My phone was hacked, Verizon assured me that I would not be responsible for any of the charges. I paid my bill on due date and my phones were suspended 2 days later,mi had to drive 10 miles to a Verizon store for them to call to get them restored.
MY phones were hacked on March 12, I was assured I would not be held responsible for any of the charges. I paid my bill on due date and 2 days later my service was suspended. In had to drive 10 miles to a Verizon store for them to call and get them restored. They offered no explanation but said they had taken care of it, NOT, it is back on my bill and higher. I call and put on hold for 15 mins. I guess they will suspend them again this month. I am so tired of dealing with them with this matter. Feed up!

some music files do not show up in google play music app library. I did clear cache/data and restarted phone. The music is stored on the SD card. Most of the music in the library is in the same folder on the sd card. I can play the song from file manager, but it still is not in the music library in play music.
Cyndi6858, help is here! We'd be happy to help figure this out. Just to be sure though, the Droid Maxx should not have an SD card. Is this the Droid Razr Maxx? How did you add the music to the device? Are you able to see the files and folders located on the SD card or device when plugged in?

My husband is claiming that his phone was hacked - is this possible?
OVER THE WEEKEND THERE WERE TEXT MESSAGES FROM AN UNKNOWN PERSON TO AND FROM MY HUSBAND. HE CLAIMS HE DOES NOT KNOW THIS PERSON. AT FIRST YOU WOULD CALL THE NUMBER AND IT WOULD JUST RING, THEN THE NEXT DAY THE PHONE WAS TURNED OFF. HIS COMPUTER WAS HACKED INTO A FEW MONTHS AGO. IS IT POSSIBLE FOR SOMEONE TO TEXT MESSAGE FROM HACKING IN TO YOUR APPLE ID?
SOME INSIGHT WOULD BE APPRECIATED AND MIGHT EVEN SAVE A MARRIAGE.It's highly unlikely that his phone was hacked, but what is possible is that someone has gotten ahold of his Apple ID and password. These at used to log into iMessage. If someone has the credentials, they could log in on their own device and send/receive messages as him. I suggest that he change the password associated with his Apple ID. If he has more than one Apple ID, as many people do, it's best if he changes all of them to avoid confusion.

Everything I have ever done on my iPhone 4 was downloaded and copied. EVERYTHING! ALL deleted Pictures, texts and emails that had ever gone through my phone were retrieved. My phone was hacked and everything taken. I was told there is a SIM card reader that can do this. I don't even know how I could retirenve this imformation when I don't even have a back-up. If anyone has had an experience like this please tell me. I am completely violated.

Depending on who provides your email service, you may be able to set up a filter or server-side rule and dump them to trash or junk folders. As long as there is some consistency in address domain, header or content you can use as a filter, you may be able to make a general enough rule to catch all or most of them.
Log in to your email account online and see what, if any, options your service provider offers. One of my own domain emails started getting a ton of spam this year but I now have a pretty comprehensive set of rules for it, plus my hosting service's default junk-mail filter, so that about 99% of them no go directly to SPAM.
If using iCloud, you can create filters if you login to iCloud mail via a web browser. -
I have a Galaxy S3 and love this phone but here at my new home which has absolutely no trees of bushes blocking anything, my phone calls are dropped ALL THE TIME and it's driving me crazy. Verizon finally said that they would come out and boost the signal but haven't seen anyone in two weeks. I have called Verizon tech help for one year to get help with this, either trade phone or something. I am so frustrated! I picked Verizon for the clear calls and coverage inside hospitals and buildings but it's been terrible. I have had three of these phones replaced. I need a different model like the S4 or the S5 I think cause it's something in this model.
Verizon is quickly becoming the worst cell phone company out there. To read all of these pleas from your loyal customers is just so sad and pitiful. You need to be sued for your data overage charges that you are intentionally imploding on your customers. They have pleaded, very intelligently, with you to do something to fix the issue and you willingly have NOT. As is with my reception issue that I was promised a signal booster for two months ago, so is this issue with the data. You don't follow up and solve the issues. Therefore the courts will find you fraudulent. When I was promised by your super tech that I needed a signal booster and he was sending it out overnight at no charge to me, I was relieved that it would finally be taken care of so I wouldn't lose faith with Verizon. Well, that was two months ago now with no record of it ever being ordered or on my file anywhere. I have since called three more times with hours of conversations about that issue and two more techs have told me they were sending me a signal booster with no follow up what so ever. WOW! That's pitiful! You may not care now, oh but you will later when you lose lots of money and business.

It sounds like you are wanting to update the Apps that were synced over from your computer to your new iPhone 5s. If you are clicking Updates in the App Store in the bottom right corner, would you mind clarifying what happens when you are trying to update them?

You can't. If your phone is disabled, the data has already been erased...that's the whole point of the passcode. Your only option now is:
Turn your phone off, then force it into recovery mode & restore it:
Leave the USB cable connected to your computer, but NOT your phone, iTunes running, press & hold the home button while connecting the USB cable to your dock connector, continue holding the home button until you see “Connect to iTunes” on the screen. You may now release the home button. iTunes should now display that it has detected your phone in recovery mode, if not quit and reopen iTunes. If you still don’t see the recovery message repeat these steps again. iTunes will give you the option to restore from a backup or set up as new. -
I uploaded the latest X Yosemite and fond that Aperture did not work. Then I started the new Picture but are not able to upload all my pictures (app half of them) have anybody had the same issue? and can potentially advise me on how to fix it?
Thanls Ernie. I found the solution. My problem was previous to 10.10.3. It looks like the installation of final cut and uninstallation of fcp delte a plugins that was needed for Aperture. I recover from time machine my plugins in Library/frameworks/plugin.manager.framework and now Aperture works ! Ouf....

In Snow Leopard, there was a quick look feature that allowed you to look at files without opening the program. It doesn't show up in Lion on my iMac. Any ideas? Thanks

Hi... I would like to purchase a Tablet Sony Xperia Z 2 10.1 (the last one of the Z series) and I was told that Adobe does not support Sony anymore.... I need to be able to open and read Adobe PDF files and I would like to know if this tablet can still use Flash Player...

I asked in the shop and I was told "yes of course" , but when I contacted Sony directly I was advised to check with Adobe as apparently in the recent months Adobe and Sony haven't been getting along anymore...You may be mixing up two entirely different Adobe products.
1. Adobe Flash Player. Needed to view web pages designed with Flash. Not needed to view PDF files. Not available for Android (not just Sony).
2. Adobe Reader. Reads PDF files. However, the Android can also read most PDF files without needing Adobe Reader. -

I am having problems downloading 2 purchased movies. Cars 2 & Toy Story. I had it on My iPad, then after a while the movies would not play. I went to the apple store and they deleted it and told me that all I need to do is download it again. I tried what they suggested at the apple store, but I am still not successful. - iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iPod fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
