I also plan on taking this exam next month, am currently going thru the exam topics and using whatever material I get my hands on. What I really would like is some kind of test simulation software to prepare for it - unfortunately transcender/selft test don't cover this exam. Please could someone, who has taken the exam, give me some tips on how best to prepare for the exam.

i need help for writing extract program to retriew data from legacy system.

my requirement is to write extract program s for those t.codes.
to retriew data from legacy system and stored in flat file.

i need help with a java program. it is a program that allows the user to enter a student's GPA, number of extracurricular activities, and number of service activities. The user can not enter a gpa above 4.0 or below 0. The user can not enter a negative number for the number of both activities. If the student meets the following criteria: 1) GPA of 3.8 or above and at least one extracurricular activity and one service activity, 2) GPA below 3.8 but at least 3.4 and a total of at least three extracurricular and service activities, 3) GPA below 3.4 but at least 3.0 and at least two extracurricular activities and three service activities, the message "Scholarship candidate" should display. If the student does not meet the criteria above, then the message"not a candidate" should display. Can you help me, please?

#1Z0-147 Exam question - Urgent!

Dear All,
I will take the 1Z0-147 exam tomorrow. It is my second time to take this exam. I felt the exam time(1.5 hours) is too tight to finish the 71 questions. I heard of only 66 of the 71 questions are marked ones. My question are: Should I answer all 71 items in 1.5 hours? Is there any way that I can know what are these items that will not be marked?

I just checked on oracle website and price for exam 1Z0-147 has gone up from $125 to $195.
Thanks God i booked that exam on friday for next week on $125.

I believe a lot of exams are affected
Pearson VUE is not yet showing these prices.

This appears to be a typically 50% increase in costs of certification exams .... given that certification exam planning occurs over a 3 / 6 / 12 month period one wonders how this is justified ?
Or is it simply yet another web site mistake ?
Previously Sun Certifications exams were at the higher end of the scale ... Oracle's were near the lowest.

Need Information For Connecting Access point to WLC 4402

I need Some information for Connecting my New Access point ( Cisco AIRLAP 1242AG) with WLC(4402) Controller
In our network set up we have two WLC(4402) we needs to Connect this New Accesspoint To one of our WLC
My Access point is brand New. I need to Know what all i have to do inorder to connect this AP to the controller (from Acesspoint perspective & WLC perspective)
I need to Know what I need to do in AP to connect to the Controller
Do i need to Assign Static IP Address forAP or after connecting to the switch it automatically gets ip from DHCP and regsiter with controller??
Do i Need to Configure my AP with default gateway(the switch to which is connected ?) & DO i need to configure the AP with Controller Ip address ??

Residence Status (Infotype 0094)
Definition
Infotype 0094 allows you to store information regarding an employeeu2019s residence status, as well as information regarding the compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA), which requires every employer verify that each person hired can prove via documents their identity, and their eligibility for employment.
Structure
This infotype is divided into two parts: the personal identification information section (the residence permit) and the employment verification section (the work permit).
Personal identification
This section stores the information for personal identification. The only field which is required on this infotype is Residence status.
The ID type field describes the type of documentation the employee presents to the company. You can also enter data for the issuing authority.
The ID number is the number of the document provided by the employee to the company. The Issuing date is the date on which the personal identification document was issued to the employee. This date must be the same as or later than the employeeu2019s date of birth.
Lastly, the ID expiry date field is the date that the provided identification expires.
If the expiration date is filled, and there is a value of A (Alien) in theResidence status field, then this transaction will automatically generate a transaction to store a deadline for the expiration of the work permit (infotype 0019, subtype 71).
Employment verification
This section stores the information for employment verification. The Work permit field stores the type of work permit. The Work permit number field stores the number of the document provided by the employee to establish work eligibility.
The date issued and the issuing authority are also stored. The Expiry of work perm. field stores the date on which work eligibility expires. This field should only be filled for those employees who are not citizens

I need to develop GPIB drivers (using the NI GPIB card) for the RTOS-32 operating system (by On-Time). I am using Borland C 5.51 as the compiler. I am looking for info/examples on writing/porting low level drivers for the GPIB. The examples I have found come with the low levels drivers in an object file which you link in, but nothing on how to write the low level drivers.
Any pointers on what documentation/examples that I should look at would be greatly appreciated.

The iCloud provides a backup copy, which you can "redownload" if you need a new copy. It does not provide streaming.
You may be confusing it with the Amazon cloud service, which provides both backup and streaming, i.e. you can either download the music or play it directly from the cloud.

3) At the remote system how i can reveive and identify that the tone is for 'one'.

JMF isn't the right tool - it's about handling media streams
You could use it to capture the audio source, then obtain the audio samples,
But you would then have to perfom some signal processing on it to interpret/decode for tone detection
This is what should already be available via the JTAPI API (haven't checked but should do this sort of thing)
ie you should be able to code up an application that receives 'DTMF Tone' events & does whatever you need to do in response
