My question is I want to buy MacBook Pro special specifications but found several languages at the option of the keyboard I want a picture if you choose the keyboard language is Arabic as well please, I want a picture of the plate you include the keyboard letters in Arabic, English or Arabic only together?

The only photo I could find of a 'genuine' Apple Arabic keyboard (NOT a keyboard cover/skin):
It's from an older MacBook, it looks like, but I imagine that the MacBook Pro keybaord would be similar.

These are user to user technical assistance forums, and nobody here represents Apple or any store.  In order to find out whether you can buy something at a particular store, you really need to find some way to contact the store directly.

    Hello,
Apple offers a Barclay's VISA card that provides 6-12 months at 0% interest on your first purchase from Apple.  You can even sign up for the card & get approved at the same time that you place your order.
If your purchase is under $999 USD you get 6 months at 0% interest.  If more than $999 you get 12 months at 0% interest.  As long as you make the minimum payment on time every month you continue at 0% until the promotional period runs out.
Note: if any payment is late or you don't pay off the balance within the promotional period, you get charged all the interest that accrued from day one; as of today that rate is over 22%, so it is important to make all your payments on time and pay off of the full balance before the end of the promotional period.
Last year I applied for the card at the same time I ordered my iMac; got approved immediately; and then set up an automatic payment every month with Barclays so I wouldn't risk being late; and then I paid off the remaining balance 30 days before the end of the promotional period.  Everything went smoothly, Barclays' online system worked perfectly; they did not play any billing tricks nor did they ever spam me with junk promotions.  Recently they offered another 12 months at 0% financing, so it's not just a one time offer!
Your profile doesn't say where you are located, so if you are outside the USA you will need to check the Apple website for your country to see if there is a similar financing offer in your location.

Because i brought imac from tradeline stores in citystars in egypt a year ago & it was deficted u know techical hardware error from graphics card
and when i gave them my imac 27 inch back to repair it (a white screen appers suddenly)  they made even worse.
however i sold very very cheap to some one i know other than those idiots wh call them selves technitians & now i want to buy macbook pro from some one else other tradeline & i want to know if it was referbushed or not by numbers or letters printed on the box.
    so please advise

Once, Apple refurbs had serial numbers starting with "R" or "RM." That faded away several years ago so I don't think you can tell from the serial number any more. However, the carton is rather plain and says something like "Apple Refurbished Product" on it
Most of the "mission-critical" Macs at our house are refurbs bought directly from Apple USA. They have all given superb and trouble-free service.

  • Hi everybody , i want to buy macbook pro retina but i wonder if he make noise or get hot ?

hi everybody , i want to buy macbook pro retina but i wonder if he make noise or get hot ? i don't use game or heavy program.

The only 'noise maker on a retina MBP are the fans.  The will speed up if there is a need to dissipate heat.
The MBP will become hot if CPU/GPU intensive applications are in use.  That is expected and normal.
    Ciao.

  • I want to buy macbook pro without retina display 13 inch. How much does it cost? Is it available now?

    Hi,
I want to buy macbook pro without retina display 13 inch model. How much does it cost? And is it available now? I heard that Apple is going to discontinue this model soon. Is it true?
    Kindly let me know.
    Thank you.

    Apple's still selling the 13" (but not 15") non-Retina model... see -> http://store.apple.com/us/buy-mac/macbook-pro?product=MD101LL/A&step=config.
    Good luck,

Watch the Apple Online Store’s refurb section for non-Retina 2012 models. The 2.9 GHz model is a very nice machine and there were some available within the past week. Check daily, because they go fast. I bought one last summer and I love it, but I am not playing games on it. B&H Photo still has some 2012 models, also.

I don't like the 'non-retina' MacBooks, why downgrade when for £100-£200 more you can get a retina Mac which looks and feels 100x better.
It's hardly a downgrade to those of us who care about being able to upgrade our Macs ourselves if and when we need or want to do so. For me, having a FW800 port is also a consideration.

  • Want to Buy MacBook Pro

I am interested in buying a MacBook Pro.  I just found out that in the fall of 2014 Apple will be releasing a new operating system for Mac, called Yosemite.  I wanted to know if I purchase a MacBook Pro today will the software be available or is best just to wait and purchase the macBook Pro then.

The updates for the operating system will be avialable and you can download it for free. You can buy MacBook Pro now and install the new OS later.

  • Want to buy MacBook Pro 13" (new Mac-user). Worried about the Core 2 Duo

I'm really eager to buy a MacBook Pro 13" right now, but core 2 duo feels pretty outdated, I remember my computer from 2006 having that CPU.
My greatest worry is that the computer will feel out-dated pretty fast, like for how many years will it be able to survive OS-updates? I really want to buy one now, but I don't know if i should wait. Do any of you mac-users feel it to be sluggish in any way?
    Appreciate your help.

i don't have a lot of experience with this as we just made the switch about a month ago. it's mostly my wife's macbook pro and i wanted her to get a toshiba with i5 processor but she wanted to get the mac. i found this on cnet, which made me feel better about the core2. remember it is running apple stuff which isn't a drain on it like microsoft stuff:
The speed-bumped Core 2 Duo processor at the heart of the MacBook Pro isn't part of the 2010 Core i3, i5 and i7 processor family--it's a holdover from last year, and that's a bit of a shame. However, most mainstream users will find perfectly adequate performance in these Core 2 Duos--multitasking, video editing/playback, and photo and graphics work can all be handled, sometimes surprisingly well. *In our benchmarks, the 2010 MacBook Pro 13-inch outperformed the Core i3 Asus U30Jc and came close to the souped-up Core i5 Sony Vaio Z116GX/S. Against those laptops, it actually came out on top in multitasking by a decent margin, although some of the programs we use for our benchmark tests, such as iTunes and Photoshop, are very Mac-friendly.* The 15-inch Core i7 Spring 2010 MacBook Pro still outperforms this 13-incher by a considerable margin, but it also costs $1,000 more in the configuration we tested.

  • Want to buy macbook pro from outside egypt and send it as a gift to a U.S.A resident

i want to buy a macbook pro from outside america and sent it as a gift to an american resident in america

    Because of credit card laws in both US and Canada (not sure about other countries) against online fraud for your protection;
It is sometimes impossible to purchase something online when your billing and shipping address does not match your Credit Card info.
One way to bypass this is to call the Apple Store in person and give tell them about your dilema.  Also make sure that your Credit Card compay is aware of what you're about to do so they won't decline or redflag the transaction.
I have experienced the same issue but for a different purchase.  My Credit Card info and shipping address is the same but I wanted it shipped elsewhere.  I had to inform both Vendor and Credit Card company about what I was doing after my original transaction was declined.

  • I want to buy Macbook Pro, but before I do that...

I am currently using the last version of PowerBook (1.67GHz hi-res). I want to buy a Macbook Pro as a back up.
Is it possible to use Carbon Copy cloner to cloner my current PB's OS to the new MacBook Pro? I find it does a better job to migrate stuff than using the standard migration assistance.
Also, I have a bootable fw800 external hard drive. If I install Boot Camp on the MBP, will I able to clone both OSX/WinsXP to the external drive and boot from there? Currently, when I hold option during start up it will let me choose which drive I want to boot to. Since MBP's Bootcamp has two OS's (OSX and WinsXP), what does it do when I hold down option during startup? If I choose to boot from external drive, how will I able to choose which OS I want to boot to?
Sorry if I make it too confusing

A Basic Guide for Migrating to Intel-Macs
If you are migrating a PowerPC system (G3, G4, or G5) to an Intel-Mac be careful what you migrate. Keep in mind that some items that may get transferred will not work on Intel machines and may end up causing your computer's operating system to malfunction.
Rosetta supports "software that runs on the PowerPC G3 or G4 processor that are built for Mac OS X". This excludes the items that are not universal binaries or simply will not work in Rosetta:
Classic Environment, and subsequently any Mac OS 9 or earlier applications
    Screensavers written for the PowerPC
    System Preference add-ons
    All Unsanity Haxies
    Browser and other plug-ins
    Contextual Menu Items
Applications which specifically require the PowerPC G5
    Kernel extensions
Java applications with JNI (PowerPC) libraries
See also What Can Be Translated by Rosetta.
In addition to the above you could also have problems with migrated cache files and/or cache files containing code that is incompatible.
If you migrate a user folder that contains any of these items, you may find that your Intel-Mac is malfunctioning. It would be wise to take care when migrating your systems from a PowerPC platform to an Intel-Mac platform to assure that you do not migrate these incompatible items.
If you have problems with applications not working, then completely uninstall said application and reinstall it from scratch. Take great care with Java applications and Java-based Peer-to-Peer applications. Many Java apps will not work on Intel-Macs as they are currently compiled. As of this time Limewire, Cabos, and Acquisition are available as universal binaries. Do not install browser plug-ins such as Flash or Shockwave from downloaded installers. These versions are not universal binaries and will not work on Intel-Macs. The version of OS X installed on your Intel-Mac comes with special compatible versions of Flash and Shockwave plug-ins for use with your browser.
The same problem will exist for any hardware drivers such as mouse software unless the drivers have been compiled as universal binaries. For third-party mice the only current choice is USB Overdrive. Contact the developer or manufacturer of your third-party mouse software to find out when a universal binary version will be available.
Also be careful with some backup utilities and third-party disk repair utilities. Disk Warrior (does not work), TechTool Pro (does not work although a beta of a universal binary version has been released), SuperDuper (newest release works), and Drive Genius (untested) may not work properly on Intel-Macs. The same caution may apply to the many "maintenance" utilities that have not yet been converted to universal binaries.
Before migrating or installing software on your Intel-Mac check MacFixit's Rosetta Compatibility Index.
Check for universal binary updates for any above-mentioned software before installing on Intel Macs.
