N91 - buttons dont work!!!

i bought my n91 a few months back.
has been working fine until a few days back.
i dont know what i did but now half the buttons dont work!!
i can do barely anything ( i cant check messages, contacts etc)
PLEASE HELP!!!

For your case the nokia care centres are the main help source for you. It's very sad they are circling you around.

hi, i have a hp pavilion dv7-1245dx, i format de drive c and install the windows vista 64 in spanish because im in argentina, but before search and install all drivers,my media smart quik lunch button dont't work, I intall all drivers from the hp web, then the media smart button work bad because y install the dvd play and when I push the buttom sound like i push 2 twise and open the dvd play no the mediasmart menu, then i unistall the dvd play, the media samart work good from the computer icon but to the button dont work, sound like two twise again but dont open nothing, y don't know what to do? I unistall and install again all quik lunch buttons and finger print drivers.help me plase, and another thin. when i format i lost the webcam software i would like someone help me to recober it .

I have the exact same problem. I noticed this started after some windows update just prior to upgrading to Windows 7. And then it got worse after the upgrade.
I'm having to go into the task manager and end the smartmenu.exe application just to stop the nagging volume bar across the middle of the screen and just to use the computer, but the Volume still jumps around rapidly.
Please, HP read this and help.

Volume button dont work correctly

I have iPhone 4S on 5.1.1 which I bought in September last year.
Yesterday when I listen to music with my iPhone I found out the the MINUS volume button dont work correctly.
It's need to push him hard to decrease the volume. however the PLUS volume button work correctly.
In addition there is no "click" sound when I press the minus volume button.
what should I do?
I live in ISRAEL and there isn't Apple Store here so the only solution for me is to contact the carrier which I bought the iPhone from them but they probably will require payment for the repair.

Qosmio x300 and Win7 - FN buttons dont work

I reinstalled Windows 7 and now the FN buttons dont work. I have installed the newest version of VAP, the flash card utility is running. So I have no idea.
Did I forget to install something?
Or is there a tool who installs all drivers for my Qosmio x300 in one piece?

Normally its enough if you install Value Added Package and Flash Cards Support Utility to use the FN keys. But make sure that both tools are released for Windows 7 and not for old Vista.
As far as I know if you search for Qosmio X300 on the Toshiba page you will only find VAP for Windows 7. The Flash Cards Support Utility is an older version. I would recommend install a newer version, for example search for Satellite L550. There you can find Flash Cards Support Utility for Windows 7, its version 1.63.0.4

Yes, I did try with Xperia Z3 and it works fine for me. If you have tried safe mode, you should perhaps try a software repair on your phone via PC Companion to see if this can help:

my iPad's volume buttons dont work unless i have my headphones plugged in. Also my volume in general doesnt work because it says its still connected to a dock, but i dont own a dock. why doesnt the volume work or the speaker.

finally i found solution ... it was finger print device and i dont know what is the relation between finger print and sound problem any way the solution is installing the latest fingerprint definition and i found sound working properly !!

my sound and brightness buttons dont work any more unless I hold down the function button. This happened after I downloaded the new update I think. Is there any key combination that I could have hit that made this happen?

Go to System Preferences->KeyBoard & Mouse->KeyBoard and make sure "Use the F1-F12 keys to control software featues" is off. It probably got turned on somehow by the update.

The buttons dont work on my ipod!!

i have a fourth generation ipod and in the last 2 months the buttons and center button dont work.However i can only change the song by shaking the ipod and when i tilt it the cover flow appears as normal but still i cant work the ipod buttons. i have tried updating and restoring the ipod but this has not worked. any suggestions to what i should try?

on srm- POWL application many buttons dont work. Im able to see Purchase orders etc., but when i select a PO, the buttons(e.g.: "edit", "change", "disyplay" ) are clickable, but no action follows. A javascript.void() error is shown in the browser.
I analysed the buttons and found out that they try to call the powl (of course). But the http-request receives an http 403 forbidden response. (wether i call on http or https).

Checking Authorization
Check the required authorizations using the authorization object CA_POWL in the backend system.
In transaction SU03 (Maintain Authorizations and Profiles) double-click the object class AAAB (Cross-Application Authorization Objects) and then select the authorization object CA_POWL (Authorizations for Personal Object Worklist).
The following authorization fields enable you to define complex authorizations in an AND relationship to check whether a user is allowed to perform a certain action:

●     POWL_CAT          Activity
●     POWL_LSEL          Authority state: allowed or disallowed

Flash buttons dont work in Dreamweaver Preview

I have made a intro using flash catalyst. I can preview in internet explorer using flash catalyst and everything works great including all button actions taking you to a different url. I then publish to my website: I added ALL the exported webfiles into a folder in dreamweaver. I than placed the main.swf on a blank page. It views perfect in Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Firefox. The up and over state of all buttons works, but when you click the buttons that are supposed to take you to another URL nothing happens. The buttons that change state do work completely however? I also opened the html file included from flash catalyst and it views fine as well, with the same result the url action buttons dont function.

Hi toodoo, What version of the flash plugin are you using and can you please provide an example url where this does not work?
To make sure it is not an add on preventing the button from working you can also try safe mode.

Keypad and contacts button dont work on 5800

i have just noticed that the keypad and contacts button on my main screen (nokia 5800) dont work now when i press them. This means that although i can still get to my contacts via the menu i cant type in a random phone number anymore....please help

problem solved with hard reset, make sure you make a backup of your phone using nokia PC suite, then turn of your phone, then keep the green phone button , the red phone button and the camera button pressed in while turning your phone back on, keep the 3 buttons pressed in until you see the shaking hands, then give country date , time etc, them your phone is going to configure the memory card, after that restore your backup with your pc

HS-1200 volume buttons dont work...

I bought HS-1200 headphones and i cant use volume buttons on right side of headset. I installed and uninstalled drivers few times, downloading drivers from creative.com site and it still dont work. I even try dont to install anything but it wasnt help. Im fed up with this problem... Buttons for turning on headset and for starting/ending call work with and without drivers. I dont know where is the problem. I try to install drivers for my sound card (realtek) and it wasnt help too. When im looking in Creative console it seems like the program use my headphones like speakers. I dont have headphones options i saw in FAQ. I selecting my earphones and its still dont change. And i dont know what about sign from green circle. I dont have it - maybe it will solve the problem? I have Win XP Professional SP3. Hmm... I luckly solved this problem. My headset after about 2 months broke down. It won't play or record anything. It charged for ages and never finish. I send it on guaranty back and get new one. Before i had Win XP and buttons won't work. Before i get new headset i update to Win 7. After pluging them in and install CD all works properly. Maybe they are not compatible with XP... >.<
