My Safari browser won't open. I had upgraded to Mac OS X Lion. What do I do?

Question

My iMac is 2008 built. In March 2012, I upgraded to Mac OS X Lion. Since then I had problems after problems. Since the computer was getting slower and slower, I thought the Prosoft Drive Genious 3 would be useful. When I installed it on iMac, it caused more problems. I removed the Prosoft Drive Genius 3 from the internal iMac hard drive and tried to install it on an external drive.
Now I can't access Safari. It doesn't open. I had to download Mozilla Firefox browser. I don't see any links on Apple site for the latest Safari browser for Mac. What do I do to download Safari.

Thank you very much for your email and the post. I copied the segments of the crash report  from the Console and pasted and edited in the TextEdit. I don't know what shutdownStall etc is.
