My tabs will not restore after starting Firefox -- even with the option to restore my tabs and windows is checked in the "options" window. I'm losing tabs from previous sessions that I need to keep open every time I need to restart. Thanks for any advice!

Make sure that you do not use Clear Recent History to clear the <i>Browsing History</i> when you close Firefox.

It is possible that there is a problem with the files sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.
Delete the sessionstore.js [2] file and possible sessionstore-##.js [3] files with a number and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.

Deleting sessionstore.js will cause App Tabs and Tab Groups and open and closed (undo) tabs to get lost, so you will have to create them again (make a note or bookmark them).

It has nothing to do with "getting near: the other iPhone.
They are using the same AppleID for iCloud.
On the 3GS, Setttings > icCloud, delete the iCloud account and turn it on using the new AppleID.
Whatever I have changed on my 4S...notes, apps..etc.
Settings > iTunes & App stores.
Tap your ApleID, sign out then sign in with new AppleID. -

That one's consistent with disk/file damage. The first thing I'd try with that is running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive.

Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors, or use chkdsk /r (depending on which way you decide to go about doing this). You'll almost certainly have to schedule the chkdsk to run on startup. The scan should take quite a while ... if it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
Does the chkdsk find/repair any damage? If so, can you get an install to go through properly afterwards? -
Why is my location city changed by Firefox to a town I don't live in? I put in my zip code in the weather info and it will not hold it no matter what I do. This is very frustrating and never a problem in the past. IE doesn't have the problem. Can anyone help?
1) Is it a video clip? Something you recognize? To be clear, it's displaying at a point in your exported movie but doesn't appear at all in the sequence?
2) What are your sequence settings? Right-click your sequence and choose "Item Properties" to verify. -

Just bought a Nikon d750 and confused about adobe LR4 and PS6 support for the RAW files. I have DNG 8.7 but wondering if LR and PS will import direct soon Thanks for any advice
Support for the Nikon D750 was introduced in the latest version of LR 5.7 and ACR 8.7 on Novemder 18th 2014.
Further updates to LR 4 were stopped when LR 5 was released on June 9th 2013. No further updates for bug fixes and new camera support.
Nada, LR 4 will never support Nikon D750. The Nikon D750 was introduced into the market in September 2014 some 15 months after further development of LR 4 was discontinued.
You can use the Adobe DNG program (free download for the package) to convert the Nef (raw) files from your Nikon D750 to the Adobe DNG format which will permit you to import those into LR 4. This is the crutch provided by Adobe to allow for the processing of raw files with outdated versions of LR and ACR.
You can also update the ACR plugin for PS CS6 to version 8.7 which can also work with the raw files from the D750. For direct support in Lightroom you will need to upgrade (paid) to version 5.7. -

Well if you got the Phone Pggray43 at a Local Corporate store in your Area) you should be able to return it as long as you have all the contents.! Phone, Charger and any other accessories that came with it the Box of Course.. As long as you have not went past the 14 Day return.. the store can go over what you used as in Air Time and Data..

The first run page keeps opening every time I open my home page, how do I turn it off?
When I first downloaded FF 4 on my netbook I got the first run, welcome to FF 4 screen. As usual. But it keeps coming back. Every time I open FF it opens the welcome screen in the first tab and in the second tab is my home screen.
If FF is already open and I want to open my home screen in another tab, it simultaneously the welcome screen in one tab and my home screen in another.
I will not upgrade the rest of my machines to either FF4 or 5 until this is fixed.A couple of possible causes, you have multiple home pages set, or the preferences file can not be updated. For details on both of those, see [[Firefox has just updated tab shows each time you start Firefox]].

Weird websites keep opening every time i click anywhere on the internet
Random Sites always open on my laptop whenever i'm surfing the net. 2-3 sites always open every second, and some of them are very vulgar.

For less than a day now I have not been able to close any of my tabs. Clicking the X besides them, right clicking them and selecting close, and CTRL + W will not work. The problem persists even in safe mode.

I removed the Mcfee firewall which I thought might have stopped it running

Chrome asks for permission to use the QT plugin for each site.
Safari works fine.
