My screen z1 crashed and does not work only touch the buttons below
I had my phone in my back pocket and I was driving and when I get to my destination , I realized that the screen had crashed , , and now only the buttons below function , do not understand how they work only 3 buttons, the damage screen is on the inside, not the outside in help¡

Replacing the LCD it's quite simple, just requires a lot of work and the correct tools, keep in mind that doing so will void your warranty and your phone might not be waterproof after this.

New Skype crashes and does not work.
the new skype crashes all the time it does not work. even trying to read the type gives people va headache we should all complain at once get them to fire the idiots that designed it and put it back the way it was. skype does not even connect to internet most of the time. they do not even have the staff to fix it

Downloaded an App that keeps crashing and does not work
Hi,
I purchase a Sudoko app for my ipod touch and it doesn't work. I try to open it and it keeps crashing. I deleted it and re-installed it and it still does not work. I e-mailed the developer Bradley J Danitz 10 days ago with no response from him nor any help. I am not happy with this App or Mr Danitz for his lack of support.

This is the 3rd time in less than 2 months that I need to restore my Ipod 3rd gen because it does not respond to touch commands. What can I do to resolve this problem ?
If it keeps happening after restoring to factory settings/new iPod (not from backup) that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Creative Cloud desktop App for Mac crashes and does not work
Installed creative cloud for MAC (running OSX 10.9). App does not run. I see the Creative Cloud icon at top of screen (in menu) for about 0.5 seconds then it disappears. No error messages or warnings. I have tried to uninstall and install the desktop app many times with the same results. It appears there is no way to download the LR CC and PS CC that I paid for.
I have even tried to run this from another dmim account. Same error.
I have run disk utility - repair disk and repair permissions.
Please can someone help me with this issue?

Important : Launch Activity Monitor and "Force Quit" all the process related to Adobe like Creative Cloud setup, CoreSync, AAMupdater, AAMupdater notifier, Adobe Crash demon from Activity monitor.
1)
Click on the Finder and look for the options listed next to Apple Icon located at the top left corner of the Desktop screen and click on "Go" menu button and select "Utilities" option.
(Applications>Utiliites)
Locate Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Application Manager folder under Utilities window and trash both folders.

Click on the below link and download & run Adobe Cleaner tool :

I recently uploaded OSX 10.6.7 and ever since then, my Boris titler in FCP does not work with all the fonts, notably Avenir. It actually crashes FCP now. It was fine with the previous version. What's up Apple?
I know what your'e going through, Gary. OSX 10.6.7 is an absolute disaster. Since I upgraded, I've had problems in FCP, Logic, Garageband, even issue dealing with peripheral hardware like external monitors.
Before 10.6.7 my system was running fine.
I've brought this up with Apple repeatedly. They smile and shrug. They've been helpful resolving the issues, but none of them has been easy to solve. I have spent days, dealing back and forth with tech support, sending logs, etc., before solutions have been found.
I wish I could give you an answer to your question. My only guess is that Apple has totally dropped the ball on this one. In the future they should provide a disclaimer when they offer an upgrade. Something like: "Caution: all of your software may not function after this upgrade. But go ahead, you'll feel cool that your OS is the latest thing."
As someone who has been with Apple for close to 25 years, I'm disturbed by what appears to be an increasing sloppiness in their work. This is especially disturbing when you depend upon their system to make your living.

Java applet works in windows and does not work in linux

I'm working with site which is located in vpn network at work.
I use browsers firefox 3 and opera.
When I want to open java applet using firefox or opera at first everything is fine then on the last stage of loading(judging by progress bar) applet hangs(progress bar hangs) and when I reload page firefox shows in the bottom bar: applet <applet's name> bail.
In windows everything works both in ie6 and firefox 3.
On both environments I have the jre 6 installed.
please help!Ok, I installed ies4linux and jre 1.5.16. I can work with that but when I start applet screen goes black and window frames dissapear.
To solve this problem(feature?) I disabled DirectX-based acceleration for Java 2D but that works for javacpl.exe and does not work for my applet. -

This is an iPad user to user forum, so you are not addressing Apple. Depending on how many user helpers are on-line, it may take several hours, or longer, to get a response.
Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) No data/files will be erased.
