Need newest version of pages for my iMac. When trying to download latest version the message said I needed OSX 10.9? Where do I get this? I really feel stupid when I can't download a program!
I just worked on a Pages document on my iPad. I wanted to finish it on my iMac (OSX 10.7.5). I emailed the iPad Pages document to get it on my iMac. I then tryed to open the Pages document on my iMac. The message said I needed a newer version of Pages for the iMac. I then went to the Apple store to upgrade Pages for the iMac. When I tried to download the new version, I received a message that Pages couldn't be installed unless I upgraded to OSX 10.9? What the He.. is going on?
be very careful about getting the iWork "updates." This forum is FULL of complaints about it.
Mavericks seems good, though.
If you try Pages 5 and dislike it, Pages 4.3 will still be located in an iWork Folder within your Applications Folder.

I keep trying to install Firefox 3.6.10, and it seems to work, but then when it comes time to accept the user agreement, that option is grayed out and I can only go back. In the Software License Agreement box is the following message: "The license file for this version could not be found. Please visit Firefox homepage for more information."
Do a clean reinstall and download a fresh Firefox copy from http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html and save the file to the desktop.
Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer.<br />
Don't remove personal data when uninstalling.
It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
You can skip the step to create a new profile, that is not necessary for this issue.

Clicking sounds from an iPod that has a hard drive for storage is not a good thing. It usually means the hard drive is faulty. That is the likely reason for getting an error during the attempt to Restore.
If you use a Mac, you can try putting the iPod into Disk Mode

If it goes into Disk Mode, connect the iPod and instead of running iTunes, run Disk Utility. Does the iPod appear in the Disk Utility sidebar? If it does, select the iPod device in the sidebar, not the volume indented below the device (if there is one). Go to the Erase tab. Set the Format to Mac OS Extended (Journaled). Name does not matter. Click on Security Options and choose to write a single pass of zeros over the entire disk. This serves as a good "stress test" for the iPod's hard drive. Back on the main window, click Erase.
This takes longer than a regular erase, but you should see steady progress. If it errors out, or stalls for a LONG time (like hours), the hard drive is likely to be faulty.
If it completes successfully, quit Disk Utility, run iTunes and try to do another Restore -

Correct. To do it, your Mac must be running Mountain Lion and Pages '09 with the most recent version. To check the OS X version you have, open > About this Mac, and check the version. If it's 10.8, you are running Mountain Lion. Then, you just have to open System Preferences > iCloud, and tick "Documents and Data".
If you aren't running Mountain Lion, you can still share documents between the iPad and the Mac, you can access to the documents created in the iPad in http://www.icloud.com, logging in with your Apple ID, and selecting iWork. Also, you can upload documents from the computer -

Snow Leopard must be at least version 10.6.6 to access the Mac app store. Use Apple menu > About this Mac to determine the version you have installed. Use Software Update to update the OS, if necessary.

I had a trial version of Pages for 30 days and then purchased the actual software without removing the trial. Now when I try to edit documents and save them it sometimes wont because it tells me I am using a trial version.... But sometimes it lets me!! How can I remove the trial version? I cannot tell which one I am using when I open it....

Ahhh, the mysteries of software updating...glad it is working for you now. Sometimes you just have to be persistent until iTunes figures out you aren't going to go away.
So, are you now updating the iPhone to iOS 5.0.1?
If you already have 5.0 and a wireless connection you don't need to use iTunes to update to 5.0.1...the wireless update only means a file of about 38 MB, while via iTunes it is the entire iOS and about 730 MB...big time difference.
