naaa didnt work if you or any body else has any other ideas im open cuase now im thining about just taking it into apple and getting a new one but my friend said that he recently did the exact same thing and the apple store declined him cuase it was jailbroken sooo i really dont know what to do ....the purpose of getting the knew ipod was to have imessge and the new facetime and know that it isent working i dont know what to do or how to do it the correct way...............but thnk u Eric Ross and llaass

I have disabled extensions, cleared the cache, and run spyware. I also have the same problem with other browsers, but Firefox is the only one I use. I am running Windows 7 home edition. I am using my Mac laptop to ask this question because my Windows Firefox browser will not let me connect to the help site.
chiduke i think because this problem exists in every browser, its not an issue with Firefox browser, i think your windows machine is under attack by some malicious software or your spyware is blocking the access to internet.
Did you say you are able to access for some time after you reinstall Firefox, i don't actually know why it works think its working until the malicious software or your spyware detects Firefox's presence and blocks the internet.
Try to start your machine in Safe mode, i mean windows. (Don't know how as i don't use windows but i know there is a safe mode when i Googled it say you can access internet only in safemode with networking option enabled so make sure you open in that), try to access the web & test for few hours if it works then its a problem with windows. May be you can ask windows support for help. -

I would to a Restore. Select the iPod in iTunes. Go to the Summary tab for the iPod. There is a button there to do a Restore. This will erase the iPod, re-install its software, and set it to default settings. After Restore complete, try playing songs on the iPod again.
If THAT does not fix the problem, and it's not bad headphones (since you also tried the "speaker"), there is probably a hardware problem on the iPod. All 7th gen nanos are still under warranty. If you have an Apple Store nearby, you should take it to the store's Genius Bar. To minimize waiting, you can make a reservation on store's web page.

Whenever I buy something in game, it says that " can not connect to itunes store". Why???? I fill all my payment information in app Store, bt I couldnt buy any thing. Why???
Additonally, at this point I really want to talk to someone who cares about how a customer like I might feel in such a situation and when I call corporate would like to talk to someone who is interested in hearing my input as it really sucks to think I really don't feel like going to the store anymore and would rather just buy stuff on amazon or newegg these days instead;/ When I know how much i used to enjoy going into the store and getting friendly with kind staff who worked with me to get the best deal on the items I got--perhaps this was because it was at a more desperate time when Best Buys fate as a company was more precarious prior to price matching taking origin. Also, on an aside, would like to add that obviously there is always the one or two people who go out of their way to make sure you have an excellent expeirenece so I am not trying to make any sweeping generalizations here. In fact, I find the forum contributors to be among the most kind and helpful, but that might be because they don't have to deal with the now seemingly dreaded "pricematch" epidemic;D

Not empty the Safari cache.

Are you able to receive any mail at all? If not, make sure that all of your information for mail is accurate in settings again. if you still have nothing, go to your email through safari. (example: www.yahoo.com) If you do not see the emails here either, it is a problem with the password reset server not your mail app.

Try a reset, press and hold both the home and power buttons for 10-15 seconds till the Apple logo appears. Release both buttons. Wait 15-20 seconds till your iPad starts on it's own.

Can someone please explain and help me? I am unlocking an iphone4 from at&t to use it on the straight talk network. They've confirmed my request to do this and I am now a little confused as to what to do next. They want me to back up the phone using itunes on either a MAC or PC. I do not have an aplle computer but I do have an acer. Sooo, can I use it to do this? Or do I even have to do this to unlock and switch the iphone4 over to a new network? Install iTunes on your Acer and you can back up the iPhone. Or back it up to iCloud. If you do not back it up you can get it unlocked, but you will lose all of your content.

Even after unlocking I'm not sure it will work on Straight Talk, because last time I checked ST used Verizon as its carrier, and an AT&T iPhone 4 is not compatible with Verizon's network. You can probably use it on Net 10 or T-Mobile once it is unlocked. -
I have an Iphone 5 and Love it. Except for one thing; I recently changed from ymail email account to a gmail account. I updated it on the
Apple/ Itunes site and it does accept the change. I can still access the APP store and Itunes.
However, sometimes I get a pop up box from Apple showing the old email address and asking me to sign in..... I hit cancel and move on. But, now Icloud keeps popping up promting me to sign in and it shows the old email which I don't have anymore.... I tried signing in with the old info to clear it off screen of my phone but, it doesn't allow and I hit cancel and it goes away. only to appear later again.... This is so frustrating and annoying. Is there any way to get the Icloud to update the email address with my Apple ID log in info--without having to delete stuff or lose things on my phone?

When I go into facebook I have to download flash player every time. This has been going on for about 6 months. I have tried to get help but can not seem to get it figured out. Last week when I downloaded it started to say it was finished but wasn't in the system and now I can't play games on facebook at all. Please someone help.

And just to add - The color schemes in I.E. were actually colors I used in dreamweaver but I changed them to the colors that are showing in Chrome. Chrome is the one I want and I.E. is being difficult. I can't find in my code where I could possibly have multiple colors selected as background colors.When you have layout problems, the first place to go is to the W3 validator. I say this because it make no sense to chase a layout issue when you know your page contains HTML that doesn't validate. Unfortunately, your page does not validate -

Most of those errors are simple fixes - you have been pretty sloppy about making sure that tags are properly closed, and your table structure is a tad hinky. See if you can fix these first. -

Thank youThe thread running through your explanation has to do with connectivity to your server. (iCloud out of the blue asking for password, unable to message your boyfriend, unable to access e-mail). You said that you boyfriend restart his device and then the two of you were able to then imessage. My best advice for you would be to go to settings to reset to reset network settings. Once this has been done you then will need to enter the name and password of your wifi. ONce this is done you then can attempt to check to see that all passwords are enter correctly.

After updating my iPhone 4S to iOS 8.0.2 I can't connect to any Wi-Fi connections and it just keeps on searching for Wi-Fi networks.
