  • Need config steps for Resource Related Billing

    Hi Sap Gurus,
Can anybody explain me  the step by step configuration settings  for RRB.
    Thanks
    Hari Challa.

HI REFER BELOW REWARD IF HELPS
    Hi
Hope the following material will be helpful.
To activate the billing plan function, maintain the materials, for which
you wish to process down payments, with item category group 0005
(milestone billing). This gives the item type TAO via item type
determination. The item type TAO calls up the billing plan function.
You need to implement the following activities in the billing plan for
    down payments:
Maintaining the deadline type: This determines the billing rule
(percentage or value down payment) for the down payment request.
The system assigns billing type FAZ (payment request) defined in the
standard system with billing category P. (For the billing type FAZ there
is the cancellation billing document type FAS in the standard system).
Maintaining deadline proposal: Use the down payments that are due for
    the proposed deadlines.
Maintaining a Pricing Procedure with the Condition Type AZWR:
In the standard system the condition type AZWR is delivered for the down
payment value already provided but which has not yet been calculated.
You must include this condition type in the relevant pricing procedure
    before output tax.
Enter condition 2 (item with pricing) and the calculation formula 48
(down payment clearing value must not be bigger than the item value) for
    the condition type AZWR.
Before the condition AZWR you can create a subtotal with the base value
calculation formula 2 (net value). If the condition AZWR is changed
manually, you can get information on the original system proposal from
    the subtotal.
    Maintain the printing indicator.
The pricing procedure can not be marked as a transaction-specific
    pricing procedure (field Spec.proc.)
The condition type AZWR has the calculation type B (fixed amount) and
the condition category E (down payment request / clearing).
No statistical or inactive conditions are set in a down payment item. If
you require these conditions, use the user exit USEREXIT_PRICING_COPY in
    include RV61AFZA.
    Maintaing the Billing Document
In the standard system there is the billing type FAZ (down payment
request) and for cancelling the billing type FAS.
Controlling the down payment is done using the billing category P of the
billing type. A billing type becomes a down payment request when the
    billing category P is assigned.
You have to maintain blocking reason 02 (complete confirmation missing)
for the billing documents and assign it to billing type FAZ.
    Copying control:
Copying requirement 20 must be entered in copying control at item level
for the down payment request. In the standard system the order type TA
for copying control is set up according to the billing type FAZ for the
    item category TAO.
Copying requirement 23 must be entered in copying control at item level
for down payment clearing. In the standard system the order type TA for
copying control is set up according to the billing type F2 for the item
    category TAO.
    Financial Accounting settings:
A prerequisite for down payment processing is that the account is
assigned to the underlying sales document. To do this, change the field
status settings in Customizing as follows:
    Set reconciliation accounts (transaction OBXR)
For the 'received down payments' and 'down payment requests' from the
G/L accounts you have selected, you should assign the field status
    definition G031.
    Maintain accounting configuration (transaction OBXB)
For the down payments (posting key ANZ in the standard system) and the
output tax clearing (posting key MVA in the standard system), you must
    maintain the posting key.
You must also carry out a G/L account number assignment for the tax
    account.
Maintain the posting key (transaction OB41)
For posting key 19 set the sales order as an optional field !!!
Maintain the field status definition (transaction OB14)
For field status variant 0001, field status group G031, set the sales
order as an optional field !!!
Assign the company code to the field status variants (transaction OBC5)

  • Config Steps for Pick process from warehouse number

    Dear Gurus,
Need the config. steps for picking process with warehouse number assignments
    Thanks

    Hi,
You only need to assign a Warehouse number for the combination of Plant and Storage location in SPRO in assignment of organisational structures in Warehouse Mngt. If this is done, then picking will become mandatory and you can do picking either manually or automatically through LT03 or other transactions.
If this warehouse assignment is not done, then you can put the picking quantity directly in delivery and do PGI. If this assignment is done, then you will be able to do picking only through transactions like LT03, either in foreground or background. In this case, u will not be able to manually update the picking quantity in delivery.
    Hope this helps.

  • What are the config steps for contract mass change and quota arrangement?

    Hi friends
what are the config steps for contract mass change and quota arrangement?
    Regards
    Raj Kumar

    Process Flow
The mass change process consists of four steps. You navigate between these steps by choosing the Next and Back buttons located at the bottom right-hand corner of the screens.
           1.      Search for contracts
You search for and select the contracts or the contract hierarchy that you want to change.
Contracts that have the status Closed cannot be changed.
           2.      Define mass changes
You specify the changes you want to make.
You make changes at header data level and at item data level by choosing the relevant change methods. A green tick appears next to each change parameter so that you can see where changes are already active.
Once you enter this step, the documents you have selected to be changed are locked so that other users cannot make changes to them until you are finished with this process.
           3.      Simulate mass changes
Here you can perform a trial run of your mass changes. This simulation step is optional.
We recommend that you perform this step so that you can check how the change methods you have chosen will be processed by the system.
You receive status messages about the change methods for each contract and can quickly see whether any errors arise in connection with the proposed changes at this stage. From this step, it is easier for you to go back and correct the error than after applying the changes.
    Background processing
The system processes the changes in the background.
If there are a large number of contracts to be processed, this step could take some time to complete. In this case, you can leave the transaction so that you can, for example, carry out other tasks in the meantime.
The system sends you an e-mail once the simulation step is complete. The e-mail contains a link to the relevant screen in the application so that you can return to it when it is convenient for you to do so. If you have left the SRM application, you can only return via this link.
Here you can see the status of the changes and, if necessary, you can correct any errors by going back to the Define mass changes step.
The messages that you receive in the simulation step are not confirmation that a change has been performed. They simulate the messages you get after you apply the changes. You must complete the final step of the mass change process and apply the changes before they take effect.
           4.      Carry out mass changes
Here you apply the changes to the contracts.
You cannot reverse this step, which is why we advise you to perform the simulation step beforehand.

  • What are the config steps for contract hierarchies and vendor hierarchies?

    Hi friends
what are the config steps for contract hierarchies and vendor hierarchies?
    Regards
    Raj Kumar

    Contract hierarchies
A function that enables users authorized to create a purchasing contract to define relationships between super- and subordinate contracts.
A contract hierarchy consists of one or multiple contracts and is subject to the following rules:
The top node of the hierarchy cannot have a superordinate contract
Every contract except for the top node has exactly one superordinate contract
Every contract can have none, one, or multiple subordinate contract(s)
A contract can be part of no hierarchy or exactly one hierarchy
Note:Contract hierarchies are only available for purchasing contracts. They are not available for global outline agreements.
You can activate this from SRM Server> Cross application settings>Activate Hierarchies for Product Categories, Vendors, and Contracts.
    Note:
These hierarchy functions should not be reset once they have been activated.
Similiarly you can do this for Vendor Hirerachies.

  • EDI Config steps for the IC sales invoice to post invoice receipts

    Hi experts,
I need to setup EDI in which the Intercompany sales invoice in company A auto triggers the incoming invoice receipt posting in company B.
    My scenario is as below:
    1. Company C places a PO to Company B
    2. Company B creates a sales order for Company C in which the delivering plant assigned belongs
        to Company A.
    3. Company A ships the parts directly to Company C
    4. Company A bills intercompany B
    5. Sales invoice created in step should auto create the incoming invoice receipt at Company B
    6. Company B then bills Company C
I need to setup the above mentioned in step no:5.
Could you send me the configuration steps to establish the above?
Thanks for your great help !
    Regards,
    Pri

    Hi Prakash,
Thanks for your reply. Since there is no PO in this step which are the only required steps for me to
    proceed with?
We already have the steps in our system which works fine for PO based invoice receipts.
With the steps to be there already in the system, when I try to post the intercompany billing & if I add
RD04 manually for now for my testing, it says
"No entry in Outbound table not found"
"No Partner profile (Outbound parameter) could be found using the following key,
    //SI3300 / KU / RE / INVOIC / FI
I do not know where this Partner type RE comes from. Do you have any idea?

    Pri

  • Config steps for one time customer

    hi,
    sap gurus,
can i have the configuration steps for one time customer.
    regards,
    balaji

    Hi,
    One-time customers
Customers who only enter into a business transaction with you once are called one-time customers in the R/3 System. It is not necessary for you to create a customer master record for individual one-time customers, since you no longer need this master record after the business transaction has been carried out, and it would use up storage space. You create collective master records for one-time customers.
    Use
A collective master record refers to a dummy customer and includes only the data that is identical for a certain group of customers.
You create a collective master record for all customers in a certain region. This collective master record could include fields such as:
    Master record name
    Language
    Currency
Sales office processing the customer data
If a one-time customer from this region orders goods from your company, you use the customer number of your collective master record when processing the sales order. Only in the sales order itself do you enter the address and all other data not given in the collective master record.
    Structure
When you create a collective customer master record for a one-time customer, the account group CPD for one-time customers is automatically proposed by the system. This ensures that you can access screens from different partner functions (sold-to party, ship-to party, bill-to party, and payer) relevant for one-time customers. However, only fields that can be identical for all one-time customers are displayed. For example, all address fields are suppressed, since the master record is collective for data on several customers, all of whom can have different addresses.
On the following screens you can enter a limited amount of data in a collective master record for one-time customers:
    Address
    Sales
    Shipping
    Billing
    Messages
    Integration
The account group can restrict the number of screens accessed in the collective master record for one-time customers even further. If only some of the screens and fields for one-time customers are relevant for your company, change the account group CPD or set up a new account group. This is done in Customizing for Logistics Basic Data: Business Partners in the activity Define Account Groups and Field Selection for Customers.
    regards
    sadhu kishore
