunes and it says you will get back to me in 24 hours and its been well over that!!!!

Correct.
The only way to locate/disable/erase any lost/stolen iPhone/iPod Touch is through Find My Phone or a similar app. However, this requires that Find My Phone be setup/activated, on your phone, before it was lost/stolen. You would then login at iCloud.com & try to locate it. This requires the phone be turned on & have an Internet connection. There is no other way to locate a lost/stolen iPhone. Apple can't/won't help you, nor will your carrier. Report the loss to the Police, your carrier & Insurance company. Change all of your passwords.
If your carrier offers Blacklisting & they Blacklist the phone, it will be unusable as a phone.
If locked with a passcode, and running iOS 7.0, then phone cannot be activated or the passcode removed without knowing your Apple iD/Password. It will be nothing but a useless paperweight.
If not running iOS 7.0, the phone can be forced into recovery mode & restored.
