My10.9.4 version, and serial number, will not be excepted for contact with support.

I have trouble contacting Apple iMac Support. When I put my serial number in to the box provided,it tells me that it is wrong. It is version 10' 9' 4  os x, iMac Maverick. How do I go about contacting iMac Support?

You can locate the SN on the bottom of the stand, the original box or in the About this Mac diaglogue box. Click the version of OS X in the dialogue box once or twice and the SN will appear. If you continue to have trouble simply call AppleCare.

    I am getting a bit concerned about what is happening in your situation. Yesterday you posted your question in at least two different forums, one of them being here in the Premiere Elements Forum.

    Wherever you posted, the reply was to contact Adobe via its Adobe Chat. It is the only one who can sort out this matter for you.
    In the thread cited above I offered to help you with the difficulties that you were having visualizing the Adobe Chat in its web page. I was waiting for your follow up on that in the above thread. Instead, I find your same question in a new Adobe Premiere Elements Forum thread this afternoon with no refer the prior threads or prior recommendations given you.
    I will also mention again...when you buy the Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements bundled in one packaging and with installation files for each on the same installation disc, each program has its own serial number. The Photoshop Elements serial number does not work for Premiere Elements and vice versa. The serial numbers are on labels on a box which houses the installation disc envelope(s). So, if you purchased both programs and found the Photoshop Elements serial number, then the Premiere Elements serial number should be in a label right underneath the label with the serial number for Photoshop Elements. I recall writing this in your yesterday's thread on this matter.
    The moderator will no doubt be along shortly to close or delete this thread. So, just in case, please bookmark your yesterday's thread cited above so that we can continue this communication which is trying to help you.

    I've tried holding shift, putting caps lock on, and leaving it lower case.  It just won't let me type letters into the boxes.  Is there a work around or some other solution?

    uninstall all the apple application S/w like Quicktime, Bonjour,
    apple Device Support, Apple Auto update, Itunes etc from your pc,
    Reboot it
    Now download a fresh itunes from apple and try installing
    Reboot it
    If you are having Problem in uninstalling any of the apple application
    try 'revo uninstaller' and uninstall all the apple applications

    I am not sure what information you are passing in given FM.
    But in my case I have used FM 'CRM_CREATE_IBASE_FROM_EQUI' to create Ibase and component. It creates IBase and Component along with other details like material number and serial number.

    Is there an ! to the left of the media?  If so, this means iTunes is unable to locate the media file.

                   First, the answer depends on the exact error that you get.
                   1.  If the error is "invalid serial number", then you must be using the wrong installation media or Operating System. This is the main reason.
                   2.  If the error is " serial number is valid however it's previous qualifying serial number is not found ", the serial number you have is an upgrade serial number, which will require it's previous qualifying serial number which you need to have, previous qualifying versions supported are CS4, CS3 and CS2.
                   For further easy solution, I would suggest you contact adobe customer support.

    I have PS3 and PS4 installed on Mac 27", but when I try to install PS4 on my new MacBook Pro will not accept Serial # on my PS3 Extended case.  Even though I have PS3 Extended installed!!  Tried Serial # with and without dash, but neither works.  Had both installed also on my MacBook Air OK but I wiped intend installed new OS.  Not clear why PS4 not accept PS3 Serial # despite the fact that PS3 Extended already installed with the correct Serial #.

    Photoshop 3 and Photoshop 4 for the Mac were released in the 1990s before Mac OSX and will only run natively on the Classic Mac OS (OS 9.x or older). They may run under emulation in "Classic Mode" on a PPC Mac up until OSX 10.4. They will not run on any Mac with an Intel processor nor with OSX 10.5 or newer. Same with Photoshop 5 and Photoshop 6.
    Photoshop 7 came with both Classic and OSX versions, but will only run on a PPC-based Mac, or an Intel Mac up to OSX 10.6.x with the Rosetta emulator
    Now, to clarify the naming of versions;
    Photoshop CS = "Photoshop 8.x"
    Photoshop CS2 = "Photoshop 9.x"
    PS CS and CS2 came as OSX versions only and will only run on a PPC-based Mac, or an Intel Mac up to OSX 10.6.x with the Rosetta emulator
    Photoshop CS3 = "Photoshop 10.x"
    Photoshop CS4 = "Photoshop 11.x"
    PS CS3 and CS3 came as OSX versions but run on either a PPC-based Mac up to OSX10.6.x with the Rosetta emulator or an Intel-based Mac, at least up to Mountain Lion OSX 10.8.x (the latest I have tried personally)
    As for upgrades, you can go back about (3) revisions to use the old SN for an install; e.g. a PS 7 SN can be upgraded to PS CS3 (10.x) but not to PS CS4 (11.x). So, there is no way PS 3 could be upgraded directly to PS CS4 (11.x)

    My Encore and PP CS3 will not allow me to access Encore. No Serial No.
    Attempts to re-install come up with Adobe CS 3 and Encore elements NOT installing.
    Whats worse the system shut down my Firewire while installing, so the DVD drive I was using was deleted from the system. So had to change to another internal DVD. Then it wanted drive letters from the original install, which had changed as I had added external USB drives, and the firewire units had disappeared. I changed the drive letters using Computer Management, and it found the install disc. But Non of the Encore and PPCS3 elements were re-installed.
    So The system will not allow me to re-install the software!
    This is an upgrade from PP.1.5
    So must clean every other out, including the Canopus 2, and 3 software while interlinks with it.
    Spent weeks on this 7 hour project with 3 discs required for publication, now it wont allow re-install!
    P4 4GB Ram
    XP SP2

    Start with a reformat of the system disk and install Windows and all software fresh. While at it, upgrade to SP3. Your system needs that.

    I have a farm with six servers, two app, two wfe, and two cache.
    on the app server that the HNSC web application was created on, I am unable to browse to the web app and port url.  I believe this is why Search that runs on that server, only, is unable to crawl anything, because it cant navigate to

    I thought of moving search off APP01 and then disconnecting the app01 server from the farm, to see if would fix on reconnecting it; but, am afraid the issue may reside in the config database.  Not sure.
    Have tried:
    running psconfig
    and
    rebuilding the hnsc and rejoining the 30 or so hnsc back.  Each hnsc has its own db.

  • Ipad2 and Iphone 4 will not sync calendar only contacts

    Hello.  I have a problem with an ipad2 and iphone 4.  The same @me account on both which has been migrated to icloud.  I put a contact on either device and almost immediately is in the other one.  They are both 3g and they are now on a wifi network.  (i am syncing via wifi)
    The calendar is the issue.  There are many events on both devices -different events- but they will not sync as the contacts do.
    any ideas on what I can do?  My problem is more than that but i will settle ti fix this one (I also have the original ipad which is not syncing either contacts nor calendar)
    Any suggestion on how to have the push/fetch settting?
    Any help will be greatly appreciated.
    Also the calendars are the calendar which comes with the ipad, i am not using google calendar or contacts, just plain vanilla what came with the devices, i dont care about itunes sync/pictures/apps, just the calendar and contacts.

    Also, I forgot to mention, I stopped the calendar in all devices and rebooted them.  I then waited before starting the calendar to see if it would sync but with no success.
    I do not know what else to try.  I think the push/fetch settings are ok because the contacts sync well and fast.  I am out of ideas as to what to do to get the built in calendar to sync.
    Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    I've been using this product for over a year and a half, and it is suddenly opening as an expired trial version, which will not let me enter the serial number I was given when I originally downloaded it.

    Yes Atr12 this is often due to purchasing an expiring serial number.  I checked and it does appear you have been provided an expiring serial number.  These are sometimes offered by resellers at a discounted rate.  If you believe that you received an expiring serial number in error then I would recommend contacting the reseller which you purchased CS6 Design and Web Premium from.
    It does still appear the serial number should be valid.  I would recommend running the uninstallers located in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers folder.  I would then follow this by using the CC Cleaner Tool to ensure a complete removal.  You can find details of the use of the CC Cleaner Tool at Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html.
    It is likely the licensing files are unable to be updated or are damaged thus the serial number is being seen as invalid.

    I have legit CC serial number but it fails when I enter the last number. Version of LR I have is a trial version. I cannot download new version as the apps section fails when I try to run the pulldown Mac OS window. It says to contact customer service. You go to chat, they are hopeless. All my other CC apps run fine on this computer and LR runs on my other computer. What do I do next? How do I talk with someone who know the problem?

The downloaded version cooresponds to the perpetual license version. What I would do is uninstall the trial and then see if LR is available from the Adobe Creative Cloud app. If it is not then log off from inside the Adobe Creative Cloud app, restart your computer and then log in inside the Adobe Creative Cloud app. Hopefully Lightroom will then be available.
