What is the wording of the error message?
When you say download do yo mean:
- directly downloading from iTunes?
- Syncing to computer?

When I download the digital copy of the Hunger Games, it stops at 4.0GB and first returns an error code -1309 and then the code -50. Please help me complete the download. I have tried removing the .tmp folder and downloading it again, but each time it stops the download in the same place.
I discovered the solution. The external drive I was saving it to was formatted as FAT32. In that format, the largest files can only be 4GB, which explains why it kept stopping at 4GB. I backed up all the files then reformatted it as Mac OS Extended (Journaled), this is possible since I am on an iMac.

I need help installing my adobe premiere element 13. the soft ware is 3.5 GB and I have a 654.4GB space is this enought space to dowload the software. It appears the software is downloading , but when it gets to the end it gives me the error summary message. I have been on the phone for hours being transfered from from person to the next with no results.

The replies from here are not instantaneous. But, your fellow users all try to respond as timely as possible.
What is your computer operating system?
From where are you downloading Premiere Elements 13....direct from Adobe as the tryout or the purchased product? If the purchased product, do you now have a purchased serial number to go with the installation files?
Where are you stopped in the installation....at the Sign In or before? Is the faulting module cited in any messages? What are the error messages?
The usual questions:
1. Are you working with the antivirus and firewall(s) disabled?
2. Are you running the computer programs as administrator?
3. Are you working with a pen and tablet device instead of mouse?
4. Is your video card/graphics card up to date according to the web site of the manufacturer of the card?
5. Are you installing the program to the default location on the Local Disc C (if Windows).
Let us start here and then decide what next based on the details that you post. Subsequent troubleshooting may include:
deletion of the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file and/or uninstall, free ccleaner run through, reinstall with antivirus and firewall(s) disabled.

iPod not verified properly in iTunes a device is detected. Then on right hand side of computer screen doesn't say privates iPod anymore to drag songs to from my library ? Under devices nothing is ther ? Always had no problem? iPod doesn't even beep when plugged in or automatically backup anymore because iTunes sees a device but not sure what it is? What happened? I've tried 3 different cords too!
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Inspect the dock connector on the iPod for bent or missing contacts, foreign material, corroded contacts, broken, missing or cracked plastic.
- See if another computer sees the iPod in iTunes
- Restore from backup. See:
iOS: How to back up
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

I was looking through our resources and found an article with information regarding that error message. The article is called iTunes for Windows XP: "Disk is locked" or "iTunes folder cannot be found" when installing or opening iTunes found here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1866.
Here is the text but the article contains images for a visual reference:
Verify the location of your Windows XP My Music folder. The default location for this folder is
C:\Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\My Music
If you do not have this folder at the default location and have not moved it to another location, consider creating one inside your My Documents folder.
Download and install Tweak UI from the Microsoft PowerToys website athttp://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx
Note: This utility is for Windows XP only. Please review the system requirements before installing.
Once you have installed Tweak UI, open it from the Start menu.
In the column on the left, click on the plus symbol next to My Computer and select Special Folders.
In the right pane under Special Folders, choose My Music from the Folder pop-up menu.
Click the Change Location button. You may see a warning message appear with precautions for changing this setting; after reviewing the message, click Yes.
In the resulting window, browse for the My Music folder as described in step 1, and click OK.
Reinstall or open iTunes.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, the settings for the current user may be corrupted, which could cause iTunes not to install or open. You may have to install and open iTunes in a different Windows user account.

I downloaded some app from my iPod touch and the app downloaded no problem. But when I open the app to play a game and I have to buy something from the app like coins or up grade the app. And it won't let me it says app was open on a different apple I'd and that I needed to Purchase the app again and when I try and I find the same app the only thing it does is open it. I can't do anything. Then my iMessage I can't even hardly send messages because it always say failed Delivery when in fact I was able to send iMessage a couple of weeks ago to the same people that I can't now. I wanted to listen to some new music i added to my itouch, but when i looked, it said no content in the music section. So i connected to the computer and opened itunes. My device showed up and everything, my playlists and songs where still there, but my itouch still showed No Content. Then i tried to sync it, and there's always an error popping up, so now i have no idea what to do! I have too many songs to start over again! And the iTunes i am using now was not my original one because my old computer broke so i got a new computer and new iTunes, so this iTunes doesn't have all of my songs. i'm sick and tired of being afraid to update my itouch because it says it won't save my songs so when it updates my songs could be deleted. Could someone please help or tell me how to contact the Apple people?
iPod touches or any iDevices from Apple sync only to one computer. If you sync to a different computer, all your music will be replace with the music from the new computer's iTunes. If the music were purchased from iTunes, you can re-download them again otherwise the music on iPod touch will be deleted. Do you have iTunes backup?

Hey guys. My IPhone 3GS is unlocked and i went to update the software and it said that an unknown error has occurred and said it needed to be restored to connect with Itunes. When i got to restore it, it gets about 3/4 of the way done, says an unknown error has occured(1015). I have no clue what to do and all and any help would be amazing.

just installed PS 13 elements and loaded pictures into organizer. after using PS editor now organizer is not reloading. I keep getting error message saying organizer unexpectedly quit, do you want to reopen. When I click on it to reopen it doesn't and I get the same message again. I rebooted computer, still did it, I uninstalled and reinstalled the program and I am still getting the same error message. This is on Mac OS with yosemite. Any Ideas Please!!!

I keep getting error 3004 when i try restoring and updateing my iphone 4 to iOS 7 i did everything 1. flushed dns 2. edited hosts 3. updated itunes and downloaded new one 4. switched usb ports 5. disabled antivirus 6. enabled ports 80 and 443 7. disabled firewall 8. even tryed putting mobile in DFU mode to restore it not of this worked so please help me
